The hotel was excellent! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, equipped with mini fridge, hair dryer, handsoap, body wash, and conditioner. There is ample storage space for clothing and the views are wonderful! Breakfast was incredible and there is so much to choose from. I also spent some time in the sauna and it is relaxing, clean, and quiet. I would absolutely stay here or any other PURO again!

I booked a Classic Plus room for one night as it included a late check-out, and the receptionist offered me a better rate over the phone. I loved my room. I was very clean, well equipped, it had beautiful interiors and stunning views of the Poznanski Palace. It was a bit small, but that didn’t bother me as a solo traveller. The walls were quite thin and I could hear other guests slamming doors a few times. Breakfast was fine, though the choice was limited and not great value for money. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would happily come back.

As always, PURO doesn’t disappoint. Friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful views, and a relaxing SPA. Room service is conveniently ordered via tablet. The interiors are stunning, and the beds are comfortable - with the option to choose firmer pillows which for me is great. Good coffee in the apartment and free tickets to MS1 or MS2 are a lovely extras. The only possible downside: if your room is on the 4th floor, weekend music from the rooftop bar can be a bit loud for light sleepers (ends at 1 am). Still I think it's the best pick when visting Łódź.

The wife and I came for a weekend away and what a lovely stay it was. |The hotel was fabulous, very clean and the staff was very friendly. |Free tea and coffee all day and the sauna is also free to use!! |Every city needs a Puro, has become our favourite hotel, Beats premier inn or a Tavel lodge any day!!!

The hotel is right next to Manufactura, a multiplex shopping mall converted from an old factory. The rooms are great, the TV is huge, the tablet inside the room can do all sorts of magic. Both the restaurant and the room are clean and well-lit. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are some faint noises coming from the walls, but they can easily blocked with earbuds.
