PURO Hotel Poznań Stare Miasto

After being let down by our other accommodation provider we stumbled past this hotel, and we were glad we did!||Such welcoming, friendly, attentive staff. Immediately making us feel at ease.||The decor inside the entrance and through the hotel is modern and looks amazing. ||The free hot drinks throughout our stay was an added bonus too. We felt like we really were staying in Luxury.||The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh.||We checked out the gym and sauna however did not use them - another added bonus for staying at this hotel.||We would definitely stay here again, we loved the hotel and the friendly staff.||Everyone we encountered was friendly and happy both guests and staff! ||The lady that was cleaning the lobby was also really friendly.

The room looked exactly like the photos on the website—modern, spacious, and incredibly clean. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, cleaning the room daily and ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained.|The duvet was the fluffiest and softest I’ve ever come across, making it a real pleasure to relax and sleep. It honestly felt like I was wrapped in a cloud! The bed itself was very comfortable. ||The breakfasts were another highlight. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The hotel is also located in a fantastic area. |Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great hotel in a convenient location. Awesome breakfast! We came for a weekend and found the hotel comfortable, staff friendly, decor modern. The room was quiet and overall I don’t think we could have chosen better. It was walking distance to everything so we loved the location. Poznan is a city worth exploring and Hotel Puro made it a comfortable stay. I hope we will be back sometime soon. Maybe in a warmer season.

We have traveled internationaĺly about 80% of the year since 2017. I pretty much determine where we are going, and I also decide the hotels or apartments. Puro in Poznan is a well located, cozy hotel. The staff is professional, and we loved our room. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The coffee machine in the lobby was a welcome treat after a 2 hour walking tour and Christmas markets. The Puro is definitely our choice when we are in Poznan.|

I stayed at Puro Poznan over New Years eve, and it was a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, the lobby and restaurant absolutely beautifully decorated with nice vibes that invite for great hangouts, and the room was so relaxing and calming with beautiful duvets and linen. I would love to visit again soon! Definitely the best hotel in the city.

Very nice design hotel in a central location in the city centre of Poznan. There is a tram stop nearby and the historic main square is only a 5-minute walk away. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. This is especially nice when you arrive in the late afternoon on a cold December day. The foyer is beautifully designed and invites you to linger. The room was stylish and decorated in beautiful colours, the beds were comfortable. Everything looked new and was in good condition. But the best thing was the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of bread, fruit, cheese and everything you could dream of. It was a pity that we had to leave early because of a meeting. If I come back to Poznan, I will definitely book the hotel again.

Highly recommended! I’ve stayed at the PURO hotels in Gdańsk and Warsaw, and this one was my favorite. Incredibly clean rooms, exceptional bed, and outstanding location (a 4 minute walk to the main old square). Since it’s not smack in the old town, it’s also very quiet and peaceful. I should also add that Poznan is a VERY charming Polish town, which had plenty of space and not too many tourists. Lovely in the autumn as the trees change all sorts of colors.
