Pump House Indoor Waterpark

Such a fun and really cool place. The only reason this is a 4 is because it's ridiculously loud and walking through the doors I was immediately thrown into sensory overwhelm. I suggest ear plugs if you really want a good time. The place was surprisingly clean and well kept. My kids had a blast and can't wait to go back.

We met some great friends here! The community at the flowrider is amazing! We just participated in a flowrider competition. This indoor water park keeps us coming back! The only thing that would be great is if they had a few working tvs in the place. Would keep the parents entertained with sports while the kids did their thing! Otherwise we’ll keep coming back because the flow rider community is a magnet ☺️

Great place with more life guards than I am used to. The surfing instructors helped me learn a little about surfing , and the employee at the top of the red slide was nice as I hesitated to go in. I just wish there was a wave pool somewhere instead of just waves in the lazy river as those waves felt small.

It's indoors and the kids loved it seems to have alot of life guards which is good has a little snack bar and also serves mom and dad drinks

We had the best time at the Pump House! The waterpark is clean, well-staffed, and super fun for all ages. My kids couldn’t get enough of the slides, and we loved relaxing in the lazy river. Perfect indoor activity for a rainy or chilly day. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great day (12 October) at the water park. Kids left exhausted but delighted. Lines were really short. Lifeguards were great, especially the two lifeguards who looked after the Florider. They were fantastic offering tips, support and enthusiasm all day to kids and adults alike! Only areas for improvement - Wish they had somewhere on site to get a coffee or hot chocolate.

This is an absolutely stunning resort. The surrounding area is beautiful. Incredible staff. The hotel rooms are quiet.

I've been to the Pump house multiple times now most recently for my daughter's birthday party. Double digits! I called close to 2 dozen times thats right over 20 times in 2 weeks before reaching a human. Finally got the party booked. We were across from the wave kids were so excited... except there was an event and they couldn't surf and what was worse the speakers were on either side of our cabana. We couldn't even hear ourselves sing happy birthday. I wish they would have said something before we booked it 😒

My 8-year-old son enjoyed this water park. There are plenty of attractions for 3-4 hours. If your kids wanna the arcade then more ways to have fun! The food in there is not bad and inexpensive for the resort facility's price setting. Today, the red, orange, and yellow tubes were not running. Only green and blue. It is the end of the season and I cannot expect everything to fully open though. One more thing, the float is necessary to go on the water tube. It was time-consuming to get a twin seated float. Not a enouch twin floats. We had to wait at the tube exit and ask the users each time if they had released it. There is no line to wait. Kids cut the lines.... Overall, it's a great place to spend your day.

This was a fun time and was a good alternative to skiing on a really cold day. The water park was $43/person and lockers were an additional $6. It's open from 10am to 8pm and there is a bar and a snack bar inside. They have a lazy river, a surfing wave, a hot tub, a pool and 4 different water slides. The water slides were really cool. Two required tubes and two did not.

Safety is a big thing here. Lifeguards are visible. Ample chairs and tables when we visited but i guess during peak season these would not suffice. Tickets during summer is inside their gift shop on the second floor and the door is on the far left which is kinda a blind spot. Ticket costs $44 for adult. Their is a flowrider and you need to fill in a waiver while you are buying to save you time.since the lifeguards will look if you have a whiteband signaling you already had the waiver signed

This is a fun water park and great activity for a family. The kids had a lot of fun and we might go back. I rated three stars because when we went last spring break in 2022, I did think that the park needed more staff to clean up as there was food garbage left on tables and nobody was handing out tubes at the bottom of the slides and people were fending for themselves. A few of the tubes were also deflated and there wasn't anywhere to sit because all of the lounge chairs were taken. So, with a few additional staff members, which I know are hard to come by, I'd easily increase the star rating.

Due to COVID half the park is closed, they should have discount rates for this or advanced warning/ information online that the hot springs (hot tubs) are all closed, even the outdoor hot tubs & jacuzzi are all closed, towels I did not see provided, glad I brought my own, limit is under 75 people, lazy river was also closed, mostly just disappointed. COVID guidelines: they take your temperature before entering the Waterpark, take all safety requirements with hand sanitizers

I made a reservation to visit the waterpark on the weekend. I had to change it due to a winter storm with a forecast of treacherous driving conditions. The same happened to my rescheduled date. They will only change it once. This is a bad policy.

We headed over to Jay Peak with family friends and our hyped up super-excited 6 year old. This would be his first water park experience. We walked in to check it out and whoa - there was no backing out! Super cool view inside with glass windows overlooking the mountains, a bar overlooking the water activities, and a really neat layout to the facility. The slides were the big hit, the green one being the family favorite. Our son had to go down on a double tube with an adult based on his height. That did not take away from the fun at all. Be prepared to climb some stairs for the slides. Stayed around 2 hours or so, long enough to get our money's worth & adequately wear out our son. It was a fun time & we would definitely recommend it! Oh yea- and the place felt clean. Probably enough chlorine in there to kill off those nasty critters you don't really want to think about in public swimming facilities.

So glad to find an indoor water park in Jay that is clean and inexpensive when you're looking to do something else, other than ski/snowboard. It was $30 (with a $5 off coupon) and definitely worth it. Towels are complimentary but lockers cost about $3 or 2 for $5 and they're pretty small, good enough for 1 person. The eatery below doesn't have much of a selection for good food (pizza, cookies, mozzarella sticks under heat lamps) so I recommend heading elsewhere around the hotel. The facility is super clean given the amount of kids running around and you get your money's worth if you stay for a good portion of the day. Loved the tube slides, the hot tub, the lazy river and although I didn't try it, the surf and boogie board area was fun. I hope this places stays the same in terms of price and cleanliness for a long while as I only come up there 1-2 times a year.

I'll say right up front that I don't recommend the Pumphouse. It's very expensive. It was $246 for two days for three of us. This is a fairly low end water park in the middle of nowhere (4 slides, a small surfing pool, hot tubs, lazy river and a few other nic-knacks), not Disney World! In addition, you're going to get nickel-and-dimed. Lockers are $9 a day (more on this later), food is expensive and bland (chicken nuggets, burgers, and Fries) or you can go to an upscale cart called, (this is really what it's called) Miso Hungry, and pay $40 for 3 bowls of Ramen. My beer was $10. I looked into staying at the lodge overnight but that was over $400 once all the taxes and fees were added, appropriate for Boston, not Jay. We ended up at a $100 a night Airbnb that was very nice. All in I spent around $600, including meals and accomodation.. For these reasons alone I would suggest you should go only if you limit yourself to 1 day and not stay overnight (it's not exciting enough for 2 days), then it might be worth it. However I had a strange experience that will ensure I never return. The $9 locker requires a $20 key deposit. Since we were staying for 2 days, I kept the locker key overnight. When I came in in the morning, I wanted to ensure that we still had the locker, so I asked and they said I could still use it but that I would not get my deposit back because I didn't return it at the end of the 1st day. I spoke to two seperate employees about this and got the same tune. When I mentioned that given those facts, I had no reason to return their key, they said they know. I suggested that this wasn't very safe for the next person because I would have a key to their locker, but they were not swayed. I am sure I am not the only key holder out there, so beware if you trust your belongings to them. When I told them I was planning on writing about my experience they said that was 'understandable' (that's a quote from the employee who kept my deposit). I've been to the water park in Queensbury, New York and I would recommend that one or Bromley Mountain as an alternative. Good luck!

I took the kids for February vacation for a night at the Hotel Jay with a stay and splash package. The kids had a blast! First, the Hotel Jay: The place is a bit of a maze, but it is clean and tastefully decorated. Check-in and out were a breeze. We had a one bedroom suite that had a full kitchen. The room was modern, clean and efficient. My only complaint was that the shower was really tiny, which was strange because the bathroom itself was a good size and could have fit a full sized shower. Second, the Pump House: We spent probably 7 hours here with 4 kids. The kids had a really good time. We got there right at opening and had no issue finding seats. Note: their cabanas are $100/day and they don't have any special seating, they are small and there is no TV so I would not bother. Also, the food options are very limited and there isn't a lot to choose from in the area. But, we found the water park to be clean, the kids loved the slides, climbing wall and basketball area. It was a great way to spend the day, especially since the days that we were there the skiing conditions were terrible due to the weather. Third, the Extras!! The day we checked in, we went to Clips and Reels, which is on the property, and the kids did an hour of the climbing walls. They had so much fun! The walls are huge and there are a lot of options to try. We also played in the two arcades, which are ok. And, we went to public skate at the ice skating rink, also on the property, and the kids had a great time skating. This was our first time at Jay Peak. We only did one night, but next time could easily do multiple nights. There was so much to do!

Really fun place for the family. The last two times we were there they were understaffed so stuff wasn't open or you had to wait longer for slides. The water could be a touch warmer but I'm from Florida so I'm used to warm water. Fun place thoe just to Relaxe

This place was really fun. There are water slides, lazy river, surfing, restaurant/bar, hot tub, 'little kids' area. It's a bit pricey, but so is any water park. If we were to go back to Jay Peak, we would definitely go back here! My only complaint is that a lot kids were running a muck without supervision.

For kids under 2 (I think kids under 3 are free- check to make sure) Purchase the adult pass that gives you access to all amenities. I almost purchased the supervision pass as it gives you access to the kids area only. However, the kids area was a bit overwhelming for me and my child who is new to the water and doesn't like to be splashed. We purchased the full access pass and it was worth every penny. We swam in the warm pool with basketball nets and walked the lazy river multiple times. The place is very clean and the family changing room was available when I needed it. We brought our own life vest but it looked like some were available (same with towels). We felt comfortable leaving our towels on our chairs but the family locker (it fit 2 backpacks, diaper bag, and large tote bag) was nice for extra security. We used a high chair in the food area. I wish we could bring in our own food and drinks as the food was limited for little kids. We stayed for 2.5 hours between naps. It was a great time.

When you can't count on snow on the slopes, you can count on fun in the Pump House at Jay Peak. The resort built a brand new water park w/ a lazy river, tube slides, kid area, hot tub, surf simulator. For those who don't like the water, there's a snack bar, lofted bar, so you can overlook the fun, and a family arcade. This is kind a year round treat and makes jay a bit more modern. It is usually full of kids, but, better them in the water park than in my way on the slopes. Its only a matter of time before I get clothes lined by a toddler on a ski leash. Right now it's $35 bucks for a day pass if you didn't do any sort of ski and swim package, or stay and swim package. Its really cool to see some alternative recreational activities going on at Jay, especially when global warming is delaying all the pow-pow.

Perfect place. Drinks for adults, food for families, arcade and waterproof for kids. Hot tub inside and outside. Fireworks for new years over the hot tub. Great slides and lazy river. If you have kids you should go. Ski and water park packages make it perfect.

4 stars because you really have to "wow" me to get 5, but a great place, no doubt. We arrived at 11:30am, easy to get "seats", and short lines (Friday in August), but did fill up as the day went on. But never too crowded. Very reasonable lines. It's indoors, but the roof is retractable, so we spend more time in the sun than I expected, so sunblock is a good idea! You can get no charge towels when you come in, or bring your own. We did both. FYI - there is a 50% military discount, you have to ask & show proper I.D., but that's great! Nice store if you forget something. Food is mediocre, but kids didn't complain.

This place was a lot of fun. Our family consists of 3 young adults and our parents and it had something for everyone, BUT BE WARNED..we are from New Jersey where we have much BIGGER water parks. If you are looking for something like that, then this is NOT THAT PLACE. Overall we all liked it though. It's definitely better than average *3 stars* but not excellent enough for 5 stars. The lazy river is NOTHING lazy...it's more of a large wavy river than a lazy river, but to be honest, my mom and I enjoyed it a lot more than a lot river and went around it AT LEAST 10x. My brothers are adrenaline junkies though and a MAIN REASON why I planned for our family to go here is because of their one attraction called "La Chute". My brothers said it's the fastest and most exhilarating slides they've ever been on. You are standing up straight legs crossed and the floor just pulls from underneath you and you free fall down the tube and a 90° angle and don't even feel the tube until you slide through the curve and UP A LOOP....the slide was a bit too much for me so I didn't try it, but they loved it and they are tough people to please. The other slides are more to speed of what you find at other water parks and were nice to ride to pass the time. The wave runner pool was a cool feature and my brothers and dad went on the artifical surfing and said it was pretty simple to do. *Tip* if you are just a day visitor, then just do the Night time pass which is 10 dollars CHEAPER per person *29 dollars compared to full price 39, tax already included* because the water park is smaller and you could honestly finish everyone in an hour and a half. The night time pass can be bought in person or online if you purchase online it has to be a day on advance. Just one thing. Don't buy food here. Too expensive and less than okay quality. Just bring your own. They don't check bags.

Spent the weekend at Jay Peak staying at the slopeside condos right beside the pump house. We went with DC events in which they had their social at the pump house. We paid $5 for admission from 10pm to midnight. Overall it was quite fun! The had a lazy River which was not so lazy as the waves swung you into others for a large portion of the track, made it that much more exciting. They didn't really have many slides and they were short. A few of my friends tried the flow rider which is their surfing simulation, I decided not to as I heard it can be dangerous. Another cool attraction was la chute, which was a slide where you stand on a board and it countdown then drops you into the slide. Overall for 2 hours it can be fun, but I can't imagine spending the whole day here.

We were looking for a rainy day activity and made the trip up (1.5hrs). First...the 'State' access roads are atrocious due to frost heaves from the winter. Second, the actual indoor park was well staffed and clean. I like the fact that online ticketing is encouraged to limit occupancy. Third, they close the actual slides if there is a lightning threat in the area. This happened twice during our visit, resulting in a completely overcrowded Lazy River. At $35.00 per person, I'd recommend going in better weather to avoid a possible long-term slide closure.

We stayed over Ontario March Break with 4 kids aged 7-12 (and 4 adults). The waterpark was the deciding factor on coming to Jay Peak and it definitely improved the experience. The flow rider is lots of fun, though line ups got long (it was packed). The lazy river is less lazy than most with a wave machine that keeps things moving - actually quite fun. The Chute is quite a thrill (if you dare) and the three other slides are also fun. The downsides? A little chilly both air temp and pool temp. There is no outdoor pool or hot tub - something that really should be a must at a ski resort. There is only one fairly small hot tub - at a busy time of year, it was like a human soup. It really doesn't make sense. The snack bar would also do well to offer more salads and fresh foods - there are enough fries and burgers around. Fun and a great way to split up a ski vacation - but needs a bit of expansion to make it fit.

Fun, fun, and more fun. Spent this past weekend at Jay and had just as much fun in the water park as we did on the slopes. With icey conditions outside the park was the perfect change of pace to keep the fun going. Having spent a lot of my childhood in this part of VT during the summer at my family's house, I can't wait to take them to Jay this summer to experience the Pump House! My boyfriend and I did not want to leave yesterday, way to go Jay!

Review from February 2016 Stayed at jay peak resort and had a stay and splash package. However, we did have 2 guests who were able to come at the last minute and therefore not accounted for in the provided water park passes. For Saturday our friends purchased their passes online in advance. Sunday they were originally thinking of going snowboarding but changed their minds bc of the weather (-12 not including wind chill). We decided to all go to the water park in the late afternoon before our dinner reservations this day instead. We arrived at the water park just after 4pm. Our 2 friends were denied entry bc they claimed they were "at capacity". The main reason we waited until this time yo go to the water park was bc the day prior we went earlier and it was a mad house. When we went again in the late afternoon it was much calmer. So I would definitely recommend purchasing your water park tickets in advance if they are not included in your stay. This was my first time at an indoor water park so I do not have anything else to compare it too. It was nice but definitely over crowded. What the water park offers: 4 slides (2 tubes, 2 non tubes) Lazy rapid type river (good luck fighting for a tube and being bumped and pushed around by all the people swimming around in it) Hot tub (packed with kids all the time) Surf pool (always a really long line) Basketball/rock climbing pool Kids area with 1 enclosed small slide, 2 side by side park like slide, and one shorter slide for the younger children Coat room (free) Lockers ($4 for a small one, $14 for family size- $5 refund when key is returned) Super small towels (you can get as many as you like. ..) Upstairs bar overlooking the water park Snack shack downstairs (not sure prices. We ate food before or after going) Pro's Something to do while other members of the family ski The kids really enjoy it Cons Only one family changing room Towels are super small (perfect size for our 16 month old though)

Went for 5 nights due to an off-season (read: not ski season) special in August 2019, but still pricy (~$200 per night). Our 6 year-old loves water parks, but we won't return to this one. In sum: it's not worth the cost; the water park is freezing and full of flies; and the staff is mostly teenagers and therefore they don't care and/or don't have the ability or desire to do anything differently. A few bullet points: * Limited activities in water park (e.g,. "big river" frequently closed off, and groups of 4-6 people would have to wait at one access point to get into it and have a turn being WALKED around the river backwards (!) by an annoyed teenager. Asked one employee (the older lady who was the boss of the kid lifeguards), and she said the reason the river was mostly shut down was...they didn't have enough lifeguards. This was every day of our 5 day stay. To be clear: the big river, if open and traversable as it was only during a few hours on our first day, is one of the funner parts for younger kids around 5-7 years' old, because otherwise they have to drag a floatie up and down multiple flights of stairs for the 2 slides they are tall enough to ride on...or play in the tiny kiddie areas. The only other fun part for this age group was a combo rock climbing/basketball section but....the water was so cold there, our son could never stay in that part too long. * Water freezing in every area but hot tub. Asked one lifeguard why the water was so cold and she said, "well, the air is pretty warm!" Is there no one at Jay Peak who checks the water temperature? I never once saw anyone come around with a thermometer and there are none in the water. Do any staff or supervisors just...walk inside this water park? You do one walk-through, you'll see dozens of kids literally holding their arms and shivering. * Water park, every day we were there--and we went in every one of the 5 days we stayed, because we'd paid for it, despite the water temperature!--was FILLED with flies. Can't you put up some fly traps or fly paper? Sanitize the space at night when it closes? Do...something? The minute you sit down at a table inside the waterpark, they land on your food, beverages and towels. It was just...really gross. * Water park bar not open all day and night Monday, and closed when we checked it out next on Wednesday at 6pm (all during hours the front desk printout said it should be open). When I found it open on Thursday and asked why it had been closed on prior days when it was noted to be open, the sole bartender told me they just shut it down if it's not busy. There are other, smaller issues (e.g., outdated and dirty décor in the common areas) but frankly, those exist in many resorts/hotels and don't bother me so much. The main issue for those considering just the water park is that it is absolutely freezing and full of flies. Go....anywhere else.

Brilliant idea for a ski resort. And it exceeded expectations. Huge and well kept. Went the weekend before Christmas and though it was crowded, we hardly waited in any lines and always found a seat and table. The kids and adults all loved it! Don't miss the outside hot tub...not well marked but nice to sit in the cold and snow in a hot tub! Note: bring your own towels. They supply them but they are tiny and your own would be much better. Also wish I had slides or crocs. The floors in the bathrooms and changing area were quite wet...not dirty by any means, just wet which skeeves me out.

Went to the Pumphouse Waterpark at Jay Peak this weekend. Never again. Went with my daughter, son in law and my 3 grandsons. 9 year old twins and a 4 year old. Our tickets were a gift. If we had paid to get in, I would have asked for a refund. They opened at 10:00. When we arrived at 10:30, they were already so packed there wasn't a single seat available. Yet, they continued to allow people in to the point that even standing was elbow to elbow. Their website makes a big deal of referring to their lazy river as Big River. It stated the " Activity River was closed. Confusing because they have an Activity pool. We went not knowing which was actually closed. It was the river. Sign at the desk said " Activity River Closed for the season". What is their "season". They're open year round. A major part of the waterpark experience is closed but ticket prices remain the same. That meant all the older kids that might have been on the river, went to the kiddie area, "the Mill Pond". 12 year olds pushing the 5 and under crowd out of the way to go down mini water slides because lines at the bigger slides were horrendous. No employee/ lifeguard at the Mill Pond area so it was free for all.Our 4 year old ended up playing around the very edge of the activity pool with life vest on. Due to lack of seating, we managed to find a corner near the closed lazy River and spread our towels on the floor to have lunch. Lunch purchased there for 3 kids and 3 adults which was burgers, fries chicken tenders and onion rings was $94. No coolers allowed in th he park so if you want to bring lunch, make it a PB&J or something else you don't need to keep cold. Unless, of course, you want to go out to your car in your wet bathing suit to retrieve items from your cooler and carry them in in a bag. We had to wait in a long line when leaving to return our locker key($40 up front with $20 back when you return key) because despite how packed they were, they were still letting people in. I can't believe they don't have a max capacity! My advice: Stay away.

I was impressed. They've got the flow rider, lazy river and the drop chute. It's nice to have a watermark where my wife can stay while I'm riding on the mountain.

Pure fun. After a full day on the slopes, this indoor water park was just what I needed to continue a night of play. The four water slides provided the adrenaline rush while the lazy river tube ride let me float around doing nothing. Both a playground for overgrown adults acting like children and for young kids with their families, this is a fantastic addition to Jay Peak. It's located on the second floor of Hotel Jay.

Went here for my partners birthday. After spending an overpriced amount for a tiny water park we went to the bar where we bought a drink and were charged one price and went back were tried be charged more by the woman bartender. When I said something about the price changing she told me "you shouldn't rat out your bartender he gave you a good deal" watch out they will over charge you and try to rip you off will not be referring anyone to this place and will forewarn anyone they will try to screw you over.

Well, I'm having a great time here. Came with my wife to enjoy something different on our day off. Thy have 4 large water slides. 2 you need to use tubes to ride. The other two you don't. One of them is a straight drop that takes you back up in an arch. Loads of fun! (Although my wife refuses to do it). There is a bar overlooking the whole place if you want a drink. Bar tender is friendly. A lazy river circles the place if you want to relax (although there are waves and water falling your head in certain spots). Even though it is currently pouring outside and cold there are hot tubs outside with people in them if your feeling up for that. Kind of interesting. Also a few hot tubs inside as well. Nice place to bring kids too. Plenty of fun small pool areas with things like basketball, rock wall, slides etc. I'd come back again.

This place is great. I come to Jay every weekend in the winter and usually have a good time here. The water slides are thrilling and the Flo Rider is a must try. My only problem is that after about 2-21/2 hours there isn't much left to do.

Kids and parents had a blast. Great water park. Life guards are fantastic and great with the kids. The water park was included in our room package and was an excellent value. Perfect getaway for April vacation.

Stay away!!!!. So crowded you can't walk. People holding chairs but not using them so there is no place to sit. Asked an employee about seat holding and no place to actually sit and she said " should have gotten here earlier, first come first serve guess you will have to sit on the floor" Been to many waterparks and this is by far the most unprofessional overpacked death trap.

Different look for a ski resort (strange referring to Jay as a resort) but it's nice. I actually didn't do any of the rides, just had some margaritas, BUT, it is a nice change from the freezing temperatures of northern VT. Overall definitley a great spot for some drinks and people watching!

Our family took a little trip to Jay Peak this weekend to celebrate our youngest first birthday. Everyone had such an amazing time at the Pump House...a little pricey, thank goodness children 3 and under are free. Overall great family entertainment, we will be back for sure!

The place is nice. I wish it was about twice the size. We went off season so it was not too busy and that was nice. Went for the day for a birthday and drop up. Jay is really out of the way. I would recommend staying overnight if possible.

As a group in our late 20s with no kids, I wasn't sure if this would be for us, but we had a surprisingly good time there for the afternoon. There is a bar on site and they let you wander pretty liberally with your drink which kind of makes it more interesting. (You can't actually take it in the water mind you.) Not a main destination I would recommend for adults, but if you're already there and the skiing conditions aren't great, it's not bad. Pro-tip, if you have cash they let us pay the same entrance fee rate in Canadian dollars. (About a 30% savings given the exchange rate right now.) However credit cards are U.S. dollars only. Bring lots of cash in both currencies if you want a save a little. My only real complaint is that they didn't have any more lockers and wouldn't let us store anything behind the counter. We had to ask three times to see if they had any available yet and when I came back the last time, the girl at the reception desk had moved our stuff without asking. It was fine...but still.

The place is poorly designed, unsafe and unsanitary. They must think you are trapped with nothing better to do on a bad winter day and so they'd get away with anything. On the menu: bad beer and deep fried blah. Showers: lukewarm water, no shelves/hooks, simply very few showers. Lockers are mostly outside of the dressing rooms. Towels are handkerchief size. Floors are slippery, very few rubber mats here and there, mostly exposed wet hard surface. Part of "fun" is cold water randomly dumped on you. Sauna ... who said we need sauna. Dry, wet, steam, aromatic ? No sauna at all. No medical personnel on site. I fell at the "surfing" and hit my head. Couldn't get up. 5 people instantly got to me to help me get up and "do the paperwork". Noone was a qualified medical professional. They can get you to the ER if you feel you need it. Disgusting all around.

Stopped by here over the weekend when I visited the area - it was GREAT! Not a lot of snow on the slopes yet, but there was plenty of fun to be had! My 15 yr old nephew thoroughly enjoyed himself and so did the adults - the water slides and surf simulator was great for the kids and the adults, but if you weren't into the slides they have a large hot tub and a lazy river - not to mention two full bars and a restaurant! A great place to let the kids go and have fun, and the price was right - about $30/person.

It's a wet fun time! My big brother helps run the place, so that makes it even more awesome !!

the pump house is hysterical. thankfully the bartenders are on their game or this place would be untolerable. for a water park this place isn't even a blip and it's only around because there is absolutely nothing to do at jay after a day of glade skiing. it's pricey at like $35-39 for one-time admission but seriously, what else are you going to do ? yeah, i'll be back, drunk and eating shit on the surf wave prob. if only they had this when i was a tween. the slides are fun ... and if you're a parent, just make sure your brat actually weighs enough to gain the proper momentum to ride the slide because the slides incline at some points and if you ignore the weight guidelines and your kid gets stuck (i'm guessing that why they built in strategically placed trap doors) i'm going to get pretty pissy because you can't follow simple directions.
