PURO Hotel Warszawa Centrum

When you first walk in you immediatley feel how pleasant and calm the place will be. The front desk staff is pleasant and not rushed. They really are fantastic. The interior design is modern but soothing. I don't often eat a hotel restaurants, but the atmosphere seemed nice and the menu looked good. I have to say it was a delicious meal, with a fantastic wine selection. The service was friendly and informative. The food was just delicious. A great restaurant. The coffee in the morning is very nice in the lobby. And just a good way to enter in to the day. The room was spotless and very modern, but with.a comfortable vibe. The room felt more spa like than any typical hotel room. The hotel is well insulated from noise from the streets and from any other rooms, so very quiet, even though you could tell the hotel was busy. The area is very central with lots of options for food and shopping. Overall, the staff is fantastic and the hotel is really very very good. I plan on return in 2 months for another business trip.

This hotel gets mixed reviews. The positives: The staff was pleasant and helpful; the hotel design is beautiful; the hotel is in a prime location; and the towels, sheets, and bedding seemed to be of high quality. The negatives: The hotel room was ridiculously small - it didn’t have a luggage rack, so we had to constantly step over our opened suitcases on the floor; we had some difficulty regulating the room temperature and ultimately had to sleep with the windows open and it was quite noisy; the cleaning staff did not replace our water after the first night - who wants to go scrounging for water after coming back to their hotel room late at night?; there is no telephone and we could not find the number for the front desk (you’re supposed to communicate through a tablet, but the phone numbers for support staff do not appear to be listed anywhere), so we would have to go downstairs whenever we needed help. I would likely not stay in this hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay here. The place is spotless, staff are very polite and helpful. Beds and rooms are very comfortable. We had one slight glitch in our room which was dealt with in a very professional manner. This hotel is beyond a 4 star hotel. The bar upstairs is a lovely addition too!

This is the PERFECT place to stay if you visit Warsaw - this is coming from somebody who lived here and returns to visit my friends. They are so accommodating offering free tea and coffee, bikes and cool events daily like djs and Pilates ! It is literally centre to everything with no need to taxi anywhere !

I really enjoyed my stay at the Puro Centrum Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety of fresh and tasty options. Staff are friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was small but perfectly fine for me as a solo traveller. I appreciated having a kettle and tea bags in the room (though note there’s no coffee or mini fridge), but the free coffee station at reception more than made up for it. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel that’s great for city stays.

Everything is perfect and well thought in this hotel. The room is very well organised and everything works correctly.. Very nice people. The breakfast is incredibly good.

Great location and stylish hotel. Our initial superior room felt small, but upgrading to the 31 m² corner room made all the difference – bright, spacious, and worth the extra cost. Gym is fine, restaurant looks nice (we didn’t try it). Also worth checking the other Puro in Warsaw, which seems slightly newer.

Excellent location. A very cool hotel with top-notch service. It has its own parking, including underground parking. There are many great restaurants nearby — right in the heart of the city. You can easily and pleasantly walk anywhere. The spa area is also wonderful. Everything was perfect — highly recommend!
