PURO Hotel Kraków Stare Miasto

Beautiful room, excellent service, and a perfect location! Everything exceeded my expectations — clean, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

It is a great hotel in the near area of almost everything in Krakow. ||We had a working day with our group. The meeting room was exellent. ||The staff hjelped us with booking tables at resturants, and they made amazing job. ||I can Highland recommend Puro Stare Miesto.

Excellent Hotel. Very comfortable bed, sizable room with everything you need quick Housekeeping, and the smart room tablet was my first encounter of a room with intuitive lighting as one moves around. Breakfast were comprehensive of western and Polish food, and healthy.. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.||Location of the hotel opposite Man train station is excellent with a nice bar and outdoor area as well.

Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

The room is very good designed. The overall design of the hotel, is very beautiful. Lot of beautiful crafted wood elements. Breakfast concept is perfect. Beside the rich buffet you can order some special plates, the avocado sandwich is the bomb! service staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent modern hotel, 5 minute walk from the old town. All staff were polite and friendly. Rooms are modern, clean & well kept by the housekeeping team.|I was not sure what to expect for breakfast as it was our first visit to Krakow/Poland. Plenty of healthy choices, which we enjoyed.|Thank you to all staff for a pleasant stay.

Come here for business trips and this is located in a very convenient location. Hotel rooms are comfortable and have all the basic necessities you would need. Breakfasts are really good and the staff are pleasant.

The staff were very nice and polite. They returned my wallet i had left at the hotel. The rooms are fine, comfy and clean. I would use this again as the location was very good to the shops and transport and especially because of the nice staff.

Staying at Puro was an amazing experience to say the least. For starters it's absolutely stunning. Secondly, the concierge staff is on point 24/7. They are attentive, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Now to dive a bit deeper, the rooms are lovely. The aesthetics are pleasing, there is ample storage space and a safe. Everything is controlled electronically which is pretty cool, however there are those one off glitches in the system. I would encourage them transition to an iPad from the Samsung tablet, but I could just be bias haha. There is a cute breakfast spot with freshly baked goods, a restaurant and bar on-site. Did I mention the indoor and outdoor lounge areas!? All are spacious and wonderfully designed. Guests also have access to the on-site spa which is equally lavish and refreshing. To put it simply, 10/10 would stay again!

This is a great hotel. It is very stylish and modern. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee machine downstairs. Make sure you close the window, when using the AC.

Nice boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free bikes for those who want an adventure. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is what I like about this hotel: 1. short walking distance to the train/bus station. 2. taxi and tram station across the street. 3. very nicely designed. yes the bathroom has glass walls but there is also a huge curtain that goes across the whole room for privacy. 4. high tech - tablet by the bed controls a lot of things, like the lights and ... a checkout. 5. all essentials in the bath. 6. AMAZING breakfast bar 7. If the friendly people at the front desk are busy, there are stations for self check in. on the negative side - the rooms I had were small, but I wouldn't stay here for longer than 3 days either so that's ok in the end. I will gladly stay here again!

The hotel is beautifully designed. Aesthetically it's terrific. The location is convenient. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is nice. The room is kind of ridiculous. Everything is controlled by tablet: it rarely works. The lights go on and off randomly. The air conditioner turns off every time you leave the room. And the bathroom is absurd. The glass walls are pretty but the lack of privacy makes the room uncomfortable. Who wants to have their toilet exposed right next to the door of the room? And the walk in shower leads to constant flooding. While it was not an awful stay, I would not choose to return for the price.
