The Best Places to Eat in Detroit, per Chef Javier Bardauil - AFAR

"Launched in 2024 across the street from the chef’s first restaurant, this more relaxed South American spot focuses on traditional appetizers and casual fare, offering fresh ceviche, melty Ecuadorian empanadas, and a laid-back counter to the fire-forward dining next door." - AFAR

Extremely helpful staff and a big variety of sizes. Prices beat Amazon by around 20%

Generally great prices and selection. Crazy good sales. My service experience was top notch. Found some shoes I liked, didn't see my size and left the store. Called back, spoke with Ryan, he found my size and placed them behind the counter and asked if they fit on my return.

Great deals...4 pairs of shoes for less than $100. This is 2 out of the 4 pairs.

Great deals. I got a $50 bag for $20 and $35 kids shoes for $15. I've never stopped at Puma before. I was there to visit a friend who worked there. Most of the store was 60% off and the shoes and clothes were really nice. Friendly helpful staff.

Stopped by on a weeknight looking for workout tank tops and was bummed to find out there weren’t any in the clearance section. Jelani offered to check the back for my size and color preference and after about 10 minutes i thought he didn’t find anything but he came back with several options. I really appreciate him going the extra mile especially when the store was closing in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely come back here for the deals and fantastic service.

Always has good deals. I go straight to the clearance section. You could find some unique shoes. I normally don't wear this brand but I have a couple pairs of shoes from them at a great price.

The most Amazing customer service I have ever received!!!! I went this past Saturday, the mall was extremely packed, and PUMA was no different. The gentlemen working were patient and helpful with all customers. If you wanted a shoe from the back and they didn't have it, they pulled all similar shoes in your size and brought them to you, whether it was a $100 pair of shoes or $25 clearance. They personally shopped for each customer and I will definitely be returning. No more footlocker, no more finish line for me and mine 😊 After a long day shopping, with kids and husband, this was exactly the shopping experience I needed to end on a high note!!

Yelp
There was a skinny tall guy I think his name was Johan he was very rude and impatient,he was very quiet and couldn't look at me in the eyes very disrespectful.

Yelp
Brad, I read your wordy review multiple times and still can't understand your problem with Quentin. He asked if you needed anything and per your own account you did not make it clear that you did. I find it more than a little disturbing that you spent so much time and effort attacking this young man on an internet review site. That being said, I have had all positive experiences in this store. I have always been treated with courtesy by Quentin and all of the other employees. Noah especially, has gone out of his way to help me find the right shoe on more than one occasion. Will be back.

Yelp
I just got home after visiting your store at Opry Mills in Tennessee. I have been looking for some new sneakers for about a month, now. I used to own a pair of classic PUMA sneakers that I loved, so I was very excited about visiting your store. I arrived and asked the assistant manager a question and I couldn't find what I was looking for in this store. I was then approached by Quentin, the store manager. He asked my wife and me if there was anything we needed help with. We both responded with "I don't know" and "Ummmm". Instead of investigating further or asking anymore questions, he just said "okay" and walked away. At this point, my wife and I left the store unsatisfied with the customer service. I immediately called the customer service number and was told that I would receive an email about my concerns. Instead, I was sent an email asking about my interest in PUMA products. I then realized that your customer service department wasn't interested in addressing our concerns, so I returned to the store to try on the style of sneaker that I was interested in just in case I decided to order a pair online. During this visit, Quentin, the store manager approached us again and asked if we needed any help with anything as if we hadn't been in the store just ten minutes earlier. My wife then spoke up and asked him whether or not he would just walk away from us even if we did need any help. Quentin then just said "okay" and walked away from us again. Not only did he never apologize for his behavior, Quentin then disappeared from the sales floor to the back of the store and his assistant manager came out to the sales floor. We asked a few questions and she asked if she could help. We asked if she was the store manager and she said no. Then, realizing that nothing was going to get done in this store, we left the store. There was even another pair of shoes elsewhere in the mall that I was considering purchasing, but after this experience, I just wanted to go home. I called customer service back and was told that an inquiry would take place concerning how terrible our experience was. Clearly, that wasn't enough to satisfy me, so here I am, attempting to get any type of feedback from your customer service department. All I want is some sort of justice for this unprofessional experience. Does your company just not value customer service or customer loyalty? P.S. I'm not the first person to write a negative review about Quentin online. Edit: His name is Quentin Arnold and I posted a picture of him so that all of you can avoid him in the future.
