Puri Sari Beach Hotel

I recently stayed here for 8 nights and I couldn't have wished for a better stay. I stayed in the rooms in the main building and later in one of the villa's and it was way better than what I could have expected. The food is fresh and super tasty, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and spacious. If I asked for anything, they were always able to offer it to me, whether it was more clothing hangers, after sun, mosquito spray, and a yoga mat. Thank you once again to the team of Puri Sari for my beautiful stay and I will definitely return! <3

We spent a month and a half in Labuan Bajo and more than half of that time at the Hotel Puri Sari.||First things first: the staff at the pool, in the restaurant, from housekeeping or at reception were totally committed and professional. Everyone was always super accommodating, friendly and open-minded! ||For example, we easily extended our stay on site and got a fair price. We were even rebooked into a villa at no extra charge when repair work was due in the main building at the end of the season. We could always rely on the receptionist Osin and the manager Sigit.||Our room was very spacious and always clean; everything worked perfectly!|The restaurant was very good in terms of price and portions, as was the service. The hotel ambience was really quiet and relaxed with its direct location on the beach. Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is great. Buffet Breakfast was really good, egg station, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit and more. The restaurant good value good. It's 3km out of town. We walked in but they can arrange scooter hire too.

The bed is super hygienic. The room is big and cozy. There are two cats in the restaurant named Mochi and Yellow, both are very cuddly and friendly (please feed them a lot🥺🙏🏻). The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. They employ local people as their staff. The private beach is always cleaned up every morning and you cannot trace any plastic around the hotel area. If you need any transportation to the city you can rent a motorbike (ask the receptionist). The best moment in Labuan Bajo starts from here. 💝

It's an older classic hotel. The pros are peaceful beachfront pool area, big garden, and spacious room. The cons that the breakfast food is limited and has outdated vibe. We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful stay.

Here are Sergio's comments translated into English: First of all, Osin, the head receptionist and a fantastic concierge, was our guiding light at the hotel and made our stay an even better experience. The hotel is wonderful. They offered us a free room upgrade, and the facilities are excellent – pool, restaurant, breakfast, etc. :) We did notice a few small areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience even more. At the restaurant, the staff would serve us but never asked if we wanted dessert or something else after the meal; we had to request it ourselves. Regarding the massages, the older lady was fantastic, while the younger one’s service was quite lacking. Lastly, the receptionist from the past two evenings was rather rude and unfriendly.

This resort is located on the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process are efficient. The room is spacious and clean. It's quiet and peaceful. The breakfast selection is amazing. But I suggest the restaurant to add pizza in the menu. We will definitely return if there is a chance.

We stayed three nights at the Puri Sari Beach Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and well cared for, with pretty gardens, a pool, a massage area, and a restaurant with very good food right by the beach in a quiet area. Our room and all the facilities were great, and they gave guests free drinking water. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived—very kind, helpful, and always there if we needed anything. Special thanks to Tari and Osin at reception, who were lovely! We will gladly recommend this hotel to our family and friends and hope to come back soon.🙏🏼
