"Pure Camping An eco-campground in the Loop Head peninsula, Pure Camping features “glamping”—aka glamorous camping—in pre-erected canvas bell tents. Sleep in a cozy futon bed, stoke the cast iron stone in your tent if it’s chilly, and wake to a silver-pink dawn overlooking the Shannon River. The campsite features the warm and helpful Trea and Kevin Heapes, who run the site, a sauna, a wood-fired pizza oven, and yoga with Trea in the on-site yoga studio. We stayed at Pure Camping for 3 nights at the end of August and despite the weather being awful we had the best time. The furnished bell tent was super cosy and the kids loved staying in it. We went to the sauna which was lovely after a trip to the Pollock Holes in Kilkee. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a spot. Kevin the host was a fountain of knowledge in recommending what to do around the area . The pizza dough you can purchase on site and make your own pizza went down a treat with the kids, with in-house entertainment from the very friendly chickens and rooster. Highly recommend pure space.

This is our 3rd stay at this totally gorgeous campsite. No cars, beautifully kept, wild and green. Our bell tent was very private, spotless and with a fire pit outside for the cooler evenings. Showers and toilets always clean. The wood fired sauna is AMAZING and worth every penny - we were in there for over an hour. Great campers kitchen also so we didn't have to bring our stove etc. Trea and Kevin are lovely, the campsite is lovely, what's not to like? We'll definitely be back.

Trea and Kevin have created such a gorgeous haven in Pure Space. This was our first visit but we are already planning our next one. We booked one of the cabins for 2 nights to celebrate our daughter's 6th birthday and she would happily go back every year! The place is spotless, the cabin is so beautifully decorated and the site is very child friendly but would also suit adults without children. We booked the pizza oven with Kevin and it was a lot of fun and delicious. My kids have wanted to camp for years but my husband said he wasn't a camp. It turns out that he is a "Pure Camper" instead 😎

A short but memorable stay.Loved the layout, suited to any weather conditions, full of light,close to nature,roomy and spacious, all amenities including the unique shower room (wasn't yet completed).Were adopted by animals and poultry, totally delightful!

Trea and Kevin are great hosts and happy to help, if anything. A brilliant space and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to camp or glamp. I chose the wooden cabin, it was kept clean and loved the stay there.

Pure Space? Pure Sound! Really great vibe and attention to detail on the site. Lots to do in the area without having to drive far, we stayed 3 nights although I would recommend more if you wanted to explore the whole peninsula as there is so much to enjoy.

We had the best weekend in a long time. Such a rare gem, it helps you to fully detach from your daily duties and explore the slow living and it's surroundings. Waking up with singing birds is such a great start for the day. We are definitely back regularly. Thanks guys 🙂♥️💯
