PURO Hotel Kraków Stare Miasto

A bit late for my review! But last year i was there in November! Great hospitality! Really helpful staff! Clean rooms, and very nice breakfast! Stayed there for 8 days and i felt them like 2! Needed more! Location was great! Opposite the mall and 5 minutes walking to the old town! If i went back to Krakow i would definitely stay there again! A bit small rooms but because it’s a very affordable hotel for what it gives you i would recommend to book one of there bigger rooms! Everything is exactly as in pictures! Soundproofing and very warm in winter!Perfect! But if i could give 10 stars i would! Thank you Puro Hotel! 🩷

This hotel is very good. It is central, close to the train station, the old town and the farmer’s market. It has cozy vibes mixed with modern architecture and tiny but convenient rooms ( the standard ones ). Overall, pretty great! The breakfast options were great and the coffee machine makes excellent coffee. If you are going to Krakow on a budget, PURO is the right place.

The staff is very helpful. It's a fact. They want to help. They have a tablet which you can call them on if you need anything. You can also control the temperature in the room on the tablet. The room is fine, bed feels old and kind off uncomfortable. And shower has low water pressure but its fine. They have a fridge and its easy to charge your phone and sit and relax. I recommend to book a room early at this hotel to get a cheaper price. Book it 1-2 months before.

For the price it was quite an underwhelming experience. Some important details were not very well thought out. For example, the bathroom light was automatic and there was no manual switch / no way to switch the automatic light off. The light would then illuminate the whole room as the wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom was glass. Therefore after going to the toilet in the middle of the night I would wake up my partner with a bright light in the room and there was no way to avoid it, not ideal!|The air conditioning was controlled by a tablet but we felt it wasn't working or was barely working as it got very hot in the room. Overall, for the price it was poor value.

Very nice hotel! The room was exactly what we needed, a comfy place to relax! Lovely shower and absolutely isolated from the noise of the exterior. Staff were super friendly and eager to help all time, they open the door 24/7. Location is simply perfect, shopping center just across the road (not a bad area), 10 min walking to main streets and restaurants, all was really good! And well for the end, BREAKFAST IS OUTSTANDING!!! 😍 yes! All reviews are true, it has a big variety of tasty choices and everything is delicious!!! Thanks guys!

We had an wonderful stay! Ola from Rezeption is amazing! She helped us with all our request and made our stay even more perfect! The rooms are lovely designed but are a bit small and the bathroom only has a sliding door which limits your privacy. The location is super central and you can walk anyway in town. Also the collab with their other PURO Hotel in Krakow is amazing as you can use the SPA and facilities there!

The hotel was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. From the room to the breakfast service we had an enjoyable experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful.|We were central to everything and got around easily.|I did the free walking tour provided by the hotel and it was an excellent addition to our stay.|I would highly recommend this hotel for visitors who want to be close to the Old Town

Staying at Puro was an amazing experience to say the least. For starters it's absolutely stunning. Secondly, the concierge staff is on point 24/7. They are attentive, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Now to dive a bit deeper, the rooms are lovely. The aesthetics are pleasing, there is ample storage space and a safe. Everything is controlled electronically which is pretty cool, however there are those one off glitches in the system. I would encourage them transition to an iPad from the Samsung tablet, but I could just be bias haha. There is a cute breakfast spot with freshly baked goods, a restaurant and bar on-site. Did I mention the indoor and outdoor lounge areas!? All are spacious and wonderfully designed. Guests also have access to the on-site spa which is equally lavish and refreshing. To put it simply, 10/10 would stay again!

This is a great hotel. It is very stylish and modern. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee machine downstairs. Make sure you close the window, when using the AC.

Nice boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free bikes for those who want an adventure. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is what I like about this hotel: 1. short walking distance to the train/bus station. 2. taxi and tram station across the street. 3. very nicely designed. yes the bathroom has glass walls but there is also a huge curtain that goes across the whole room for privacy. 4. high tech - tablet by the bed controls a lot of things, like the lights and ... a checkout. 5. all essentials in the bath. 6. AMAZING breakfast bar 7. If the friendly people at the front desk are busy, there are stations for self check in. on the negative side - the rooms I had were small, but I wouldn't stay here for longer than 3 days either so that's ok in the end. I will gladly stay here again!

The hotel is beautifully designed. Aesthetically it's terrific. The location is convenient. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is nice. The room is kind of ridiculous. Everything is controlled by tablet: it rarely works. The lights go on and off randomly. The air conditioner turns off every time you leave the room. And the bathroom is absurd. The glass walls are pretty but the lack of privacy makes the room uncomfortable. Who wants to have their toilet exposed right next to the door of the room? And the walk in shower leads to constant flooding. While it was not an awful stay, I would not choose to return for the price.
