Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside

Enjoyed the stay here. Classy and elegance. Worth for the price. Breakfast is awesome. Friendly customer service. Comfortable beds. Washroom is awesome. Good for honeymoon. Worldclass standard. Will go again definately some other day just to relax and pamper ourself. Great experience. Has buggy and shuttle service as well. Overall rating 5/5

The rooms are beautiful. The architecture is very gorgeous. The hotel staff are very kind. However, cant say the same thing about the dining place. B's dining place doesnt have a lot of variety of food. The buffet was quite dissappointing. The floor staff no quite alert. Other than that, it is a beautiful place and ample parking.

The atmosphere and surrounding scenery was delightful. The building has a malay architecture concept with attention to details. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are a numbers of outdoor activities being offered, but we didn't participate. The outdoor pool was warm albeit the pool size is not that large. I can imagine that it can be easily get overcrowded during peak seasons. The lobby is simple and not that near to the parking area. Had a minimal interaction with the staff, but I think need a bit of improvement to make you guests feel more welcome. Also, it quiet troublesome for guests to validate their parking tickets whenever they want go out and need to pay for parking upon check-out. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My family love it.

The place was beautiful. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room cleaning was just ok coz they forgot to wash the glasses. The reception process of in and out was quick. We upgraded our room to 1 bedroom apartment and added additional breakfast but that wasn't reflected / updated when we had breakfast the next morning. But the staff was fast to rectify it once we informed them at the reception. Overall stay experience was good. Would like to suggest to extend the shuttle service till 8:30pm (currently till 4:30pm) to return to hotel and reduced rate for music room. Thank you

Pros: Hotel area is quiet, perfect for a family getaway away from the city. The view at the infinity pool overlooking the lake is amazing especially during sunset. B's restaurant staff service was excellent. I wish the same could be said for the front desk staffs. Cons: This place has a lot of potential but it seems quite lost. The design, architecture of the facility gives off elegant, classy, classic vibe but the marketing, ads placed all around the hotel and room is quite inappropriate with a lot of sexual vibes. Are you targeting working adults with family or colleagues kids? There are a few wings and it's quite hard trying to find the lobby/reception area. We stayed in Jasmine wing. The bathroom is quite dark and needs more lighting. Rooms were not soundproof, probably because the hallway was not carpeted. Parking lot was also quite dark and creepy. But the most surprising thing is, hotel guest have to pay parking fees of RM14. Makes me wonder how did this place got their 5 star ratings.

Staff is great, really friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit older but with modern design and furniture in lobby and common areas. Breakfast was excellent. I booked a club room with lounge access, which looked smart on the images. Was told I got an upgrade and indeed got a huge suite of over 60sqm however, room looked dated and coffee machine didnt work. Would have rather had the 30sqm club room. The lounge was basically not existing but got some drinks and a few appetizers. Might go back but no need to book a club room here.

All was well arranged. Last minute modifications in my reservations were accommodated nicely. Meeting room was nicely set up, with all necessary facilities readily available. B's restaurant's buffet dinner was good! Especially on the Indian cuisine...but the desserts and pastries are average. Air con at B's restaurant can be cooler though. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. No complaints!

Overall this hotel is NOT 5 star. Definitely 3 star for me. It has the potential to improve but for now, I wouldn't go back. Pros: Staff are very friendly! Location is beautiful, situated right beside the lake and it has lovely lakeside facilities like a dock and an infinity pool. Breakfast was pretty nice overall. There was quite a large selection. The hot foods like curry and noodles were yummy. The pastries were quite dry. Our room was quite large, comfortable bed and universal plugpoints. The pool upstairs is really nice. Cons: Unfortunately our room had so so many mosquitoes and bedbugs!! We got bitten like crazy. A couple of our friends in different rooms also had the same issues. The breakfast place has a dangerous raised glass floor right in the middle. They've attempted to make it more obvious by putting red tape on the floor but it's still really hard to see and so dangerous especially if you've got food in your hands. It's so unnecessary Hotel is very confusing. Barely any signage and the signs that are available are very poor. Bad user experience. Going the same direction down the corridoor, some doors are push, some are pull. If it's a push door, don't have a handle on that side at least. Rooms and the hotel in general haven't been maintained for a while. They would have been amazing in their prime, but it's clear that they haven't had maintenance in a while so are older and have lots of little issues e.g. broken or stuck doors, cracks in walls, leaky taps/the bidet. If they spent some money giving it a facelift, this place would look amazing.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Malaysia, visit this hotel. The staff was so helpful in accomadating transportation and switching rooms. The rooms are fairly large. They have a king size bed, large closet, big bathroom, and alot of room space. The best part of this hotel is the music. Every location that you go too, they always have good music. The have multiple pools that opens from 6:00 AM - 10PM and a 24 hr gym. I would highly reccommend this hotel.

I went to this amazing sports festival called Murfest that was hosted in Putrajaya and got the opportunity to stay at this magnificent hotel - Pullman. I could not believe the facilities they have. Their outdoor swimming pool has a breathtaking view. I literally felt like looking at the future, because the view is so out of this world and futuristic. Very picturesque scene. They have a cute little sauna and steam room if you want to rejuvenate your soul. However they also serve the active one's who don't want to be lazy with a trendy gym. The rooms are very clean and I was really satisfied with their service. I would definitely stay there again!

I was in Pullman several years back for a seminar and must say their hotel design, which is based on a quaint and rustic European town is very impressive. Perhaps the only downside is that newcomers often get lost. On the upside there are many corners and floors with amenities to explore. The buffet lunch they served was very delicious and featured both Asian and Western as well as fusion dishes. Service was great and the entire hotel was spick and span.
