PURADIES Naturresort

We stayed at Puradies for a week’s ski trip in early February and can confidently say that after over 20 years of ski trips around the world we have found our perfect destination. I’m surprised it hasn’t been given a 5 star rating as it blows most 4 star hotels out of the water. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our deluxe suite was gorgeous, with plenty of storage space for all our kit and a large balcony with stunning views over the slopes and a very comfortable bed (plus, who doesn’t love a pillow menu to choose from!). Super quiet, we had a great nights sleep and woke up refreshed and ready to hit the slopes which were a matter of meters from the front door. The food was exceptional, with a superb breakfast buffet, extensive afternoon snacks and first class 5 course evening meals with a selection of dishes for all tastes. We ate so well we only ended up having to eat lunch on the slopes twice the whole week! Spa facilities were equally impressive, with multiple sauna options and a lovely outdoor infinity pool overlooking the mountains to rejuvenate aching muscles after a day’s skiing. Finally, like any exceptional hotel, it was the staff who really made the difference. Every single person we interacted with was helpful, friendly and genuinely made us feel at home. I’d love to be able to name them all personally, but a special shout out to Zdravko, Adeline and Bardo for making our stay so special. Congratulations to the management of Puradies for creating such a wonderful experience. I hope they share this message with their team as the whole staff should be very proud of what they have achieved together. We simply cannot wait to return, maybe in summer next time, but definitely for another dose of skiing paradise.

Unforgettable experience and amazing time! Service from cleaning through reception to kitchen is just superior. All super kind! and food is just so delicious! Swimming pool area and sauna are fantastic, gym is good too: some more weight equipment would be great. You´re few steps away from one gondola and you can ski there. Shuttle service can bring you to the other one. We will definitely be back! Best resort we have been in many year! Thanks for everything!

Puradies = Paradies 🤍 We already spend our 2nd Xmas holidays with our families in this beautiful resort & I am beyond thankful for it! - the check in at the receiption was nice & easy + the ladies there are always friendly - The rooms are super cozy with a great view & the housekeeping is making a great job - if there is enough snow you can ski to the resort & if not, a shuttle will bring you to the lift. Also the drivers Zoltan & Alex were super friendly & some times even Philip or Wasti were driving us, what a great service 🙏🏻 - the facilities are amazing & my fave one is the astonishing Embachhof, loved to go there in the morning and after skiing to visit the lovely cows, sheep, goats, bunnies, hens, pigs & co + it was always great to have a chat with the super friendly senior boss, who always has a good story to tell :) - the food is beyond outstanding & not only delish, well prepared & from high quality, but also super healthy + the variety is remarkable !!! I miss it sooo soooo much already & have no words for it 👏🏻 Also the idea of the jause after skiing is just so good, loved it the same like breaky & dinner!!! - also the waiters did an awesome job & were super friendly & caring! In the morning especially Gisela was really on it/ rocked the the house :) & in the evening we had a lovely time with Melinda, Stravko & co. who served our table very well - last but not least I want to emphazise that family Madreiter is present so often in the hotel & gives the guest a warm feeling of being welcome - they are honestly great hosts & live the Puradies Passion! We stayed at Puradies for 2 nights in the middle of our honeymoon, and it is definitely truly the highlight of our 2 week long trip across Austria. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. A big thank you to Nicole and Laura at the reception, who were incredibly sweet and helpful, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel right at home. Because we were on our honeymoon, we were greeted with a lovely surprise in our room: two adorable towel swans that made us smile right away. Our room overlooked peaceful meadows where cows grazed freely, a view straight out of a postcard. Every morning we woke up to that serene Alpine landscape, and it truly felt like a dream. The hotel facilities are beautiful, well-designed and luxurious, yet grounded in nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool area as much as we’d hoped, since it was often filled with kids jumping around, but honestly, with everything else being so perfect, it didn’t bother us too much. We were also given the Saalfelden Leogang Card, which allowed us to go up and down the surrounding mountains twice. It was an amazing perk that gave us access to some truly breathtaking views. Now, the food. The breakfast, curated by Gisela (who has been with Puradies for 8 years), was hands down the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The love, care, and attention she puts into the selection — from the freshness to the presentation — is something you can feel in every bite. You can tell it’s not just a job for her, it’s her passion. Dinner each night was another highlight, a beautifully curated, multi-course experience with delicious surprises. Every dish felt thoughtful and elegant, yet comforting. There’s also an afternoon snack hour with light bites and sweets, which we really appreciated after a day out exploring. We also want to give a special mention to Kerstin from the service team, who greeted us every morning and evening with a warm smile. She was an absolute delight and made each mealtime feel extra special. One of the most charming features of Puradies is their mini farm, with goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and pigs. It’s such a sweet touch and adds to the peaceful, countryside vibe of the whole resort. The friendliness of the staff really ties the whole experience together. We were picked up from the Leogang train station by Alex, who was kind and welcoming. At the end of our stay, Philip helped us with our luggage, even carrying it up and down the stairs at the station, which doesn’t have a lift. These small, thoughtful gestures meant so much to us. And finally, the views. Whether you're sitting on your balcony or walking through the property, every direction is absolutely stunning. All in all, Puradies is a place we’ll always remember, not just because of the honeymoon, but because it genuinely felt like a slice of heaven in the Alps.

Incredible! Wonderful staff, amazing facilities and oh my goodness the food! Big shout out to Florian, Martyna and Olivia who really looked after us so attentively and professionally during our evening meals. We were so impressed with the food we wanted to meet the team. The spa facilities were heavenly (it’s called heaven spa) and you can ski in and ski out from the hotel. We will definitely come back here, perhaps for the summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Puradies has been our ski family hotel now for several years. The service and quality is guaranteed. The family that runs the hotel makes sure that you have the best stay as possible. They are keeping a very consistent level of quality to ensure that customers like us are continuing going every year. The equipment and the installations are very well maintained and with a extraordinary quality. It is an hotel with a very good price/quality.

A bit disappointing. Facilities, spa and pool were excellent and the meals were exceptional. The reception staff (particularly Laura) were very friendly and helped us out multiple times during our stay. A “suite” at Puradies is a normal double room as far as we could tell but the room was modern, clean and had beautiful view of the mountains. We made good use of the shuttle service between the hotel and lift stations, the drivers were always helpful and friendly. The bar staff were not as friendly and we felt like an inconvenience ordering drinks. Similarly we found the waiting staff in the restaurant bordering on rude, which was a shame as the food itself was fantastic. Incorrect orders, abrupt service, shrugs when things we ordered never arrived, tutting when we brought in drinks from the bar. Difficult to shake the feeling that if we were either fluent German speakers, or perhaps not a gay couple, then we might have received the same service that others around us were getting. We also found the relentless upselling of extras, wine, water and coffee a bit tiresome. All in all, Leogang is a beautiful place to stay, however, we would not stay at Puradies again.
