I cannot say enough good things about this excellent hotel! The reception, bar and breakfast staff were super nice and helpful. In particular the bar tender made us amazing cocktails. Also, we arrived late and it wasn't an issue at all, nor was storing our luggage until late the next night. The room was comfortable, completely clean and with a nice view. The decor of the common spaces was incredible, super stylish mid-century modern. The photos don't do it justice. The breakfast was amazing, with a la carte dishes as well as a plentiful buffet. The location is perfect, by the station and near the old town. The price was great for the quality too. I would really love to return!!!

Our stay at PURO krakow miastro was excellent! It was the first part of our honeymoon which we decided to have in Poland and the staff was exceptional and eager to respond to our every need. e.g. We had a late check in because we were travelling for Warsaw and staff members were there to welcome us. I made a mistake during my booking and contacted the staff immediately. I would personally like to thank Zuzanne who made sure that we had more than the correct room for our honeymoon stay and he placed a kettle and a personal wish card with macarones in our upgraded room. The views and cleanliness were excellent but the service was warm and exceptional. Thank you for making this special trip memorable PURO team. We will see you again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel-The service was truly exceptional-every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and helpful. I especially want to give a big shout-out to the bartenders, who were incredibly friendly and absolutely amazing throughout my stay. The hotel offers great free activities, which was such a nice bonus, and I loved having access to the free hot beverages machine-perfect for a quick coffee or tea anytime. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the train station and the mall, making everything super convenient. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing stay! I was on a business trip with a group of 14 people, and every single one of us was equally impressed. The staff at Puro Hotel Old Town Kraków were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were outstanding – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and perfectly clean, offering everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s modern yet cozy interiors create a wonderful atmosphere, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from the main attractions of the Old Town. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had!

This hotel is lovely. Well situated for ease of access to transport links and the Square. |Reception |Warm and welcoming. The reception staff are a credit to the hotel. In particular I would like to single out Zuzanne D. Her support when dealing with our room issue was professional and nothing was too much trouble. At every contact Zuzanne always found time to answer questions and point us in the right direction. Even taking the time to write down Museums that have free entry days and would be of interest to us. |The public areas are immaculate|While there are no tea/ coffee machine in the room the coffee and hot water machine in reception is easy to use and there is ample supply of ground coffee and fruit teas too. ||Room |Although compact they make use of the space well . But not a lot of storage if you pack a lot of clothes! there is hanging space and some shelves. ||Room control tablet was a novelty to us but if your tech minded it will be a breeze. |Good double glazing and minimal to no noise heard from other guests or out side. |Bathroom room was good and very clean. Shower rainfall and hand held worked well. The hand wash is lovely. |We had breakfast with out booking |Can’t fault that either, tasty plenty of choice |For even the fussiest of eaters. |Can we have the pancake recipe please, they were amazing and we couldn’t see past them. |110%Recommend this hotel

Having stayed at Puro hotels in Gdańsk, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Warsaw, this one was a little disappointing by comparison. It’s noticeably smaller than the others, and while I understand the design choice, the décor felt dated and wasn’t really to my taste. It did grow on me after a few days, but stylistically it’s my least favourite Puro property so far. We stayed in a top-floor suite, and again, compared to the suite we had in Gdańsk just a few days earlier, it was underwhelming. The room was very small with limited cupboard and hanging space. The bathroom was probably too large and took up a significant amount of the living area. The motion-activated bathroom lights were also frustrating, as they could turn off while you were in the shower, leaving you in the dark. Other drawbacks included the view, which isn’t great and isn’t accurately represented in the photos on Booking.com. The TV also frequently struggled to stream or cast from my phone via YouTube, which became a bit frustrating. That said, the room was comfortable enough overall despite these issues. The staff, however, were excellent. We requested a few items for the room, such as an iron and ironing board and extra towels, and they arrived very quickly. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks topped up and even making cocktails that weren’t on the menu. Housekeeping was also efficient and thorough. The lifts are very dated. My girlfriend has a slight fear of lifts, but the glass lifts in Gdańsk and the large, smooth lifts in Warsaw were no issue for her. The lifts here feel old and somewhat jerky, so anyone with lift anxiety should be aware. The location is quite good, directly opposite the main railway station and only a five-minute walk to the Old Town (Barbican/Floriańska). We had breakfast one morning and found the buffet to be well stocked with a good variety of options, alongside à la carte choices. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but having been spoiled by our experiences in Gdańsk and Warsaw, this hotel unfortunately fell below our expectations.

Amazing hotel with fantastic friendly staff. Very good location, close to train station, the big shopping mall and old town. The staff in the reseption, Klaudia and Kasia was so nice and extremely helpful! Also one very nice girl in the bar, I forgot to get her name. Highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
Staying at Puro was an amazing experience to say the least. For starters it's absolutely stunning. Secondly, the concierge staff is on point 24/7. They are attentive, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Now to dive a bit deeper, the rooms are lovely. The aesthetics are pleasing, there is ample storage space and a safe. Everything is controlled electronically which is pretty cool, however there are those one off glitches in the system. I would encourage them transition to an iPad from the Samsung tablet, but I could just be bias haha. There is a cute breakfast spot with freshly baked goods, a restaurant and bar on-site. Did I mention the indoor and outdoor lounge areas!? All are spacious and wonderfully designed. Guests also have access to the on-site spa which is equally lavish and refreshing. To put it simply, 10/10 would stay again!

Yelp
This is a great hotel. It is very stylish and modern. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. There's a coffee machine downstairs. Make sure you close the window, when using the AC.

Yelp
This is what I like about this hotel: 1. short walking distance to the train/bus station. 2. taxi and tram station across the street. 3. very nicely designed. yes the bathroom has glass walls but there is also a huge curtain that goes across the whole room for privacy. 4. high tech - tablet by the bed controls a lot of things, like the lights and ... a checkout. 5. all essentials in the bath. 6. AMAZING breakfast bar 7. If the friendly people at the front desk are busy, there are stations for self check in. on the negative side - the rooms I had were small, but I wouldn't stay here for longer than 3 days either so that's ok in the end. I will gladly stay here again!

Yelp
The hotel is beautifully designed. Aesthetically it's terrific. The location is convenient. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is nice. The room is kind of ridiculous. Everything is controlled by tablet: it rarely works. The lights go on and off randomly. The air conditioner turns off every time you leave the room. And the bathroom is absurd. The glass walls are pretty but the lack of privacy makes the room uncomfortable. Who wants to have their toilet exposed right next to the door of the room? And the walk in shower leads to constant flooding. While it was not an awful stay, I would not choose to return for the price.
