Just recently stayed in a Deluxe One King Bedroom Harbour View Apartment. Room was clean with a beautiful view of the Sydney Harbourr Bridge....plenty of space for myself and 2 adult children. Pool/Gym area were nice. Being right next to the ferry and train station was perfect for getting around. Of course it took a minute to figure out how they all worked but we got the hang of it quickly. The extra I paid for add on breakfast was well worth it....menu style with select items to choose from and all were delicious. Restaurant staff was polite but not quick with requests or I guess attentive. They definitely weren't rude though. The 3 gentleman I dealt with at the front desk staff were all very friendly and personable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Once you stay……. You will keep coming back as we do!|We always book a harbour view apartment and request a high floor and it never disappoints….this time we had a prime view of Vivid 2025 from the balcony….and our bedroom. |The apartment is amazing… spacious with a self contained well equipped kitchen… eating in is a delight and a great room service menu is available if required.|Just outside the location are so many choices…. Entertainment….eateries and the ferry service that takes you to the most popular places! |The service is always the same high standard… staff are so courteous…and go above and beyond with your room serviced daily.|The price you pay is reflective of every thing on offer!|Thank you to management and to staff for providing the special extras…|We love the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour!|The view of the iconic bridge….. the activity on the water… and the city lights is just “HEAVEN”

The customer service is next level. They couldn't be more friendly or helpful. The apartment is perfect, clean and well set up, the beds are really comfortable. The views are incredible. We have stayed at a lot of spots around Sydney but will only stay here from now on. It is in a class of its own in terms of location, views, rooms and especially the people.

We had an amazing stay at the Pullman, we chose a deluxe harbour view apartment and we were not disappointed. The room was huge, the view was fantastic. The rooms are well laid out and have everything you could need for either a short or extended stay. Every member of staff we interacted with was professional, courteous and could not have been more helpful. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but it was amazing. The pool and gym were strangely located but clean and well maintained. The best thing about this hotel though is the location. Stunning views of the Sydney Harbour bridge and the harbour. There were a couple of cruise ships in as well. A 2 min walk to the Sydney Opera house and Sydney CBD. Could not fault anything and we will definitely be back.

My family of four had a wonderful stay in the two bedroom deluxe apartment with a fabulous view of the bridge. I am so happy we chose this hotel as our stay in Sydney. We also had an amazing experience in their bar one evening. It was a beautiful night and they opened the sliding windows. The views and ambiance were top notch! Highly recommend!

Google
Beautiful location and room but poor experience at beginning and ending staff. Lobby staff looked unhappy and there was no real engagement. I felt like it was a bother to check me in and out. At Check-in the lobby was abandoned because the check-in staff had to help us because the concierge needed to have their break and then not helpful at all when checking out. Such a beautiful location and hotel to be spoilt by Lobby staff.

Had to ask twice for bed to be made properly as the sheet didn’t even go over the bottom of the bed causing awful night sleep. Whole room needs a deep clean as there was so much dust. Bathroom grout was orange along the bottom. Aircon continued to turn off and when on is extremely loud. Staff I found to be less than friendly at times. Never saw housekeeping trolley in the whole time I was there. (4days). Location and views of the harbour are amazing from the quay view rooms. Close to many restaurants and activities in the city. Sitting on the balcony watching the ferries come and go was so nice and relaxing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place did not meet even the most basic expectations. First, the check-in process was painfully slow. Despite arriving well after the advertised check-in time, I had to wait over 30 minutes at the front desk because only one staff member was available, and they seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. When I finally got my room key, the receptionist was dismissive and gave very little information about hotel amenities or policies. Walking into my room was a major letdown. The room was poorly maintained, with peeling paint on the walls and a persistent musty odor that suggested poor ventilation or mold. The carpet was stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and the furniture was worn and scratched. I also noticed several cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The bed linens were grimy and had visible stains, which made me question the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel. The bathroom was no better — the showerhead was clogged and barely sprayed water, the drain was slow, and there were hairs from previous guests on the floor and sink. It was clear the housekeeping staff either rushed through their cleaning or didn’t do it at all. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and barely cooled the room, which was particularly unpleasant on a warm night. I tried calling the front desk to request a room change or at least some maintenance, but my calls went unanswered. When I finally got through, the staff member was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. The noise level was another big issue. The hotel is located near a construction site, and the noise started as early as 7 AM and continued well into the afternoon. I asked the front desk if there was any way to avoid the noise, but again, no solutions were offered. This made it impossible to rest or enjoy my stay. Breakfast was another disappointment. The buffet was poorly stocked, with limited choices and food that looked unappetizing. The dining area was cramped and not very clean, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, the value for money was terrible. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, comfortable room with decent service. Instead, I got a run-down room, poor service, and a stressful experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Yelp
I really liked my stay at this hotel, AMAZING VIEW!! If your coming to Sydney and are looking for a hotel with a view, this is where you go! Lovely reception staff, helpful with valet. The housekeepers come around to your room and make you beds and leave fresh towels whenever your out. Good kitchen, dryer and washing machine, dishwasher, spa/bathtub, up to date televisions, complementary hair wash and conditioner, minibar, and to top it all of its in prime location. one thing I know they couldn't really control but depleted the overall quality of my stay was that there was a jackhammer drilling in the room near us at 9:00am, especially when your having a sleep in its a bit of a mood killer. Most other people won't have this problem. :)

Yelp
WOW!!! so we stayed at the TWO BEDROOM GRAND SUITE OF THE PULLMAN QUAY with our two toddlers. We got upgraded for $200 more USD. Definitely the LUX life. Check out the video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRXOAIU5oY0 All those billionaire instagram people show this place off and I wanted to see what the hype was all about. THE VIEW ALONE is amazing! Grab a bottle of wine and drink it on the balcony with a loved one while enjoying the view of the harbour brige while watching the people peruse the pier. ITS STEPS away (3 minutes-5 minutes walk) from the SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE.

Yelp
The Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbor was the perfect location for my husband and I to stay after disembarking from a cruise ship in the Circular Quay Harbor. The hotel is about an eight minute walk from the ship terminal. A double decker hop on and off bus stop is right across from the hotel on the Macquarie Street side and we were able to go on a comprehensive tour of Sydney, which included Bondi Beach, on the double decker buses. The hotel is also a short walking distance from the Rocks, Sydney Harbor Bridge, and the Opera House. The Circular Quay train station is about a five minute walk away and there is a train that goes directly to the airport from that station. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional customer service in all of our interactions with them. Our handsomely decorated suite was the perfect size with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Although there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, there is also a variety of them in the Rocks and between the hotel and the Sydney Opera House. The room was not as clean as it could be with dusty blinds, discolored grout in the bathroom, and the desk was worn and sticky. If not for those shortcomings this hotel would have definitely received 5 stars. If I return to Sydney I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Yelp
After realizing I'd only be here 1 night I was disappointed! I wanted my stay to go on and on. A least a week. Friendly staff, beautiful suites with everything you might need available. (Including functional kitchen and laundry.) And wonderful Harbour views that you could reach out and touch. Even if you are in bed. Being able to step out the door and have the city and transport right there made everything effortless.

Yelp
Located right on the Harbor, this place is centrally located near shops on Pitt Street and restaurants on George Street. Ferries can take you almost anywhere. The rooms are clean and well maintained with kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Also there is a balcony that opens up for fresh air and stunning views. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Yelp
Great Location. Steps (all within a block or less) from harbor, opera house, ferries, train and bus lines as well as touristy shops and other restaurants and bars. Very convenient. Nice view of bridge and harbor and dock side. We didn't think it was noisy but think that may be a function of having a room away from any construction projects. We liked the suite set up of the room with a full kitchen, en-suite washer/dryer, seperate bedroom and living room where one could nap while others could be up and about. Our room was clean and tidy. And, again, super convenient location. Breakfast included in our rate seemed expensive but once served the food, it was quite a spread which allowed essentially a taste of everything. Held me for a long day traveling. Also about food here: snacks were ok, drinks weren't bad. Concierge and check in employees were super helpful on our morning check-in. We arrived very early from our US flight and were directed to a large guest bathroom that allowed us to freshen up to tour around the city (on hop on/hop off bus stop about 600 feet from the front door) before the room was available. They also happily kept track of our luggage in their secure luggage storage area while we were out and about. We felt safe in this area despite it being "warf-side". Seemed well patrolled and was well lit. We would stay here again and recommend it as a good option for folks who can spend a little bit of money and want to be close to any form of transportation. Not the most expensive in Sydney but certainly not the least either. We thought it was a fair deal.

Yelp
I am frequently in Sydney, and the Quay Grand Suites is my preferred hotel. It's spacious, clean, and conveniently located, near restaurants and the railway station. The suites are appointed with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchenette and fridge. There are two flat panel TVs, one in the living room, the other in the bedroom. The only negative is the shower spray, if directed at the shower door, results in flooding of the bathroom floor. The restaurant is very good, but overpriced. You're mostly paying for the harbour view. Their sister hotel, the Quay West Suites in Melbourne is also quite nice.

Yelp
A bit disappointed!! Am here for my wedding, Internet not working, phone not working, shower head fallen off, my mom's room didn't even have a shower door!!! Now, after a 23 hour flight we couldn't take a decent shower, someone came in to fix the Internet (the front desk wanted us to come back down to the lobby to fill out a form for the Internet), now a handyman will be coming to fix our shower head when we just want to nap after a 24 hour travel!! Also, my mom's room in garden view is more like; people on the street get a view of the room!!! To top it off I have maids fighting in my room while cleaning!! Wow!! Where am I??? Nice room, just lacking in service and up keep. Someone is not doing there job and staying on top of things!! Especially, for a 5 start hotel! Disappointed! Try a different hotel in the area.

Yelp
We really enjoyed this premium hotel, too bad it was only for two nights. Amazing location and its worth it to spend extra for the harbour side view rooms. Located right on the Quay you can either exit the building up on Macquarie Street or on the Quay walkway itself. A few minutes walk to the wharf, opera house or rocks and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The property does look a little aged here and there and could use a refresh sometime soon. But the rooms were clean and everything worked great. Our room features a balcony porch overlooking the harbor with remote operated blinds for the sun in the morning. A washer and dryer in the room and a full kitchen. Separate bedroom with comfy bed and plenty of closet space plus a large bathroom with shower or a big hot tub whirlpool. We did not try the restaurant but we did visit the pool and jacuzzi which were beautiful and offered a view of the harbor. The staff were exceptional and very helpful arranging our bag check and taxis. Yes it is pricey although I found a decent deal on Hotels.com that made it worth the expense. I would most certainly stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Very different to other Pullmans, no executive lounge (like other Sydney Pullmans and Melbourne). Rooms are huge and very lux. Very close to Circular Quay train station and food/attractions. I personally wouldn't stay again only because I prefer Pullman Hyde park, Sofitel or QT but would suit very wealthy travellers who need to be in Circular Quay.
