Nice room. Spacious, bath tub included. Booked on a weekday, given a room facing construction site, nice to watch construction workers sweating from my hotel room.
The worse part:
1. Need to pay for parking. Checked in, left at night for dinner, RM2 parking. Left car overnight, RM6. Check in counter staff didnt mention anything about waiver, so whats so special being a guest than visitor?
2. Check in counter is wayyyy at the back of the building. Convenient much? Talk about 5 star layout
No personnel to assist you upon arrival. There was one, but shes standing like a stick at the entrance, maybe the christmas tree is more useful. Good luck with ur luggage and family and unattended car
3. Swimming pool is the worst. Its salty like seawater (not drinking it. of course some water will get into the mouth, duh). Its dull, unexciting, and dirty. No matter how big your family come in, only TWO towels given per room, so i just walk to my room drenching the carpet all the way, yay fungal carpets
4. Only one buggy at any time of the day, be it peak hour during check in and check out or night. So you have to be patient unless ure VIP.
5. Only one bath robe and one set of sandal. Yup, only one so u can experience this 5-star-hotel class ‘sharing is caring’ policy.
6. Need tissue in the room? Only toilet bowl has tissue rolls. So please eat at the toilet bowl
Basically got conned by the good reviews over here.
I wouldnt come here again after this, but why would this 5-star hotel bothered by one guest complaining anyway.

The swimming pool fella was asking for room number, which hes writing on a blank table sheet. He can guess two adult but how many children in a deluxe king room? u put wireless chip in his brain to communicate? I call bull on this matter
One bathrobe in a deluxe king room cuz apparently only single people are allowed to check in this hotel.
You have not addressed the other issues that I’ve pointed out. Therefore, potential customers can judge how lightly management cares for customer satisfaction.
