Purebread Bakery + Coffee

This place is a baker’s paradise with an overwhelming (in the best way) selection of sweet and savory treats. The display cases are packed with everything from buttery, flaky pastries to rich cakes, brownies, and hearty breads, making it nearly impossible to choose just one item. The aroma alone pulls you in, and the quality is evident in every bite, each thoughtfully made, perfectly baked, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee and pastry or leaving with a box filled with indulgences, Purebread delivers every single time. A standout bakery that’s well worth the visit while in Whistler.

I am not a pastry person but seeing everything in here was so satisfying. It was absolutely amazing and appetizing to see how they laid our everything. We got different kinds and they were all very very good. Coffee was okay, nothing special but be here for the pastries. Sitting is not as available so just be prepared to take and go.

Great spot! We came multiple times during our stay. Our favorite was the raspberry white chocolate scone and the lemon bread. The focaccia sandwiches are also amazing.

Is there anything better than people-watching while enjoying a great pastry and a rich cup of coffee on a sunny autumn afternoon? In Whistler? There are so many eateries with unique menus…but I recommend a stop in here. Make your selection (it will be hard, as everything looks so tempting!) and take it to go…grab one of the many park benches, sit back, relax, and take in the sights. Exhale. Repeat as often as required. 😉

I visited the coffee shop yesterday and had a mixed experience. The Caffè Latte was excellent- well-made and definitely the highlight of the order. However, the scone I was served was a major disappointment. Despite seeing the beautiful, glazed scones on display (like the Raspberry White Chocolate Scone), the one I received felt like it was pulled from the back. It was dry, cold, and not offered to be warmed up.

All of the pastries and savory treats looked fresh and delicious. The service was fast and the employees were kind. We got the country apple cake and veggie sausage roll. The sausage was roll was finished before I took a picture! The country apple cake was really good, lots of apple and not too sweet. The only suggestion I have is to add decaf option to the coffee choices, otherwise everything else was great.

Beautiful small store in Whistler. Cosy and warm. Theres sitting area however it can get full fast. Lots of options to choose from and can get overwhelming if it’s your 1st time. Very tasty food 🙂 and lots of bread options The staff are so friendly and moves very fast, can get busy depending when you go. Went on a weekday afternoon which was quiet but still had a bit of a line up.

This is such a wonderful spot to enjoy picking up a delicious bakery treat! The front of the store is always filled with beautifully freshly baked items that smell delightful. The coffee was delicious, and the whole place just smells incredible—it's a true delight to visit.
