Terrible service! They cancelled my bus before my WEDDING. Plus, they charged me $150 for a "site visit" to determine if they could make it to my property. No solution provided. No work around. Went with another company that had ZERO problem getting to my property. Alicia was not helpful to say the least.

The bus driver crashed into a truck. Many signs on Trinity Road saying do not bring a bus up here. When I reminded him of the signs he passed he was rude and took off up the mountain. Please don’t send buses on Trinity Road

Highly recommend pure luxury! We just used them for our wedding transportation to get 100+ people from downtown Healdsburg to the venue and back and they were responsive, timely, and easy to work with. Thank you!

Slightly below PURE luxury. Was a guest on a wedding shuttle. On the way to the wedding, the air-conditioning was so high it was uncomfortable. On the way from the wedding back to the hotel, they combined hotel guests with guests going to a wedding after-party. The driver blared hip-hop music so loud. Not something tired older people should have to put up with. He could have waited until hotel guests were dropped off and then started the party.

We hired Pure Luxury to drive us at the end of the night for our wedding. The SUV was immaculate and comfortable and our driver was personable and very accommodating. He transported us to our After Party and then back to our hotel on very narrow, winding roads. It was a great experience to end an epic day!

We hired Pure Luxury as the transportation service for our wedding weekend! Pure Luxury was a pleasure to work with. We worked directly with Alexia for booking the transportation to and from the events for our wedding weekend. She was very organized and responsive. The buses were on time, very nice, and the drivers were friendly. Highly recommend!

Hired Pure Luxury Transporation for airport transport from San Francisco airport to Napa for my group. Though I contemplated getting a rental car for the weekend and driving through rush hour traffic after a 6 hour flight, I am so glad that my group of 4 decided to split the cost to hire luxury transport and a drivers for both rides. It was SO worth it! The little details matter for a girls trip: a luxury black SUV, drivers in full suits, and Bluetooth capabilities to listen to your playlist. Bonus: you can drink and snack while in transport! My group drank wines paired with a portable cheeseboard on our 2 hour ride to Napa from the airport. I found the drivers on both trips to and from the airport and Napa professional, courteous, and safe drivers. On the way back to the airport, our driver even offered to take the photos of our group at the Welcome to Napa sign. I want to give a special shout out to Helen at the Pure Luxury Transporation office, who helped me coordinate both rides seemlessly. Helen was wonderful to work with, and represents how every company should have high standards of customer service. Thank you Helen and Pure Luxury Transportation.

We planned this trip 2 weeks in advance. They were 2 hours late for a Sunday wine tour. The driver (Scott) smelled like booze and ciggs. Then he proceeded to get lost at every turn. Totally clueless. We had 5 wineries on our day trip and ended up only going to 2. Total waste of money and time. Will never work with this clown outfit again.

We worked with Pure Luxury both for the pre wedding event on 7/20/24 and our wedding on 7/21/24. They were so easy to work with, easy to communicate with, it was great! Their busses and shuttles are top notch and super clean. Their drivers are excellent and were able to communicate with me where they had parked when the pre-designated spot was unexpectedly not available. For each night, they were on time and delivered exactly as promised. For our wedding, they made multiple loops throughout the night and tolerated my guests loud singing. The pricing was super fair. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of them. Thanks!

Hired two drivers for a wedding shuttle. The last stop on the contract was a bar in downtown San Francisco. Rather than completing the contract, the driver dropped off a bus full of drunk passengers far away from where the bars were. One guest told me that they had to explain to the driver that they were supposed to be taken to the last stop. It's like the driver wasn't even aware of the route. Passengers complained to me that they had to walk in the cold night over massive SF hills to find an indoor place. This is not the experience I wanted to leave my wedding guests with. When I contacted them for resolution, they basically just asked "so what are you wanting from us?" This felt pretty unprofessional. If you didn't fully execute on a contract as a business, you should be proactive in offering some kind of remediation. They then offered a "20% discount on the total contract" which I agreed to. It turned out they misspoke and it's actually more like 5% discount. When I pointed this out, they just said "oh sorry I wasn't clearer in my wording." In summary, basically at multiple steps of dealing with this business, they didn't do what they agreed to. Edit: just to provide some things they did do well, the guests told me the bus had great party lighting and it was a great atmosphere inside the bus. Fun ride, basically, until just the end.

Hired a 46 passenger motor coach from Pure Luxury for my daughter's wedding in Napa. We got so many compliments about how nice the motor coach was and how kind the driver was to our guests. The entire process was easy from getting a quote, to booking, to questions along the way. I rode the motor coach home and was surprised about how comfortable and modern it was. Excellent experience for our guests! First class!

My wife & I rented a 27 person shuttle bus for after our wedding. I received a very competitive quote from the company, and working with Alexia was such a seamless experience. She was prompt with responding and was thorough with any questions I had throughout the process. The shuttle itself (Driven by Micah) was clean & up to date. I couldn't recommend this company more for your next event!

Booked Pure Luxury Transportation for wedding transportation and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Their staff was extraordinarily accommodating to our budget and quick to respond. Their drivers were very helpful on the wedding day and their vehicles were comfortable and clean. They made the entire experience as seamless as possible. I booked Pure Luxury Transportation for my wedding transportation in the area and I am so glad I did. I wanted to book transportation since our venue is on a mountainy road that can be difficult to get to and I did not want our guests to have any trouble, especially after some drinks. However, when I first looked into this with some other companies, it was going to be exorbitantly expensive. When I got a quote from PLT, I was pleasantly surprised to find the total to be around half of what other companies were quoting, including tax and tip already. I thought it was a fair price. The people at the company were very responsive throughout the process with all communications leading up to the day of. On the wedding day, the shuttles were timely and multiple of my guests actually commented on how much the loved the shuttles and how well the drivers had treated them. Apparently the insides of the shuttles were very luxurious feeling. I still have no idea what the inside looks like since I've never seen a photo (and I'm curious!) but apparently people loved it. I felt compelled to write a review because transportation was one of the only things I was stressed about leading up to the wedding (because I would have no control over whether the driver showed up late preventing my guests from arriving!) and it all turned out wonderful. Would highly recommend and also consider booking again in the future if I need a private wine tasting tour in the Napa area :).

Don't waste your time with this company. They were 40 minutes late. The guy went to the wrong airport. Fine everyone makes mistakes. The problem was he LIED to us for 40 minutes telling us he was 2 minutes away. So we wasted our time. If you have a place to be when you land, like we did, don't take this garbage company.

Pure Luxury is the BEST when you're looking for transportation in Northern CA. It's so nice to be picked up in a nice, clean, fresh smelling sedan rather than taking your chances on Uber or Lyft and wondering how long that person has had their license! Most of all though, I love them for wine tours! No more worries about drinking and driving! The cost of the sprinter van (especially if there's a small group) is well worth it when you consider the alternative. And no, the cops in Napa and Sonoma don't give you a hall pass if you've "just been out wine tasting". Don't drink and drive. Call Pure Luxury!

WOW! This company is AMAZING!! My wife and I had a scheduled car rental from Hertz through the Foley Family Wine as part of a sweepstakes I had a won in 2019. A rental car was provided and paid for. But when we arrived in San Francisco to pick it it, Hertz said they had to have the physical card to continue. Even tough it was pre paid and Hertz had the credit card info, they still would not give us a car. (BOO TO HERTZ!) After an Uber ride to Napa, which is 60+ miles North, we arrived at our beautiful Hotel! That review to follow. After contacting our representative at Foley Family Wines, I was told there were no rental cars within 100 miles. I believe it! She called me back with better news! They had found this company, Pure Luxury Transportation and said we would have a limo for the 3 days we were there! We had 5 wineries to visit in the time there, so we had it all scheduled out. The first day we had a Lincoln Continental I believe and our driver was Steven. He was courteous, very professional and thoughtful. We had water bottles provided to us, but after he picked us up from each visit that day, we had fresh, cold new water bottles! The next day we had Douglas, and just like Steven, very professional and thoughtful! We had a huge Ford Expedition this day. It was huge, very comfortable and again, fresh water bottles and napkins provided! The last day we had Julian, in another beautiful Expedition! He took us back to San Francisco around noon. We had him drop us off at Fisherman's Wharf for lunch. He said he would meet us at our drop off point at 3:30, but after we walked around, we ended up at the Ghirardelli building down the street. We texted him where to meet us at 4, and he was there... outside the vehicle where he promptly opened the door for my wife! I let myself in, which I didn't mind. I had the traffic side and I just wanted to get in quick. Steven and Douglas opened our doors as well, oh, and they were all wearing masks and staying professional! I would HIGHLY recommend PURE LUXURY TRANSPORTAION for any of your transportation needs! We will should we get back to Napa or Sonoma! I recently had the pleasure of using Pure Luxury Transporation for an afternoon Wine Tasting in Headslburg with some girlfriends and they were fabulous. The driver was super professional, on time (actually early), super attentive and just lovely. We had a 5-hour afternoon of wine tasting and he took us to multiple stops, working with our busy schedule and could not have been more accommodating. And on the bus were tasty snacks and cold beverages which were so nice on a hot day in Wine Country!

Highly recommended! My husband booked their executive passenger vans to transport the sales team and their wives to wine country (50+ passengers). Our driver Luis was professional and prompt, arriving at the hotel at 9 a.m. sharp and patiently waiting for us at each excursion. He ensured we were hydrated throughout the day with bottles of water. The bus was spacious and comfortable. On the way back, some of us slept like a baby, and some were snoring LOL! Those are signs of a GREAT time had by all. Looking back at when we had our royalty wine & cheese tasting at Castello di Amorosa in the great hall, I still couldn't fathom how the bus accommodated all of us - wow! Thank you Pure Luxury Transportation for an unforgettable Napa trip and team building. The wives and husbands enjoyed every moment. We had a fabulous time! 'Til we meet again ~ cheers!!!

I've never been disappointed by Pure Luxury, from the Sprinter Vans to the sedan, always spotless and comfortable. We had our latest great experience this past Saturday with service from Petaluma to a winery event in Dry Creek valley. Our driver, Yemane, was very friendly and professional. We booked a package for two to tour three wineries in Sonoma, and it was a great experience! The car was nice and clean, our driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and the wineries themselves were very pleasant. The tour was well paced, so we weren't wasted by the time we were dropped off at the hotel. One minor gripe is that there wasn't an interface to buy the tour directly from their website; I had to fill out and scan a form. I understand that they have to check the wineries' availability first, but the payment could be easier.

Booked a SUV for four people, to travel to a concert. Was late showing up to pick us up and was an hour late and very rude on the return trip.

Mr. Ray was the awesome Driver we had for our Lovely Cheese, Beer, and Wine tour through Anderson Valley for the CA Artisan Cheese Festival. Lovely and clean space, amazing hospitality and great customer service. Wouldn't think twice about using this service again and would request Mr. Ray!

We worked with Pure Luxury Transportation for our August 2022 wedding and everything went smoothly. Pure Luxury was super responsive and it was easy to book with them. The drivers were on time, courteous, and we had no issues with our transportation, which was a big relief!

I was tasked with organizing a birthday outing in wine country for 7 women. A dear friend recommended Pure Luxury and I'm so glad they did! Alexia Grier was fabulous and helped with every stage of planning our fabulous day. She organized some amazing tastings and wine experiences that I would have never known about and also made sure to offer different price points to give us some options. Alexia diligently followed up in a timely manner to confirm every last detail - even when she was out of the office on vacation. Truly a wonderful representative of Pure Luxury and also just delightful! Emily our driver was absolutely fabulous - attentive but not intrusive. She was on top of everything all day (offering water, removing bottles and trash, setting us up with Bluetooth so we could take turns dj'ing and still took the time to make sure we knew the safety exits.) She is a total professional! We had an absolute blast and everything was 100% outstanding! It was so truly wonderful to organize something special and not have a single hiccup. Pure Luxury is the reason it was all perfect - their attention to detail really made our day amazing! Jennifer Buffo - the amazing owner of Pure Luxury also checked back in to make sure everything went well - talk about amazing follow up. I've never been so impressed with a transportation company. We took a private winery tour in a new SUV from Pure Luxury up in Sonoma for Valentines Day. We had an excellent driver named Frank who was a delight. He got us to all of our winery appointments on time safely on a rainy winters day & was very knowledgeable about the history of the town. We will definitely use Pure Luxury Transportation next time!

We used pure luxury for our wedding transportation. They were on time and professional. Not to mention Gina got back to me so quickly any time I needed to adjust something. The whole experience was great!

Pure luxury is awesome! We had a group retreat and about 20 people in the party. They were very accommodating when our flights were late and once we got on each and every bus they had waters waiting. We used their services all weekend and each different driver made sure to get in touch with our party before arrival, it was so nice to feel in the loop since we were not driving ourselves. All the buses were very clean and some seemed brand new. Helen in the office was super helpful when it came to last minute time changes and really just made the whole experience seamless. 10/10

My family has used Pure Luxury Transportation several times now for larger family outings ( up to 14 people). They are wonderful! Worth the expense every time. No worrying about parking, picking up your older or younger family members as close to the entrance of your event as possible. Plus you get to just visit and enjoy the ride to and from, instead of being in separate cars. All our drivers have been knowledgeable good drivers. I can definitely recommend them and will continue to use this driving service in the future.

We had a pleasure of having Pure Luxury as our transportation in Healdsburg recently and we had such a great time!! Amazing how responsible and made everything work for us! A full day of adventure in Wine Country & I highly recommend them for your next trip to the Napa/Sonoma Area! Don't drink & drive they do the driving work for you safely!

Driving home late at night on May 14,2019 between 10:30 and 11:30 pm from the Napa area a large purple bus with four headlights on turned left behind us. We were going the speed limit and towing a boat. The bus had "Live Vineyards" written in white on the side, and like I said was purple. (S)He was aggressively driving and tailgating us the entire way on the dark two lane highway, so when we got to the passing lane at Carneros Winery, we stayed to the right and slowed down, hoping this reckless driver would pass us. He didn't and then after the narrow turns at Stornetta Dairy once again tailgated with all four headlights bright as can be. All the way back to Petaluma he was way too close for comfort, because there have been many tour buses that have crashed due to unsafe driving. As we turned on Adobe Rd we thought again, he'd head towards the freeway. Nope! He still was on our butt like he was on fire until Corona Rd, where he FINALLY turned off. That's how I figured out the bus is parked at the Pure Luxury Limo company's lot. I am highly disappointed to see this type of driving from what I had considered a reputable company. I am hoping management can pinpoint the driver and ask him to exercise more caution driving the company car, because getting home safely is also part of a good driver's responsibility. I drive professionally in a deliver truck and I would never follow this closely, even in my own personal car which can stop on a dime. All that extra weight requires a longer lead time. Edit: I appreciate the response from the company, and hope the follow up results in a more attentive driver. Thank you.

My daughter hired Pure Luxury to pick me up in Petaluma and drive me to her house in Castro Valley on Christmas Day. My driver, Tyler, arrived on time (a bit early actually), helped me load all my bags, presents, desserts, etc. into the Lincoln Continental and waited while I made sure I hadn't forgotten anything and locked up the house. A perfect gentleman! The ride was pleasant and easy. Going home the next day on Pure Luxury, I had Scott (Ray), who was also delightful and helped me unload all my stuff and even picked up my Sunday paper and left it on the porch. Based on my experiences with these two drivers, I would absolutely recommend (rave about!) Pure Luxury. Both trips were very safe (It was raining.), unhurried and pleasant. I'm totally impressed.

We used Pure Luxury for four separate events during our wedding weekend. They were incredibly professional, their vehicles were very clean and safe, and their drivers were lovely and excellent drivers. Lindsay was our point person for all of our reservations. She was extremely responsive and helped us with making multiple adjustments leading up to our wedding. Pure Luxury exceeded all of our expectations. It was so nice knowing that all of our driving needs were being taken care of. We didn't have to followup with them or worry about a thing. They were extremely reliable, showed up on time to every event and kept us on schedule.

Service was fine, but avoid them if possible. Whatever is in your contract is just a suggestion when it comes to charging you for their services. Unilaterally they decided to increase my costs (above what was contractually agreed upon upfront) without any heads up or approval. Very opaque pricing structure, and duplicitious client service people. Find a transparent option that's more trustworthy.

We used Pure Luxury in Sonoma for my wife's 60th birthday celebration and we're we glad we did! Pure Luxe took all the worry off our shoulders: they helped plan the winery itinerary, eliminated the need to have a designated driver, had mapped out where we were going. Our driver was fantastic! Completely professional, courteous, engaging, and knowledgeable. We will use them again the next time we head to Sonoma and the wine country. The price we paid was worth every penny!

I used Pure Luxury as the shuttle for my guests to go from the hotel to the wedding venue. No complaints, reliable, efficient and on time. Booking was simple and Kathleen Russell was easy to work with. The one thing I wish they had was a white limo or sedan that could be appropriate for a bridal car cuz it would have been great to get all my transportation from one place but it wasn't that big of a deal as I was able to find another supplier. I appreciated that they don't take payment until 3 days before the event which proved SO helpful as we made guest headcount adjustments due to the coronavirus. Thanks Pure Luxury for making my wedding hassle free!

My wife called Pure Luxury Transportation to schedule a tour in Napa to visit wineries. On the date of the tour the fires closed all of the wineries. We called them and told them that all of the wineries were closed. They said no problem, we cancelled the tour. When we returned to Miami we noticed that they charge our credit card and did not issue a credit. My wife called and they said they would not issue a refund. This was our first trip to Napa and probably our last if this is the way the companies want to treat visitors.

I booked a trip for some wine tours. Gina was super helpful in my planning and accommodating our needs. Totally recommend.

I love Pure Luxury. My first experience with them was on New Year's Eve two years ago. I didn't set up the vehicle, so at the time I didn't know how awesome the office staff is, but the driver was super nice. He was patient with all us drunkies and took us wherever we wanted to go. Second time I used Pure Luxury was for a wine tour. Absolutely awesome! The driver always had fresh, cold water waiting for us when he picked us up from each drop off. He even took it apon himself to put our leftover drinks from lunch on ice. Very nice! For the first time, I called Pure Luxury. I'm getting married this Spring so obviously I had a lot of questions about prices, locations, times, etc. The woman I talked to was so helpful and understanding. Luckily, unlike Bridzilla below me, I had a great experience with Pure Luxury! I will use them for any transportation needs I have.

Highly recommend Pure Luxury Transportation. I recently used their services for a weekend in Healdsburg, and they were wonderful. Very comfortable seats for large parties, spacious, lovely driver + treats on-board. The only way to enjoy wine country is through safe transportation, and I look forward to using them again.

Safe, courteous, and reliable! I've used several other bay area transportation companies in the past and have to say Pure Luxury was the best experience of all. Our driver was very friendly and made a point of helping each one of us on and off the bus at each stop. It was a hot afternoon and he made sure to have the AC set and complimentary waters on hand. Definitely luxury accommodations, which made for a relaxing, fun, and SAFE afternoon of wine tasting!

Pure Luxury is my go to for all events that we need transportation for. I recommend them to anyone in town looking for a way to get big groups around - not only in the Petaluma/ Wine Area but even in SF. We've done several big group trips on buses, and they drivers are very professional, friendly, and always on time. Driving a 60 passenger bus thru the city is tough work, and they do it very well. All the buses I've been on have also been very clean and well kept. They also arrange for smaller sedans and such as well. Definitely recommended to all.

This is strictly regarding their customer service line, which is the number on their yelp page. Complete incompetence in helping me out. Called in to make a simple request/quote, that I emailed them about 2 weeks ago no response so I call their line. Said the person that handles this is busy and will call me back... when I tell them I emailed them a while back regarding this they have the nerve to get upset at me. Completely unprofessional and upsetting. I suggest anyone to stay away, taking my business elsewhere.

We have worked with Pure Luxury on three separate occasions and each time they were incredible. We had a three different drivers and all were extremely professional and welcoming. The vehicles were brand new, very clean, and very comfortable. They were on time and very accommodating to slight changes in our route. We can't wait to book Pure Luxury again for our next event!

There is nothing worse than having a wedding guest approach you after your wedding to tell you that they had to play the lawyer card in order to get a ride home. We rented shuttles from Pure Luxury on Friday and Saturday nights for our Calistoga wedding. The driver on Friday, I'm told, was incredible. Friendly and playful with every guest and their children. The two stars in this review are entirely for him. The driver on Saturday was immediately rude to my passengers upon boarding (saying "he'd better not make a mess" to a family boarding with their child and service dog), and refused to give a family a ride home until more people had boarded. To be clear, we paid to have shuttles for six hours. They could be circling nonstop in this six hours if we asked them to, or they could be sitting and waiting. We paid for them to be there, providing rides as needed, for six hours. But our Saturday driver only wanted to do two trips between the venue and the hotels (a 12 minute drive), and tried to make this poor couple with an exhausted toddler wait over an hour until the next "departure time". When you spend $100k+ trying to ensure a welcoming and hospitable guest experience, this sort of feedback is devastating.

We were so excited and looking forward to our Tour in Sonoma for my girlfriends wedding bachelorette/bridal shower however I do not recommend Pure Luxury! If going to Sonoma there are beautiful and amazing wineries to visit on your own/self guided. After arriving to our first stop they did not have our reservation and the caves were closed. Luxury claimed they did not know the caves were closed?! Hmmm, it's very unprofessional of Luxury and disappointing to say the least. Kunde Winery was amazing and beautiful!! They made up for the miscommunication between Luxury. If your researching for a tour company continue to read reviews!!!

These people are AWESOME!!! The customer service is absolutely outstanding! Not to mention the drivers are punctual, kind and super fun! And the buses are GORGEOUS! Extremely clean and our guests were very impressed. Transportation can make or break a wedding if it's unreliable so we were so excited that Pure Luxury did such an amazing job! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

We booked Pure Luxury Transportation for our wedding last weekend despite it being one of the priciest vendors in the area because we were told that they were "reliable and professional." This is important on your wedding day, where there isn't much wiggle room for things to go wrong, so we chose them to be our vendor. THE BUS TAKING THE WEDDING PARTY TO THE VENUE OVERHEATED AND BROKE DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. STRANDING ALL THE GROOMSMEN IN THEIR SUITS ON A HOT DAY. The company did not offer to send us emergency vehicles. The groomsmen STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY had to scramble to find ubers to pick them up on the side of the highway to get to the venue. As this shuttle was also responsible for picking up the bride, groom, and bridal party, we all had to scramble to find 6 ubers last minute in a somewhat rural area that is not well trafficked by uber drivers. We (the bride and groom) had to beg our uber driver to return back to the hotel to pick up the rest of the stranded bridal party because it was so hard to find an uber. By the time our party arrived, we were an hour late on our wedding timeline. This also caused a lot of stress on our wedding day, and certainly was not how we wanted our wedding party to be treated. Pure Luxury Transport did not assist us with emergency transport. They did (obviously) refund us for the shuttle that was unable to perform its service (ie. breaking down and stranding the wedding party on the side of the road). As the bride who just worked with PLT, I would not recommend them to someone who wants to have a stress free wedding day.

This is a wonderful service. We did a wine tour with them and Frank was awesome! He made it a fun experience as we drove to the 2 different wineries. They took care of making reservations at the wineries and made sure they were still happening with all of the fires close by. Gina was super helpful on this.
