Puri Santrian Beach Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. There are so many positives.|Firstly, the hotel eels spacious as there is so much lush greenery to walk through and enjoy. The staff are fantastic, everyone is warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent and varied enough. The pool with the pool bar is great. The hotel's location is superb, right on the beachfront. Sanur is just heaven as a resort. Deluxe rooms were nice and big, with an extremely comfy bed. Room a little dark though.... ||Few small negstives. Adult pool for the deluxe hotel is not enticing. Loungers are in the shade by a wall.. There was also a banking presentation one of the days which took over the outside seating area and was very loud. It could easily have been held in an inside area. It was clearly a money making exercise, but it impacted negatively on people staying at the hotel. If you were onoy at the hotel for a few days, it would have been annoying.|Despite this, I would definitely come back.

A group of 6 stayed booking the Santrian Club. Sadly 1 couple wasn't put in the club area and we wasn't together, another couple had to move rooms after a day because there wasn't a ground floor room ready. Aside from that our room was big and clean, a bit of a musty smell but the rooms are waiting an upgrade so hopefully this will be rectified. Shower was very small so hopefully that will change with the upgrades. The location is right on the beach and close to shops, bar and restaurants. Staff were nice but wasn't that friendly. Buffet breakfast was outstanding, much choice, loved it!! Afternoon tea had the best cakes sadly the tea was often cold. We only ate in the restaurant once as the food was pricey, but nice. The resort was so clean and those maintaining the grounds were always friendly. Unfortunately one of our days there was a private event on that wasn't very private, it was to noisy to sit around the pool with the swim up bar and no sunbeds around the other pools. We asked for an airer for our bathers at the stay of our 4 day stay and never received one so we had to dry then on the chairs out the front. We never went to the spa, even with the discount it was very pricey. If you are going to book book directly with the resort you'll get a better deal.

What an amazing hotel. From arriving the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and spacious , air con was perfect and the view was beautiful. We chose to stay at the adults only area and it was stunning. The breakfast catered to all dirty requirements and the gluten free bread was delicious. We ate here on an evening a couple of times, each meal delicious. The pools were kept really clean and tidy. We hired bikes and the staff were really helpful. Every single staff member who passed us smiled and spoke to us. This hotel is a dream and I already can’t wait to come back! Worth the very long flight.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Puri Santrian (between us have stayed 5 times previously), but overall, it was a disappointing experience. |One of the key reasons we chose this hotel was because we were promised specific rooms, including interconnecting ones for our group – but on arrival, these were not provided. Despite prior communication, there was no effort to accommodate what was agreed upon, which was frustrating.||If you’re a family looking for interconnecting rooms, be aware that these are not guaranteed, even if requested and confirmed in advance.||The service from the reservations manager in particular was quite poor and added to the disappointment. There was little understanding or willingness to help resolve the issue.||That said, the resort grounds are lovely. The pool area is relaxing, the beachfront is beautiful, and the breakfast was consistently good – fresh and with plenty of variety.||While the setting is ideal, the service issues around room arrangements left a negative impression. Sadly, we would hesitate to return or recommend it, especially for families who need reliable room configurations.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We chose to upgrade to the newer side of the resort, which was adults only and had a more modern feel. Not that there was anything wrong with the other side, but the newer room and pool were a real treat.||The food onsite was wonderful, and all the facilities including the spa and main pools were kept to a very high standard. We also hired mopeds directly from the hotel, which were a great price and made exploring the area super easy.||The location was PERFECT. Right on the main road with easy access to shops and restaurants as soon as you step out of the resort.|Overall, a lovely hotel in the best location.

We stayed in the Deluxe rooms at the Puri Santrian during July and August which gave us access to the private pool and some discounts for services. First impressions were great with fabulous gardens, spacious rooms and bathroom facilities. The hotel has a selection of pool areas and beach locations to hang out during the day which meant we never felt overly crowded or couldn't find somewhere lovely to sit. The food and drinks were great and not over priced, with many other options also available nearby should you wish. The hotel offers a free yoga class at 7am each morning which was really good (although slightly early!). Apart from the yoga there aren't any other organised activities, there is a tennis court (which we didn't end up using), but no gym which would have been nice. The staff were great. I would definitely stay here again if back in Sanur.

I enjoyed my stay at this resort very much! The resort is absolutely lovely. Nice restaurants, spas, beach and bars around the area. Staff responded quickly to requests and were welcoming. The area is quiet but busy enough for a bit of excitement. I definitely felt like it was more an area for couples and families.I did have a misunderstanding (verdict still out) with one of the staff, but the management made every effort to make up for it. I appreciated the effort, however as a solo traveler, some mishaps shouldn’t happen. Some one in a previous comment mentioned that they saw certain guests getting more attentiveness from staff, and I definitely experienced this from some. But it wasn’t over the top, they were still very nice, never disrespectful or anything.I was most disappointed in the breakfast. They served the same things everyday 😣, nothing change. But the banana & pineapple pancakes were DELICIOUS 🤤! I wanted more authentic Indonesian foods. Also There are no elevators to rooms on top floors so specify your preference when booking if stairs would be a problem.Would I stay again? Yes.

Its my first time to sanur. I have always stayed in nusa dua. I love love sanur and puri santrian was amazing. I dont have any faults to pick on this hotel. Its so green with beautiful plants all around the resort. We stayed in the premium delux room and it was so spacious even with 3 adults sharing. Very clean and housekeeping does a great job. The infinity pool was amazing. There are 4 pools and they are all different. The beach is clean and so relaxing. Staff in this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. If you like to mingle with the locals , sanur is the spot. Lots of warungs (restaurants/cafes) and shops on the beach and outside the resort. Never short of restaurants to dine in.|Sanur is a very quiet area. Close to icon bali. I would definitely return to puri santrian . Very modern balinese . BEAUTIFUL.
