Yelp
I just got home after visiting your store at Opry Mills in Tennessee. I have been looking for some new sneakers for about a month, now. I used to own a pair of classic PUMA sneakers that I loved, so I was very excited about visiting your store. I arrived and asked the assistant manager a question and I couldn't find what I was looking for in this store. I was then approached by Quentin, the store manager. He asked my wife and me if there was anything we needed help with. We both responded with "I don't know" and "Ummmm". Instead of investigating further or asking anymore questions, he just said "okay" and walked away. At this point, my wife and I left the store unsatisfied with the customer service. I immediately called the customer service number and was told that I would receive an email about my concerns. Instead, I was sent an email asking about my interest in PUMA products. I then realized that your customer service department wasn't interested in addressing our concerns, so I returned to the store to try on the style of sneaker that I was interested in just in case I decided to order a pair online. During this visit, Quentin, the store manager approached us again and asked if we needed any help with anything as if we hadn't been in the store just ten minutes earlier. My wife then spoke up and asked him whether or not he would just walk away from us even if we did need any help. Quentin then just said "okay" and walked away from us again. Not only did he never apologize for his behavior, Quentin then disappeared from the sales floor to the back of the store and his assistant manager came out to the sales floor. We asked a few questions and she asked if she could help. We asked if she was the store manager and she said no. Then, realizing that nothing was going to get done in this store, we left the store. There was even another pair of shoes elsewhere in the mall that I was considering purchasing, but after this experience, I just wanted to go home. I called customer service back and was told that an inquiry would take place concerning how terrible our experience was. Clearly, that wasn't enough to satisfy me, so here I am, attempting to get any type of feedback from your customer service department. All I want is some sort of justice for this unprofessional experience. Does your company just not value customer service or customer loyalty?
P.S. I'm not the first person to write a negative review about Quentin online.
Edit: His name is Quentin Arnold and I posted a picture of him so that all of you can avoid him in the future.
