Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Ubud

Hotel is built in a traditional Balinese way, and even the rooms were decorated beautifully with traditional style panes and carvings on the door. We stayed on the second floor and it was beautiful to sit on the balcony in the mornings. There are no lifts in the hotel so you will have to climb stairs, but they are manageable and provide a great view. Hotel staff were very friendly and approachable, and would make conversation and help with all matters. We booked from the website and it came with breakfast included at the lotus cafe, which had a direct view of the water palace and a generous serving of breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV had netflix and youtube as well. Location is also extremely convenient as the main shopping areas are all a walks away. A unique, comfortable and convenient stay!

A sanctuary right in the heart of Ubud. It’s right by the main road, with a short walk going inside where you will be isolated from the noise of the busy downtown. It is a traditional Balinese complex right next to the Water Temple (where you will have your breakfast at the Lotus Cafe). Staff are pleasing and very accommodating. A perfect place to have a restful vacation.

The view was amazing and the place we ate breakfast at was beautiful. The outdoor shower and bath was stunning and the plants added to the atmosphere. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Location was on main street in the centre of ubud but you wouldn't be able to tell as it was quiet on site and in the room.

The staff is just adorable! I just want say thank you and recommend here to everybody! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, comfy bed and the restaurant attached with the water temple is a plus. We celebrate our anniversary and had a lovely decorated bed for us. Loved it!

Lovely staff at the hotel, very friendly, good central location in Ubud, however this hotel currently under construction which we were not aware of and it feels like you were part of a construction site. The hotel is not well sign posted, and is down a broken gravel driveway with workmen there throughout the day. The rooms are nice and always cleaned to a high standard, however the one we were given was on the smaller side and are missing a standing shower. We had breakfast included which was a selection of three packages from the lotus Cafe next door to the hotel, this was a large amount of food and lovely staff, however not enjoyable for us with limited variety. I think once the renovations are completed, the stay would be more enjoyable.

Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Hotel in Ubud was one of our three-night stops during our honeymoon vacation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is absolutely ideal—right next to the beautiful Water Temple, making it easy to explore the heart of Ubud. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the breakfast. We loved starting our mornings with a delicious meal while overlooking a tranquil pond filled with gorgeous lilies and lively fish. It felt like a dream and added such a special touch to our honeymoon. Everything about our stay was just awesome. From the warm hospitality to the peaceful ambiance, it truly felt like a slice of paradise. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special time in our lives. Highly recommended!

Highly recommendable…best place, best people. Good food and a lot more to appreciate…access to Water Palace too. Good for walking tour. Spa and swimming pool, we really like to stay here. Close to everywhere thank you so much for yhe service, we will come back for sure
