PULSE GRANDE Hotel

Since 2023 We stayed here 3 times already for 3 consecutive years always during our anniversary and always love the room, spacious and comfortable. Breathtaking sunsets, bathroom superb and This time the room had a new feel with amazing lights to suite our mood. Staff are so super efficient and friendly. Breakfast was delish and had good variety. Definitely will continue to come here again.

One word, OUTSTANDING! Love the staff friendliness, helpful. The room very cozy & even it is dated, it is still a memorable to stay. Even the parking a bit far, but the shuttle keep on coming every now and then. Food? FOOD WAS AWESOME. With 24 hours service the food still outstanding & savoury. With attached a photo of ours & our room deco by myself for our anniversary!

Great value for a 5-star experience. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with complete facilities and amenities. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. While the room design is slightly dated, it adds a charming touch. The serene greenery surrounding the property provides a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The only minor drawback is the car park being located far from the main building, but the buggy service efficiently addresses this inconvenience. Overall, an excellent choice for a short vacation.

Room is nice and comfy, very nice view from the balcony and very great for the price. Just that some of the walls in the room got scribble marks maybe from a previous guest children. The hotel should get that cleaned. And the check in is a tad bit late, around 30 mins past 3pm which is the check in time. Not a big issue but could be improved. The breakfast selection in the cafe is okay, maybe could be improved as well. All in all a great stay 👍🏻

I only spent one night as an overnight stop driving on the North-South Highway. As expected, the car park is uncovered and I got one of the last 2 free spaces when I arrived at 3pm. The walk to the reception is totally doable, even with bags. All the staff I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was dated (as mentioned in a few other posts) but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I did enjoy the balcony (although I had to drag a chair out as there is nowhere to sit). The only downside was the multi-standard sockets, one of which would simply not hold a 2-pronged charger and the other (which did work), was falling off the wall. All in all, it was perfect to get a good night’s sleep before hitting the highway at the crack of dawn the next morning.

I would like to start by apologizing for the late review. My stay at the hotel was on December 28th and 29th, 2024 to celebrate my husband's birthday as a token of appreciation for him, and I wanted to share my experience. Book thru trip.com and request for complimentary birthday decoration. They fulfill the request for free :) First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the front desk was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to drop off our bags before heading to the parking area, which made things so much easier. The staff even helped us carry our bags to our room, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience right from the start. I also want to thank the cleaning staff and the pool attendant for ensuring that the pool area was well-kept and safe for us to enjoy. Additionally, I found this hotel to be very kid-friendly. It's a place where you can let your child walk around freely without the worry of strict rules or too many fragile items. The layout of the hotel, with minimal furniture or glass items, made it much more relaxed and comfortable for families. It was nice not to have to constantly worry about our little one’s safety, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As for the breakfast, while the food was good, I felt that the variety could have been a bit more exciting. The options were a little dull, and I would have appreciated more variety or some unique dishes to choose from to make it a bit more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. The staff service and kid-friendly atmosphere made our stay pleasant and hassle-free. I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 1night and that truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was stunning, and everything felt comfortable and inviting. The pleasant scents throughout the hotel added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and diverse, offering something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in Putrajaya

1. The parking was 170metres away, only 2 mins with walking and 1 minute with buggy ride.  During raining, they provided van to and fro the parking lot and hotel 2. They have the best customer service and the staff are so attentive to their guest from the front desk staff to housekeeping and also their restaurant staff 3. The hotel is nicely decorated and well maintained, beautiful lobby too 4. There are two pools, adults and kids pool and its a salt water pool. Adults pool around 1.2 mtr height 5. Kids room available too nearby the pool but it has poor ventilation so its quite musty in there 6. The room was good, clean and well maintained although it looks and feel a bit classic with the wardrobe style and also the toilet is huge to have a separate bath tub and shower. The shower faucet a bit loose I'd say, the water would sometimes leaked even after you close, but if close properly, eventually the water will stop leaking. 7. Nearby the hotel area there is a Secret Garden Park where lots of colorful lamps scenery that you can take a brisk walk after dinner 8.  The breakfast spread was great, lots of choices and delicious too. The staff was attentive enough to ask if I needed a baby chair. Overall it was a good experience. Keep up the good work Pulse Grande! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
