PULSE GRANDE Hotel

I wished I had booked this hotel during my previous staycations!! My partner had booked this hotel as a staycation for me to relax after work and enjoy the hot bath with their bath tub., and I was amazed with the room and the bathroom. Beside the bathtub is a window that you can open up and watch the TV while relaxing there, the room was huge and cozy, it has a sliding door which we can access the porch/lobby thru there and ordered food from grab without having to walk thru the lobby. I wished I had booked here before as I had my staycation in cyberjaya and putrajaya multiple times before this. Sadly I don't have any photos, just my flower in their wardrobe. Praying mat, ironing utilities are also provided!

26th September 2025 After a long flight, I arrived and checked into this delightful hotel, gracefully perched atop a hill. The setting is truly prime ,quiet, private, and enveloped in serene greenery. The room is impeccably clean, breakfast most satisfying, and the service simply outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. Whether for business or leisure, the room is thoughtfully appointed with every necessity one could wish Thank you night staff. I had a lovely stay at Grande Pulse Hotel. My room was impressively spacious, with a private balcony where smoking is allowed — perfect for relaxing while enjoying some fresh air. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to rest. A nice touch was the buggy car service that took us from the lobby to the car park — very convenient! Although my room didn’t include breakfast, it wasn’t an issue since there’s a cozy coffee place right at the lobby (opens at 10am) serving a delicious cappuccino and freshly baked croissants. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had a staycation with my partner at there, it was surprised that the location of the hotel is so strategic and special, next to the Putrajaya Secret Garden and it was located in the centre of the world biggest roundabout. They have buggy car service to bring residents from the parking lots to the lobby area. The overall check in process was smooth. The hotel room space is spacious, however the furniture might need some renovation or refurbishment to match the hotel rating. Nevertheless, the interior design of the hotel is so great! Gym room and sauna are available as well.

Multiple times stay here, everything is good, it just the room should be upgrade or have proper maintenance. Overall Pulse Grande is good hotel to relax and enjoy the peace there. Even during rain, the sound of trees at the park nearby makes you feel so calm. It just need an upgrade and proper maintenance for their room.

We would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff of Pulse Grande Hotel Putrajaya for their kindness and excellent service. They went the extra mile by providing us with a special parking space as my husband is unable to walk, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and thoughtful assistance to our family.

Very, very nice. I had a great time here. Very spacious room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Buggy was provided since the car park was on the other side. The breakfast was also great, with variety of local and international cuisine. Highly recommended for the price and what you are getting. Will definitely be my go-to hotel every time i am going up to Selangor/KL.

My wife and i had a nice staycation here. The room with king bed is huge with spacious bathroom, complete with bath tub. However the soap & shampoo dispenser is not working. The AC took a quite some time to cool the room. We ordered the room service. The food is delicious and large in portion. The gym is on a smaller side, but it is sufficient for me. The infinity pool offers great view of Putrajaya. Location is superb as it is very near to many government buildings.
