I’ve been staying here for work for years, so I’m stuck with it. I used to love this hotel, but it’s not the same anymore. The decline is obvious. They have a high employee turnover, which is pretty noticeable in their restaurant, bar, and front desk.
I first noticed a big drop in the quality of food at the restaurant. The service is also terrible. Something is always missing!
The room service is atrocious. You’ll wait at least 30 minutes for a dessert that basically has to be plated and delivered, not made from scratch! It’s crazy! And don’t even get me started on the quality, amount, and flavor of the dishes. They’re very lackluster.
I always stay in their old, beat-up, poorly lit rooms with a TV from the early 2000s. They don’t have Netflix or any other streaming services. There’s mold growing in the bathroom, and there’s no iron in the room. You actually have to leave your room, hop on an elevator, and go to the lower level. There, you’ll have to share a tiny, short ironing board with an iron literally attached to the wall that runs on a timer! It’s laughable!
I wish my company had a contract elsewhere! I’m over this place.
