I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk manager, a white male, was extremely mean and unprofessional. Our car was scratched in the parking lot, and when I mentioned it at the front desk, he immediately dismissed it and said it was not the hotel’s responsibility. I understand it may not be directly their fault, but the way he quickly pushed away any responsibility and emphasized that it had nothing to do with the hotel was very disheartening.
On top of that, the dishwasher in our room was broken and it took them almost two weeks to replace it. For a hotel, such a delay in providing basic maintenance is unacceptable.
In addition, when a package was delivered for me, I asked if it could be kept at the front desk for a short while. He bluntly said it could only be held for 24 hours, with a very harsh attitude. I have never encountered such treatment at any other hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I left feeling very disappointed.
