PURO Hotel Poznań Stare Miasto

I recently stayed at PURO Hotel Poznań and couldn’t be more impressed. It’s a modern, stylish hotel in a great location, with plenty of secure parking nearby (€20 for 24 hours). After driving for 19 hours in hot weather and spending hours stuck in traffic, we arrived completely exhausted—but the hotel experience turned everything around. The reception team was amazing—young, friendly, fluent in English, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with multiple requests and did it all with genuine kindness. Honestly, they were the best. The room was fantastic. The bed and pillows were top-level—I can’t even describe how comfortable they were. I slept so deeply, for a second I thought I was dead 😂. The air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature, and the overall atmosphere felt like a retreat. I woke up feeling completely recharged and ready to continue the journey. Thank you, PURO Hotel Poznań! We’ll definitely be back. Poznań—one love!

Great place. However, I saw a long strand of hair on the oats during breakfast. I called the attention of the waitress on duty who quickly rectified it and a member of the kitchen came and took it away in less than 30 seconds so I’m happy about the swift action. I’m leaving five stars for that. Other than that, the staff could do with being more warm and smile to welcome guests during breakfast.

A modern hotel just a short walk from the city center. The location is excellent, and the rooms are great - modern, clean, and quiet. Considering you're so close to the center, it's surprisingly quiet. Both breakfast and the restaurant offerings were delicious, and the restaurant staff were well-trained and attentive. We also tried the sauna, which was a lovely way to relax after exploring the city. As a thoughtful touch, the hotel offers a complimentary guided city tour every Saturday at 11 AM. A really nice gesture. We’ll definitely choose Puro hotels again next time, even in another Polish city.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the artistic design—every corner felt thoughtfully curated, blending creativity with comfort in a way that made the whole space feel special.||The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I’ve slept in during my travels. It made it hard to get up in the morning—though the promise of breakfast at the delightful on-site restaurant helped! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for a leisurely dinner or just a cozy drink, the restaurant alone is worth visiting.||I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my return. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates design, good food, and a restful night’s sleep.

The hotel is one of the best choices in Poznan. The room is cozy, though a bit small very well designed, the shower has a nice water pressure. The room is also always very clean.|The bed is very comfy.!|The hotel restaurant offers very good food also for breakfast. |The stuff is very supportive !

Fantastic hotel. The whole team, from front desk, housekeeping and food and beverage staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything in the room functions well, bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are clean and smell fresh. Sauna robes and slippers were provided with our room, and although the sauna and gym area are small, they are clean and perfectly adequate. The dumbell rack is better than I have seen in large hotel gyms, and better organized with a large mirror unblocked by equipment so you can check your form. The location iof the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, the historic city square is just 2 blocks away. It isn’t noisy despite being in the center. Breakfast was served buffet style with omelettes made on demand and brought to your table. Fantastic selection of fresh items- something for everyone. Reception area offers complimentary hot beverages throughout the day. The problem of motion sensor lighting mentioned on previous reviews has been solved with thick curtains which can be pulled across the entire width of the room at night. The hotel obviously has taken note of previous complaints and thoughtfully solved them.

Had a great 2 night stay. Very warm welcome and as a returning guest we were given a free welcome drink in the bar and macarons were delivered to the room. ||Our flight arrived early and the hotel were very accommodating and allowed us an early check in. ||Room was clean and well equipped. They gave us a lovely quiet room on floor 3 facing the inside. ||We're always made to feel at home here with very friendly staff, and free coffee in the lobby is a lovely perk.||Location is fantastic, very near the beautiful main square but far enough away not to be noisy.||Thanks to the Puro team and see you again in September.

This hotel is exceptional!!! The location is perfect and within walking distance of the old city Square, the markets and loads of restaurants and bars. The hotel has a very inviting lobby, cozy restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the rooms are not only clean and comfortable but high tech and environmentally friendly. The room is controlled using a tablet; change the TV station or turn on/off the lights in your room. I wish I could have enjoyed the courtyard which I'm sure is amazing in the warmer months. The only negative was the booming sound from the restaurant/bar on Friday night (which was situated directly below my room). I'd tolerate it again though.

Here for work from the US and was slightly concerned about the accommodations in town, but I was wonderfully surprised at the modern styling, comfortable rooms and gracious staff. .. who all spoke english. The breakfasts were great and the surroundings were interesting and lots of fun... only a few blocks from the old city center with lots to do and great drinking spots. Highlight was the warm floor tiles which was nice coming out of the shower.... great touch and a standard I'll look for in other hotels I stay at in colder climates. Next time I come back to Poznan, definitely staying here again!
