I’ve been staying here for work for years, so I’m stuck with it. I used to love this hotel, but it’s not the same anymore. The decline is obvious. They have a high employee turnover, which is pretty noticeable in their restaurant, bar, and front desk. I first noticed a big drop in the quality of food at the restaurant. The service is also terrible. Something is always missing! The room service is atrocious. You’ll wait at least 30 minutes for a dessert that basically has to be plated and delivered, not made from scratch! It’s crazy! And don’t even get me started on the quality, amount, and flavor of the dishes. They’re very lackluster. I always stay in their old, beat-up, poorly lit rooms with a TV from the early 2000s. They don’t have Netflix or any other streaming services. There’s mold growing in the bathroom, and there’s no iron in the room. You actually have to leave your room, hop on an elevator, and go to the lower level. There, you’ll have to share a tiny, short ironing board with an iron literally attached to the wall that runs on a timer! It’s laughable! I wish my company had a contract elsewhere! I’m over this place.

This hotel is not a five stars Maybe it has been at some point but nowadays it is old and not well maintained. This is a hub for Chinese tourist buses and airlines crews. I was overall disappointed Lucky enough Emerson at reception made my stay more enjoyable by welcoming me very well I had two types of room The deluxe is much better

This new staff is pure trash. They make everyone unconfortable, the bar is empty and will take hours to get a drink. The front desk overnight extremely unprepared. Never coming back. Stay away Pullman is not the same for the price they charge

The Pullman Sao Paulo Ibirapuera exceeded my expectations. The staff is accomplished and proficient. A front desk professional named Cesar went beyond in assisting me with transportation, and didn't just provide adequate service but exceeded expectations over and over during my stay. Thank you for your attention to detail. I am a former phantom dinner/restaurant reviewer and this hotel with all of its amenities and superior staff is worth the $$$. Special thanks to all of your staff that was helpful at every turn!

Victor was very friendly and attentive. Great member of team.||My bags were delivered quickly and the offer of water while I checked in was a nice touch having just landed from a long trip.||I noticed that my adapter was not working in Brazil’s and they happily provided a free one at reception. All in all a great start to my stay.

Gustavo very helpful in the check in process and appreciate his approach. Went there for work and loved the hotel! the room was really cool with a lot of space and a nice view, very good if you need to spend some time working in the room. They also have chromecast and it's great.||Food over breakfasts was quite good (love the ice cream) and the service was top notch, everybody was really nice and helpful, specially Souza, I encountered him everyday. I also had dinner in the restaurant and the service again was amazing. My fav hotel in the zone.

There are no irons in the rooms. The one iron in the basement (Level E2) for the guest is on a mini ironing board and on a timer placed in the wall, causing it to shut off after 1 minute and 24 seconds. Meanwhile, the information sheet on the wall (see pix) falsely says the timer shuts off after 3 minutes. The floor was wet from the leaking iron after auto-shutoff, so housekeeping was needed. The information sheet says to dial 9 for assistance, but the phone has been removed from the room. I had to wait 20 minutes for the floor to be mopped, or else my shirt would have rested in the water on the floor while hanging from the ironing board. Also, the shower in my room (680) was lined with mold/mildew. New room (1256) was missing a body towel and a floor towel. The details that are overlooked can be fixed with staff training. ||On a positive note, the hotel has a nice location near Ibirapuera Park and it is only a 10 minute (approximately) cab ride to restaurants and shopping. The restaurant food is nice along with the Yucafe coffee bar. The staff provides professional service with a smile, notably; Debora (restaurant host), Ingrid & Danton (bartenders), and Sarah & Liss (Yucafe baristas).

This place is amazing. Their breakfast beats all the rest. From an omelet station, breads, fruits, juice maker, coffee and cappuccino machines. They have deli meats and moet champagne. They will even make you your favorite breakfast items and you just have to ask. Their dinner restaurant and bar is amazing as well. I have tried almost everything on their menu and each time they cook the steaks exactly as you ask. Many fish and veggie options. Great rooms and quiet rooms. Very huge gym with saunas. Also a spa area for massages, microdermabrasion, manis and pedis, couples massages. Hotel is walking distance to Avenida paulista for lots of shopping and restaurant choices. Must stay!

Unfortunately I am required to stay at this hotel for business. Arranged at hotel Sunday morning about 0600 (after working and being awake all night ).assigned a room with issues to the air conditioner and loud ringing noises coming from the telephone. . Requested another room assignment, but was initially denied by manager Eduardo . I finally got a new assigned room 1 hour after arriving in hotel only because the loud ringing noises from the phone could not be resolved . Within a minute or so another representative joined them having a jovial time . noise from the phone could not be resolved . Approximately 2015 , I attempted to contact the restaurant for room service ... no answer after ringing phone for 5min. Followed up with several attempts to front desk , again no answer after over 100 rings . Yes you are reading this correctly, over 100 rings ! Finally spoke yo manager Eduardo , stared it was the weekend , no staff available and they were very busy ! I immediately went downstairs and observed 3 male attendants joined by another representative a few minutes later doing nothing but having a jovial time amongst themselves laughing . This was confirmed twice in conversation by Matthew who was so kind to assist me with my dinner order that they were not busy and would speak to them . I was in the lobby for about 20-25 minutes waiting for my food order and observed only 1 client at the front desk (there less than 5minutes ) so much for being so busy ! My complaint and concern was ....What if I had a medical issue or had fallen and needed help ! ??? I contacted operations manager today with my concerns .

I'm blown away here. I knew I loved the breakfast buffet, that's a given. But, an hour ago I decided to order some late night room service. Oh boy! You can never go wrong with a burger so that being said, that's what I got. Pullman Burger to be exact. Took longer to be delivered, which is totally okay with me as long as it's still hot. I got it with a side salad, which I didn't care for all that much. In both ways I didn't need a side, but the salad was really just lettuce and I had no idea what the white cheese looking things were. However.. This burger was FULL of flavor, and just all around mouth watering. The bun was so soft, the right amount of melted cheese, and the burger patty was thick and juicy. I am really excited to order it again tomorrow or the next day. This is ranked as one of my top 5 favorite burgers now. I wish I got an up close picture of the burger, or with a bite out of it, but it was gone before I could even think of picking up my phone and snapping another picture.

I've stayed here during business trips for about 10 years and I always look forward to returning to this Accor chain's Pullman São Paulo Ibirapuera hotel. The staff is professional & friendly & check in is always very easy. I've never had a problem with my bill during check out either. The rooms are always comfortable with cozy beds & pillows & Wi-Fi runs strong. The showers are nice and so is the air conditioning. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent, with omelettes made to order & a delicious espresso coffee machine. The dining room is quite attractive. I've ordered room service countless times and the spaghetti Bolognese is delicious. But, I always gravitate toward the famous cut of Brazilian steak called Picanha. They always allow me to substitute the rice for steamed vegetables instead, because I'm often on a low-carb diet. Again, the hotel staff is very friendly & accommodating. The gym is on the very high end of a hotel gym. They even have personal trainers here and it's a real gym that people from the outside can join. It's always a real treat to work out at this hotel gym! I like the neighborhood too. There is a café across the street from the hotel called Lanchonete do Coração where you can get incredible fresh tropical fruit juices and smoothies & tasty meals. Directly across the street from this restaurant is another restaurant that is very good for lunch. I can't remember the name thought. But, they are both on the corner and across the street from each other. Each are very local restaurants with many return guests. This Pullman hotel is a solid choice, especially for a business trip. However, if I were coming to São Paulo for romance, I'd treat my partner to something with a more romantic setting. However, I do like this hotel very much & again, I always know that it will be a pleasant stay when I'm planning my business trips to São Paulo.

The Restaurant staff are the best EVER!!! I thoroughly enjoy their breakfast!!! Hostess Emily & Fernanda, are always in a great mood, smiling, very welcoming and professional! As are the Restaurant staff, Graziela, Carmen, Renata and all the others!!! Adelia, the breakfast Chef, makes the best omelette ever!!! She's always in a cheery mood and always knows my order! I highly recommend this staff and their breakfast!!! The hotel internet is good, the rooms and bathroom are very clean. The pool... Could be larger... Being it fits at the most a few people at any given time... The gym is large and well equipped.

Oh my, what a great place to stay! Since I was last here the hotel has done lots of upgrading. Although they are still in the upgrade process here's what to expect. From the start of my checkin I felt pampered by the members of the staff...all were very courteous, helpful and very friendly. The lobby area is so quaint, a very nice place to sit and relax, or venture outside to the upgraded veranda. I'm a gym buff, and the gym is fully upgraded, spacious with all new equipment....what more could I ask. The room service and the main level restaurant food are mouth watering. If you like fine dining in room or in one of the two restaurants this is your place! I left the review of the hotel rooms for last because it wouldn't be fair to comment on this area because the rooms are in the process of being upgraded and that's a slow process. However, as with my previous stays the Pullman's rooms are nicely decorated, and spacious. If you want a place where you can get a nice quiet place to sleep, here's you best bet. Off the beaten path, but accessible to everything. Great job Pullman managers and staff!!

Trendy decor and very clean lobby. Don't miss the breakfast with made to order omelets. Coffee is amazing and they have nespresso machines. The WiFi works well and it's free. The rooms get very cold and have a small fridge. Don't miss the dry sauna in the gym and there's also a spa with great prices. I didn't get to get a massage but they have lots of service options. The pool is small but nice. Coffee in the room doesn't disappoint

The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are stylish and functional but not overly trendy and obnoxious. The free wifi is a godsend and very much appreciated, since almost all of the dozens of TV channels are Portuguese, which I don't speak (and I can only stand watching CNN International for about 5 seconds). My company paid for this stay, but if I was visiting here on my own I would happily spend my money to stay here, which I guess is the ultimate recommendation!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The service, from the moment you walk in to check out is impeccable and out of this world. We arrived after a long flight ready to hit the bed and take a nap. However, our rooms were not ready. Instead of just having us wait in the lobby twiddling our thumbs, the staff took care of us right away. They led us to have breakfast and took our bags to storage while waiting for our rooms to be serviced. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed my stay. I also ordered room service. Prices are affordable and the food was delicious. It arrived in a timely manner and the staff was so hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you find yourself in Sao Paulo, you will not the disappointed!

Great hotel! I have to say I really like this hotel. The hotel staff members are very professional and helpful, they will do anything to meet you needs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is located in a safe residential area and near the beautiful Ibirapuera park. There're several restaurants nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant, which I totally recommend-- really good food! The only reason I am giving three starts it's because I'm really disappointed how poorly the Spa by Shishindo (hotel SPA) treats their clients, If you're looking to have a relaxing experience and great service this is not the place for you. Some of the staff members are unprofessional, unfriendly and sometimes rude, specially when it comes to the manager. Their prices are outrageous and very inconsistent.

Stayed here while working at a nearby arena. Hotel is pretty good. Rooms are clean. Bed could be better. Staff was very friendly. Really good gym and lobby bar area. There's also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Staying here for the World Cup. Clean, spacious Executive Suite room. Free wifi. A rain shower in the bathroom. Free water every day. The breakfast buffet is perfect. Fresh fruits and juices. Lots of pastries, eggs, veggies. Love it so much we decided to extend our trip an extra day. Hotel Staff speaks English. Oh and the Korean soccer team was staying here. So you know it must be a good hotel. Its a 15 minute walk to the closest metro station, and uphill. But its also easy to get a taxi.

Very disappointed in this hotel . Poor communication /customer service . Still waiting for a return call from the GM . Several messages left past couple months to no avail . Left another one yesterday with no follow up . Tried contacting again today , but not available . Maybe front desk staff not giving messages ??? Will try email thus time Now at gym ... no English personal .... machines all in Portuguese and staff unqualified to work machines . Don't want to get injured . Ugg Requesting a manager for assistance . Let's see if one is available ??? Manager showed up who spoke English who listened to my concerns and gave me impression that someone could come to gym to convert treadmill to English for use . Waited 90 minutes . No help offered Was informed machines are only available in Portuguese . Yeah right , I've used these treadmills many times in the past year , FYI , machines CAN be converted to English use if you know how . Guess Staff members are not familiar with use of equipment . Just as I was leaving, an American. , English speaking individual converted treadmill for English usage . Bummer for me
