The last time I was here was pre Covid. It was very different. I was there to see a really nice but young comedian and unfortunately he attracted a crowd his age. There were a group of patrons older like myself, but the heckling, video recording and constant talking made for a subpar experience. Nothing to do with the comedian or host, just makes me mindful of who I choose to see should I decide to come back. Seating is not ideal unless you purchase a VIP ticket. Their website did not say what all was included with each ticket tier so I got general admission. Not sure if or when I will return.

I had a great time last night with Shawnie D and the gang.. I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time.. Each and every one of them brought it and did their thang 😂😭🥲… They bought me sooo much laughter it wasn’t an dull moment…Totally put me in a happy space in which was well needed.. thanks Guys much love to yall…❤️❤️👍👍5 ⭐️’s

Punchline is giving back to the community and sharing laughs. Giving new artists a platform for material. They are offering food and drink specials. The environment is kept well and clean. How could not give them 5 stars!

The security at Punchline Comedy Club act way tougher than they need to be — rude for no reason. The staff walk around like NPCs with blank faces, no energy, no friendliness, just going through the motions. They sell you on “VIP” seating, but all that means is you’re not sitting behind a wall they built to cram in more people and make extra money. The seating is terrible — knees pressed into the person in front of you, barely any space to move. If you need to use the restroom, good luck; you’ll probably hold it all night just to avoid squeezing through everyone. For a Black-owned business, I expected better organization, hospitality, and energy. Unfortunately, this place was run horribly from start to finish. The vibe, the service, the setup — all disappointing. I won’t ever be going back.

Went to see a show last night paid for vip (couches) the couch was worn out felt like it was no back, they cram so many ppl in the venue to maximize profit with absolutely no consideration for the customers experience, I had to move out of ppl way all night because there was hardly any room to walk and the comedians commented this time and last time about how close together everyone was calling it a “slave ship” security seems like a junky they found on the street who talks crazy to ppl as if we are not paying customers and priority as far as protection. There’s really no good side to going to this place I’ll be making content tagging all relevant comics and asking them to avoid this place they do not value our patronage

Google
Always great shows, From MicLarry, Boogie, KillRoy, Food prices are decent. Enjoy the video clips hopefully you'll get to a show soon... FYI the 7th video IS my favorite Detroit artist GouMan singing Luther Vandross it's always was beautiful to hear his voice

Google
The bathroom had so many flies in it you would have thought that there has got to be something dead in here...Also the waitress took a long time to take our order (now let me remind you it's not crowded) However when she finally brought the order over she had forgot a item then I told the cook that I was waiting on another item He took so long I had ate the fries and just said cancel my chicken. So there is a nightclub next door that also sell food So I'm thinking maybe the reason why it's so slow and they sing to be so busy wish they're not because the punchline is not crowded maybe they share kitchens with the bar next door I'm assuming because I don't see no other reason why things aren't working efficiently

Google
Went to see Lavelle Dontae. I loved his performance I just wish it was at a different location. This place shows they don’t care about pleasing the crowd they just want your money cramming people in this establishment and having the nerve to act like your a pest and not a guest I will NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURN HERE! I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Yelp
I was EXCITED to see my Soror Sheryl Underwood. $60 for PREMIUM ticket. Was sat in THE CORNER despite my objection. Whoever did the floor plan needs to revise. It was difficult to get my food delivered because of my terrible seating and HALF of the order was MISSING. The ambiance was so-so. Needless to say I shall NEVER return! Tried to support a black business and was thoroughly disappointed...

Yelp
I purchased tickets for Monday night show August 25 8pm the doors was supposed to open at 7. I arrived there at 740 and no cars, doors locked . I didn't receive no phone call or email about show cancellation. I have emailed and left voicemails and no response. Very unprofessional service and extremely disappointing.

Yelp
Love the shows they put on here always a great time and plenty of laughs. I've seen some of the best performers hit this stage. Such a great Southfield staple
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
The atmosphere is a very lowkey vibe! The drinks were on point but entirely too expensive for Southfield. The waitresses were not inviting or professional. Aside from that the comedians and host were hilarious. We will be back in the future.

Yelp
Went last night for the comedy show, Desi Alexander was the headline comic. The show was funny, the drinks were okay. For a small upcharge we were able to sit on a sofa instead of a table which was comfortable. We stumbled upon this place looking for an activity for the night, it wasnt bad.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went this past weekend to see Bruh Man. The show started at 6 with doors opening at 5:30 claimed our emailed tickets. The doors actually did not open until 6:08 which was after the show start time. The guy who unlocked the door didn't show up until a few minutes before 6 and still made everyone lined up outside wait. There were three local comedians before the main act, one of them being the guy who opened the door and checked us in. We order the bang bang shrimp and a chicken Caesar wrap. The food was ok, but the server charged us for two long islands that we didn't order. They add a 20% gratuity for all orders. Our server was attentive so this was a nonissue. I haven't been here in years but I won't be back again.

Severed I.

Yelp
Sister's drink she was served was spiked last weekend and she woke up in the hospital not remembering anything after recieving her (also already late) drink. Upon contacting the venue shortly after for investigation, they said they delete their security footage every Monday and don't have anything. I would avoid this place at all costs for safety reasons. In my opinon, this sounds all way too suspicious to not be an inside job.... Will be keeping names confidential for safety reasons. Ladies & people, STAY SAFE!

Priscilla M.

Yelp
The service is horrible. I received a text today from 105.9 stating complimentary tickets for 4. Upon arrival I was solicited to buy a table for $15. Then I was told a 2 drink minimum even though I don't drink alcohol. I ordered the advertised wings/fries $4.99. & a drink. Wings came out with no fries. I was told no fries that the fries you had to pay additional. Finally my bill came $24.37. I gave Salome $40, when she brought my change it was $11.with a new receipt $28.97. I am still waiting on my $4.00. This establishment is terrible!!

Rashun B.

Yelp
Comedians were great and the host was great but the damn waitress was a Bih. Rude as ever and slow as ever. I just politely asked for a refund and she went on and on about how she made an announcement she was the only waitress okay but it's been 30 min and u still taking orders ma'am I'd just like a refund so I can go on with my day no hard feelings and have the nerve to charge gratuity on the bill. I'll Back For a show but I'd never buy a drink there again. And she was way too unattractive for the attitude she had. Now Shorty the other bartender is amazing.

Yolanda C.

Yelp
The comedian was too drunk; then the 2nd seem to be nervous for 15 mins of a show then Pierre Comedian talked about relationships and bad names for woman the i said why are you mad? he got more angry; and pointed to me and my friends and another and called us my a bad name; it was worst for a primium seating for $45 dollars.the motivation was not there and it was insulting. Been here 3 times w my husband never happened. I referred 3 new ladies and their choice was not to return.

Yelp
Black Owned! That alone is my reason to frequent, the food was good, great drinks, waitresses were attentive, friendly, show was great 10/10 recommend.

Yelp
We came in last night for the 8pm Show. It's a small room so it's nice and cozy to see the comedians perform. You can sit anywhere, though high tops are $5 more--not needed in my opinion. The host was funny, but had trouble with his mic. It kept shutting off. The other comedians had the same problem. Would it kill them to invest in a backup microphone? They have a two item minimum per person, which seems to be the norm these days for comedy clubs. Tangie was our server and she was absolutely amazing at serving us. The show lasted two hours and we had some really good laughs.

Jermaine C.

Yelp
Went with a couple friends for the Slink Johnson show. Not much critique on the comedy.. but the service and drinks were awful. Watered down and they in there price gouging. I literally got 2 drinks and my bill was $60. Won't be back.

Yelp
I was invited here by a friend who does promotions. Tonight was a special priced night. I had a little of a hard time finding the place as it is located in a strip plaza off of NorthWestern Hwy. The place is small. You have to sit with someone else to find a seat. The plus side is almost every seat is a good seat. it is a pretty intimate setup. The other thing is a 2 drink minimum. I guess it's how they make their money. The acts were funny and I laughed a lot. The staff were ok. I will look to visit again.

Yelp
Me and my friends went here last Sunday, for comedy. The host @7milefaygo, the opening act @qsocrazy251 and the headliner @comedianginthomas were all great! But @comedianginthomas had us laughing until we cried, the ENTIRE time she was on stage! The staff was attentive, and friendly, and the food was Delicious! I had steak bites, lobster tail, and a vegetable medley prepared by Chef Johnny, who went out of his way to personally prep, and prepare my meal, while carefully avoiding my food allergies! The only complaint that I "do" have is the drinks prices. For ex. My drink of 'choice', is Titos vodka w/ tonic. It was $11.50, and in a standard plastic cup! Ummmm.. pricey, for a non-craft cocktail. Especially considering the retail price of Titos. This was the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, a great host, great comedians, and great time w/my friends!

Yelp
I went a couple of weeks ago to see Chris Rock's little brother on a Saturday night. We were to see the 2nd show, we get there and the 1st show is running a bit over. We're not turned off as this can be a good sign. Finally, we're allowed in. This is a small and tight venue, some may call it intimate. There is a 2 item purchase. NOT 2 DRINKS. Food wise we ordered chicken strips (surprisingly good, like it was real chicken strips not processed chicken) and mozzarella cheese sticks (could've passed) and drinks (not too light not too strong on the mixed drink). For the comedy itself, it was good. There were about 6 different comedians but the host really kept it going and did a great job. Chris Rock's brother apparently got laughed out of Detroit that Friday before and we weren't told until the last comedian. That is why this is 4 stars not 5. I don't mind paying full price to support local businesses however we felt a little deceived. Why wait until the last minute to tell us? Or they could've offered half off tickets for the next big act or a free appetizer, anything small to make up for the lie instead of nothing. It really was under 40 people in attendance. So I can't imagine all of those folks would've taken advantage of it so not that big of hit to take for customer service.

Yelp
Very disappointing, the comedy was good but everything else was poor. We ordered the mix drinks that was on their special drink menu. And it was awful. The classic Moscow mule was not served in the classic copper mug and it had a terrible aftertaste. My friends martini was served with ice and tasted like water. I don't mind paying High prices for drinks but I want to taste like they should. At least they did take the drinks back and allowed us to order another drink. I know in the future to order anything that I can think of that's in a bottle. Now for the food, it was fair at the best. I ordered the chicken tenders and it really was overcooked. And the dipping sauces had a strange aftertaste too. My friend ordered catfish and she only got one piece And she said that it tasted OK but no real seasoning on it at all. The only thing that was good was the fries. I was really looking for to coming here. I wanted to have a total experience of comedy, food and drinks. But I know in the future not to expect that from this place. Sad to see that this establishment doesn't totally value it's patrons. Will I come to this place again? Probably but this will not be my go to place for comedy and right I truly could not recommend this place to my friends and family. Well I came to the comedy show again and Yes like the the first comedian said it's a BLACK BUSINESS. I learned my lesson last time to order just bottled drinks but this time the waitress shorted me a dollar in my change, yes I know that a lot of money but it is idea that someone would take me. Black business.

Yelp
Horrible service. Honestly felt bad for the waitresses who were working hard but just were not well equipped to deliver what is expected. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks to be served, and even then my drink did not come and I had to wait an additional several minutes. We then waited over an hour for our food, and again my meal was not served for another 45 minutes, and even THEN part of my meal was missing. The wings were literally bones with not even a bite of chicken on them. The waffle was cold to the point where my fiancé couldn't even cut through it and had to eat it with his hands. The seating is so squished to the point where the waitresses can barely access customers to fulfill orders without knocking over a drink, stepping on some toes, or bumping knees/ shoulders. The comedy was nothing to write home about. To top it off, our check came and our tab was labeled "Second long front Chinese girl". I realize that is a way to differentiate our tab, but also just be respectful and mindful if your customers are going to be seeing that tab title.

Yelp
Nice intimate comedy room which reminded me of some of the older comedy clubs where you're so close to the action you can actually touch the comedians. Had a great time the host, the feature and the headliner were all hilarious. The only drawback is something I consider to be my personal pet peeve "2 drink / 2 item minimum". I really hate clubs/ bars that do this. Then have extremely high prices on drinks. The beer selection was so limited (bud, bud, light, corona and Heineken) at $5 each. They have signature drinks named after top comedians $15 each. Just charge a $20 cover and scratch the 2 drink / 2 item minimum and lower your drink prices. The wait staff and service were good and you'll certainly have a great time here but if you're like me just prepare your mind for the 2 drink minimum nonsense.

Yelp
First time here. Have they ever done business before? We wanted to buy tickets and pay with a credit card. It took 15 minutes for them to figure out how to do that. Then we waited another 10 minutes in the tiny foyer waiting to be sat. I guess you can't buy a real ticket at the door? You have to wait until the show starts and everyone else is sat. I guess the foyer is also the break room since workers are in here eating their dinner as people still come to the door. So, weird awkward 25 minutes standing in the foyer/break room. I go to comedy castle pretty often and it's a better experience. I guess i was expecting something like that. Hopefully this doesn't ruin my mood to laugh.

Yelp
This place looks new and clean, it had plenty of seating by the bar and in the main room to accommodate large groups. I came to see the comedy show with my sister and some friends. They have a great mic and speaker system set up so you can hear everything going on through the show no matter where you are in the venue. They had food half off until 9:30pm. We ordered a chicken tender basket to share. They were good, hot and freshly made. The only issue we had was how long it took to get everything. The drinks took a long time to make and the bartenders looked like they had no reason to hurry up, even with a packed house. My friend's drink took almost an hour to come out. Thankfully, they tasted great when we got them eventually. The flyer said the doors open at 8pm. I got there just after 8pm to make sure we got decent seats. The show was supposed to officially start at 9:30pm. It didn't start until almost 10pm. Before I had a child, this would've been perfectly fine. But now, I have to stay on schedule. I hated having to leave early. The comedians were hilarious and we all had a great time. Overall it was a fun night out. We'd most likely be back.

Yelp
The Punchline Comedy Lounge in Southfield is a absolute embarrassment. The staff is unprofessional, slow, loud and disruptive to the comedians on stage. Hecklers in the crowd we're not warned by the staff once. The drinks had very little alcohol in them, and as I watched my drink being made, did not match the description of the drink. Our chicken wings were maybe the size of my thumb (no exaggeration). I witnessed servers and bartenders sitting at the bar on their phones and laptops more than I witnessed working. I got up to use the bathroom, and a server had taken my seat and didn't make any attempt to get up when I came back. The comedians we came to see were well worth the price of admission, but the venue absolutely did not deserve our hard earned money. I will never return for any show here again.
google avatar

Elicia S.

Yelp
I attended a comedy show here today it started late and the facility was a small hole in the wall. It took forever to get service so we did not get to order anything during the show. This a very low quality establishment and not for mature adults.

William M.

Yelp
Very small venue. Get the premium seats for 2 reasons: 1)You get to enter before general admission seating to select your seat 2)The premium seats are high top tables which are way more comfortable than the lower seats which are really cramped together. This was my 1st time at the club and believed the advertised time of 6:30pm that doors were supposed to open. Doors not opened until after 7pm and it was hot outside waiting in a LONG line. This is why you want the premium seats. Parking is horrible. Located in a strip mall and not enough parking. Must get there REALLY early to get a spot or you can pay for valet or you can park free further away in an adjoining strip mall. Food was ok not great but not bad. However it is a comedy club and It's all about the performer. I saw a funny guy so all in all it was worth it.
google avatar

Rosalind N.

Yelp
The punchline comedy lounge in Southfield was an embarrassment. You could hear the music from the club next door to the point that it seemed like we were all in the same room. I don't know how the comedians were able to concentrate, they did a great job at joking about it. They have a two drink minimum and I ordered Long Island Ice-T's and they were extremely water down. They taste like they were straight out of a premixed bottle and I had asked for top shelf. I paid for premium seat but I could have paid regular price and still could of sat wherever I liked. They really need to step up because the comedians coming through are really good the venue management is trash.
google avatar

Janice J.

Yelp
Great place to hangout. Very intimate. Food and drinks are great price. The comedian are iff the chain. Kim Whitley was awesome. She is so funny talking about Detroit. Great show. I can't wait to see her again.

Brittney K.

Yelp
First things first, let me clear something up because there are a few folks writing wrong information in their posts. There is a two item minimum purchase, not two food or two alcoholic drinks, but two items. Therefore, you can purchase two waters, a pop and a water, a food item and a drink drink, whatever y'all get the point I'm trying to make. I will not do permutations or mathematics calculations to tell you how many two item combinations/possibilities you can pick from. If I would not have called for myself to ask about the policy; I am not sure if I would have even come to the Punchline Club after reading some of these reviews, which some fellow Yelpers had all wrong. Anyways though moving along, Shanika Stank Voice, I had a great time. I came to see Billy Sorrells from Wild 'n Out and was not disappointed at all. I attended the 8 PM show and was able to purchase my ticket at the door using a credit card. Parking was easy, no meters, paid lots, or valet. I sat down and was greeted immediately by one of the servers. I ordered the house margarita and the chicken fingers. The margarita was excellent and the chicken fingers were tasty, not the best, but definitely not the worst I have had. My friend ordered the fried fish sandwich and fries, she said the fish was good and I tasted the fries and they were nice and had a good taste. Our food took maybe 10-15 mins to come out. The comedy line up was lovely. The host was hella funny and entertaining. The two comedians before the main act, Billy Sorrells, were funny as well. Billy Sorrells did his thing. He was very entertaining, genuine and of course funny. This was my first time in an intimate comedy setting and I really enjoyed it. I felt the comedians could actually connect with the audience. Even after the show Billy Sorrells shouted out people in the audience and was very approachable to attendees. I will definitely be back in the future as I see some acts that will be coming to Punchline that I want to see. I had a great time. The night just flowed and everyone was so nice too. Laughter is just so good for the soul, self care is so important, taking time out to treat yourself is so important.

Yelp
My husband & I went to see Shuckey Duckey last nite. This is our fourth visit "Worst experience ever"!!! There was a drunk heckler in the audience interrupting every comedian, then we had a table next to us talking loud (couldn't hear what jokes were being told), 2 ratchet girls (not women) in the hallway arguing. Where is security during all this ruckus??? Shuckey Duckey put me to sleep, he used to be funnier back in the day & last nite seemed like he was having personal convos. We wont be going back soon

Kye R.

Yelp
I am so disappointed in whom ever is in charge of the social media PR....This is my bday week and I have people that drove from Chicago and Ohio Facebook page said that tonight was open Mic I had 2 family members wanting to perform tonight so myself and 15other friends family&co workers show up at 8:00pm to sign up and watch the show....Only to be greeted by construction workers saying that It's no show tonight.....This was my first time attending this venue and it will be my last time. Thanks for NOTHING and poor advertising!!!!!
google avatar

Paris J.

Yelp
The show was excellent and I would highly recommend it and will be back! However, the food and drinks are way over priced and the portion aren't very big and were average tasting at best(which is why I only gave 4 stars). The staff was really nice which is always a plus in my book. The space isn't huge but it's a decent size. Overall great place to go out with your friends or on a date if your looking for something different to do.

Yelp
This establishment should be ashamed! A friend and I attended a Comedy Show last night the service was Horrible!! We waited about 30 mins for the waitress to bring us out our drinks and supposedly there is a 2 drink minimum!! The waitresses were rude and over worked! The management should really be ashamed!!! If you're looking for a good Comedy show this ain't it!! Never again!! No customer service training period! Uggh!
google avatar

Kia R.

Yelp
Went with my daughter. Had a ball. Very nice club. Great comedians. Every seat is a good seat. Intimate and cozy. Only down side is that there is a 2 item minimum, and the food was gross. Giant uncooked chicken wings, cold fries. Next time I'll get cold fries and a soda
google avatar

Markisha G.

Yelp
We contacted the promoter like the ad stated and were put on the list for the 8p show. A few hours before the 8p show, we were told that it was sold out and would we mind doing the 10p instead. We said that was fine. We're at dinner and get a message stating that the 10p show was now sold out. How? We offered to pay in advance and were told not to, having our names on the list would suffice. How is a show that starts at 10p sold out without buying advance tickets??? This is ridiculous. I won't try and facilitate this establishment again. Lost a customer before we got a chance to check it out! Advice to management: put your tickets on eventbrite or give people a way to buy advance tickets. Don't have people think they are coming and notify them at the last minute that it's sold out. Guess we will take our money elsewhere.

Crystal B.

Yelp
This is my favorite comedy club, I love the atmosphere and the comedians are funny. There is a two item minimum though . When I first started coming here I could tell that they were a little unorganized but in my recent visits they have gotten better. Note: if you get there early order your food and drinks because soon as it gets crowded you will be waiting for a long time to get your food or drink. Food menu is ok I haven't had everything on the menu so I can't speak on how it tastes. Drinks are Good. My only gripe is when Columbus Short was supposed to perform he was a no show and even though they compensated for it I was still disappointed. But I don't hold it against them. I still have fun.
google avatar

Mikki M.

Yelp
This review is based on the service strictly, not the comedians. So went here the first time tonight, and never got a server to our tables. We watched all the waitresses got different tables, but never came our table or the table next to us. I'm hoping that maybe they were just short staffed, and not just being rude.
google avatar

Denise W.

Yelp
I liked the comedians at the Punchline. Always luv Guy Torry, very funny. The drinks were good. I don't know what happened to the waitress that was suppose to bring my drink, I had to go to the bar. The bartender makes a good Margarita and was pretty quick. Thank you again to the male staff member for taking me to get a pic with Guy Torry and autograph from him. He is cute and nice. Thanks for helping me out. I had a good time and looking forward to more good times.

Yelp
Had a great time at Punch Line. Comedians were all funny and MC had everyone relaxed and enjoying the show. Good location and parking is available with valet option. Food is Ok and they have a minimum drink requirement which actually is not bad. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun night of laughter.
google avatar

Monai H.

Yelp
Signed up to see Torrei Hart, she bailed at the last minute I was very disappointed at first. Management showed excellent customer service in dealing with the matter. Shaunie D showed up instead and I fell in love with her! She's hilarious very sweet and very real. Shaunie shared her heartfelt story as well as recited a poem which blew me a way. I am a poet and seeing that side of her made me want to support her as much as I can in the future. The entire line up before she came on had me in tears laughing ! We didn't eat but the food smelled amazing ! I can't wait to return for more laughs and awesome atmosphere !

Rachell M.

Yelp
The show started late. Poor service. Our drinks came 20 minutes after the food. It takes too long to receive your table's complete order.

Denise H.

Yelp
Every time I've been here the comedian was great. The place is small and the tables are close together, so prepare to be cozy. I recommend the wings. They are crispy and very saucy, I think they are so good. But order as soon as you arrive because service slows down during the show.

Fatimah M.

Yelp
The location is very small, and they pack too many people inside. I'm sure this does not meet fire code. Drinks are very pricey and not very good. Drinks also take forever to get to you.

Susej41 A.

Yelp
misleading and deceitful practices. I purchased tickets to see Shuler King on Thursday night and the tickets were suppose to be premium seating tickets. ( paid more) That was a lie. No matter what tickets you purchased you could sit anyway. That was just a way for them to get more money? The seating situation is horrible, crammed in seating. No room. Parking Is ridiculous, Had to park across the street from the plaza, which we had to walk across northwestern highway. Food prices are too high. 15.00 for some wings that are smaller than wing dings. I don't mind paying the price if your not being deceitful. And you wonder why blacks don't support black businesses. Here's a tip for ya! (Do the right thing when no ones looking.) You want to be successful, don't cheat your customers over a few dollars.

Beautiful P.

Yelp
The comedians were good. But the accommodations were terrible. I paid for VIP seating. I stood outside for 20 mins before we could get in the place. The headline comedian was outside with us. Once inside the seats were almost gone. We asked the door staff where was VIP to sit and she said "I don't know, I guess find a seat anywhere you can". We ended up sitting on the broken down couch which was on the stage. Why did I pay for VIP seating if they didn't have a reserved area? They oversold and were turning people away. Definitely won't return to this location.

Yelp
Would never come here again. I paid for premium seating and had to seat all the way in the back by the bar. Wasted money. I could of just paid for regular seating. And the seating area is cramped no elbow room.

Yelp
My friends and I was there on November 3rd,2018. CAPONE was the highlighter, he was hilarious... I orderd wings & fries the fries was on point however the wings could've been better if it wasnt for the honey bbq sauce...the wings would've sent back... one more thing if you have a party 6 or more please, please make sure you and your party arrived there on time so that way y'all can be seated together... I had party of 10 made reservations in a timely manner... the witress per her manager was harassing me about my party estimate arrival time it was 6 out of 10 was running late due to parking and the long a** line outside... but the hosts and manager was able to allowed me to go out to get them and bring them in using another door ... if it wasn't for the harassment and the food ...I would've rate them a 5 stars.

Yelp
Where do I start? Last night was awful! This was my 4th time and maybe my last time for a while. The prices to get in are very inconsistent. They did not stick to the time slots. The 10:00pm show started at 11:00pm. No one came out to say anything. They just left us sitting there. There is a two item minimum. How can you make people order something? It's really ridiculous! So my sister and I ordered two drinks, the waitress wrote them down, and we never received them. Later on she came back to ask if we were ok, but never mentioned the drinks. By that time I didn't want it. Now to the comedians. They had so many preliminaries packed into the set. I understand making sure we get our monies worth, but it just carries on too long. One of the comedians, I saw him when I came to punchline before and he had the same jokes. Not entertaining at all. It was just a bad experience. And then the comedian that was supposed to close out, got up there to tell more jokes. It was just too long and drawn out. My sister came to hang with me for my birthday and she drove over an hour to do so. When we left punchline she was very disappointed. It needs to be managed better. I would hate to see this place fail, because of poor management.
