Pure tranquility and heartfelt hospitality – a month in paradise||We had the pleasure of spending an entire month at Puri Santrian Beach & Spa Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish.||The resort is an oasis of peace – beautifully located right on the beach, with lush gardens, elegant rooms, and a calm atmosphere that immediately helps you unwind. It's the perfect place to truly relax and recharge.||What made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. From day one, we felt genuinely welcome – like part of a big family. Every team member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The level of service was simply outstanding.||We enjoyed delicious and varied meals every day. Breakfast was fresh and abundant, with something for everyone. Lunch and dinner were always a treat – flavorful, beautifully presented, and of consistently high quality.||A very meaningful moment for us came when my wife unfortunately contracted dengue during our stay. The kindness and support we received from the staff were absolutely heartwarming. They arranged medical assistance immediately and checked in with us constantly, offering genuine care and concern. We will never forget that.||Looking back, our stay at Puri Santrian was filled with peace, comfort, warmth, and incredible service. We felt truly cared for and left with full hearts.||Thank you, Puri Santrian, for everything. We will definitely be back.||Five stars – highly recommended!||The best place to relax for a holiday or after a round trip.|With a Very good restaurant and beachclub with high quality of local and traditional balinese food.|They have there one spa with several massages and beauty packets.|And all staff are kind and do avery thing to make youre stay as nice as possible.

Loved this property. Great feel from the moment you arrive. Lobby was beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. We had a Santrian Club room, large size room, walk in shower (so not having to step into bath). Would also suggest asking for a ground floor room. Loved the fact it was child free space so very peaceful area, lots of umbrellas for shade and great pool. Breakfast was a buffet so lots of choices and loads of places to sit. Great main pool area with a pool bar if you’re wanting a more social atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

We’ve stayed for 17 nights and enjoyed every moment. Perfect hotel by any means. Nice and clean rooms, amazing food, heavenly garden with authentic decoration. But above all, perfect staff. They’re so friendly and kind that I’ve never experienced anywhere else. I would like to thank you every one of the staff for their kindness and hard work. I even got emotional on our last day cause I’ll miss Puri Santrian and its people.

Just returned from 10 nights at the Puri Santrian. Wow what a beautiful hotel. The gardens and swimming pools are immaculate. |Our room (Club room) was very spacious with a huge four poster bed, large bathroom with shower and a full size bath.|The staff here are so lovely, really friendly, always smiling and they work so hard to keep everything running smoothly.|The breakfast was very good with a large choice of food from egg and bacon to dim sun, fresh fruit, cereal, cheese, cake, toast. |The gardens are so beautiful, it made it very tempting just to stay within the hotel grounds!|Beautiful dining area along the sea front. |A big shout out to Eka who greeted us every morning with her sunny smile.

Its my first time to sanur. I have always stayed in nusa dua. I love love sanur and puri santrian was amazing. I dont have any faults to pick on this hotel. Its so green with beautiful plants all around the resort. We stayed in the premium delux room and it was so spacious even with 3 adults sharing. Very clean and housekeeping does a great job. The infinity pool was amazing. There are 4 pools and they are all different. The beach is clean and so relaxing. Staff in this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. If you like to mingle with the locals , sanur is the spot. Lots of warungs (restaurants/cafes) and shops on the beach and outside the resort. Never short of restaurants to dine in.|Sanur is a very quiet area. Close to icon bali. I would definitely return to puri santrian . Very modern balinese . BEAUTIFUL.

I enjoyed my stay at this resort very much! The resort is absolutely lovely. Nice restaurants, spas, beach and bars around the area. Staff responded quickly to requests and were welcoming. The area is quiet but busy enough for a bit of excitement. I definitely felt like it was more an area for couples and families.I did have a misunderstanding (verdict still out) with one of the staff, but the management made every effort to make up for it. I appreciated the effort, however as a solo traveler, some mishaps shouldn’t happen. Some one in a previous comment mentioned that they saw certain guests getting more attentiveness from staff, and I definitely experienced this from some. But it wasn’t over the top, they were still very nice, never disrespectful or anything.I was most disappointed in the breakfast. They served the same things everyday 😣, nothing change. But the banana & pineapple pancakes were DELICIOUS 🤤! I wanted more authentic Indonesian foods. Also There are no elevators to rooms on top floors so specify your preference when booking if stairs would be a problem.Would I stay again? Yes.

Puri Santrian Hotel is good, very lush and plenty of options for pools. The food and cocktails are amazing at the Beach club! Only negatives are there is no non smoking sections and the hotel has random stray dogs constantly running through hotel. I am not a dog person and I got annoyed at having dogs constantly sniff you and follow you around. The staff seem to not be bothered. It’s a major negative of the hotel if not a dog lover
