Purgatory Ski Rentals

It took us over an hour to pick up our ski/snowboard rentals and despite renting here many years, the equipment was really showing its age. Two in our party were given boots that were took large causing a lot of pain and issues up on the mountain. One of our skis had a broken tip with a part of it pulling away at the tip. We went back for proper fitting and replacement skis, but the boots still caused pain because they are worn out inside. We have been coming and renting since the 80s and never had equipment problems like this. We won’t be renting here again. I do want to comment on the people working there! Top notch, friendly, and helpful. They were doing the best they could with the worn out equipment.

The line moves super slow. Took me more than 1 hour to get my rental. Better to rent in town

Rediculously slow system! A single line to process rentals? Really?

The children running this place need training in customer service. Entitled, rude, unhelpful. Way overpriced for terrible equipment. Shae was especially unhelpful and needs attitude adjustment . Shout out to management, time for letting this happen. Never renting for my kids here again. Ski barn is way better and great service.

High quality bikes for downhill(though not racing quality), but they only have flats, and no option for clip in pedals.
