If you're at Pacific Centre Mall in Vancouver and craving something sweet, Purdys Chocolatier is a must-visit , especially for their ice cream! I stopped by their location in the mall and tried the butter pecan flavour… wow. It was unbelievably creamy, rich, and had the perfect balance of buttery sweetness and crunchy pecans. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, just like their chocolates. It’s not overly sweet like some other places, it’s just right. And honestly, I wasn’t expecting ice cream this good from a chocolate shop, but they completely delivered. The staff was also super friendly and let me sample a flavour before deciding (though butter pecan won my heart immediately). Definitely recommend trying it out if you're in the area. It’s a hidden gem inside the mall, and perfect for a mid-shopping treat or even just a little indulgence on a hot day. I’m already planning to go back and try the other flavours! 🍦🍫

I had such a wonderful experience at Purdy’s Chocolatier in Pacific Centre, all thanks to Raissa! She went above and beyond to make my visit special. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm. She really knows her chocolates and helped me pick the perfect selection with thoughtful recommendations that suited exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly personality made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about customer satisfaction. Because of Raissa, I left the store not only with amazing chocolates but also with a big smile on my face. Purdy’s is always a treat, but Raissa made it exceptional. She’s a true gem for the company, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the fantastic service she provided!

i shop here almost everyday and today i went to the store at 6:36 PM. The mall closes at 7PM and the store was still open. 2 girls were working and they were busy cleaning and told me to wait. I waited for full 10 minutes just looking at them and waiting for my order to be taken. After those 10 minutes I asked them again and they said “we are closed”. It made me sad and disappointed. This has never happened bcs everyone working here is super nice and it made me so sad that I stood up there wasted my time. One girl had blonde and black hair and the other one had full black hair. I hope this is taken seriously and before making your customers wait you can politely say a simple “No” as well.

Customer Service made us very frustrated. We ordered Ice Cream and at the same time asked for the free one as we completed the loyalty card. but the employee informed us that they closed the Ice Cream fridge. So we left feeling very frustrated. and they didn't allow us to complete our order. It was around 6:45 only.

Two days ago (Tuesday), I went to the Pacific Centre store at 6:15 p.m. to buy a box of chocolates for my partner. I was so excited, but that excitement ended when I waited for 10 minutes to customize my box while the staff member (a young blond-ish girl) chatted about random things with two other “customers” who didn’t seem to be buying anything. I left so frustrated that I couldn’t even get the box for my partner. I won’t come back, and I won’t recommend Purdys to my friends.

Their chocolates are amazing! Best place for a chocolate fix at a reasonable price. They also have a small selection of ice cream. My son had 1 scoop of the bubblegum which is really good. A friend of mine ordered 1 scoop of espresso dipped in white chocolate in a cone. The ice cream was really good, but I didn’t care for the chocolate. Highly recommend if you’re near one to try a few goodies!

I unknowingly came in here 3min to close on a holiday and Thomas happily helped me with my delicious selections. Outstanding customer service! I love Purdys! Made my night :)

Visited this location to get ice cream this morning (Sept 24 at 10:57am) with my little daughter. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The lady at the counter was on the phone, looked at us, and then turned her face away without acknowledging us, apologizing, or offering to help. We waited, but no one assisted, so we had to leave. Very poor customer service and a bad experience overall
