Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Ubud

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their communication before we arrived was top notch. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the outdoor shower and oversized tub were an added bonus. The location was perfect. You are steps away from markets, restaurants, and local culture. Be sure to wind down your day with a couples massage. It really added to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hospitality by the staff!! The spa experience was wonderful! The staff has such a warm smile all the time. The food and the overall experience is amazing! One single call and the work gets done! The property is beautiful and located centrally. However, due to traffic congestion, it can become slightly overwhelming.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Bali and honestly… everything was just beautiful and perfect! Every detail was taken care of with great attention, and the staff were always kind, helpful, and greeted us every day with a warm smile.||The breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied, with something for every taste.|We also had the best dinner we’ve had in Ubud — truly unforgettable flavors.||And starting each morning with that breathtaking view from Café Lotus overlooking the Water Palace was pure magic. A moment of peace and beauty we’ll never forget.||Highly recommended — we would go back in a heartbeat!

It was a magical place. We were welcomed warmly and had a beautiful room. Ubud was quite hectic but when you entered the hotel everything was calm and as it was an experience that it was close to the temple. The only thing was the construction going on just outside our room.

A wonderful stay at Puri Sarasawati Dijiwa Ubud. The villas have a wonderful and private porch area and the inside of the villa is modern, very clean and air conditioned. Mosquitos are well controlled by the nightly incense by the door and the daily breakfast is right next to the Water Palace. so beautiful. Starbucks is right on the corner and there are fantastic restaurants and massage places within walking distance. Pool was great too! Perfect for families or a romantic getaway. The staff are first rate!!!

Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Ubud is an absolute gem in the heart of Ubud. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the traditional Balinese architecture and the serene atmosphere. The hotel is located right beside the iconic Saraswati Temple and lotus pond, which makes every morning feel like a scene from a postcard. You can hear the sound of the gamelan in the evenings, adding to the magical ambiance.

A beautiful resort, in an ideal location. I loved the restaurant looking over the water garden. The staff are friendly and courteous and the room was clean and comfortable.
