Classy and beautiful and service is exceptional |Second time here and we will always stay here when in Warsaw Rooms are top notch and so quiet. The spa is open to 10 which is super. Breakfast buffet is amazing. We ate outside on the inner patio and loved. Reception crew are wonderful and informative

I had a really great stay at this hotel in Warsaw. The design is beautiful and modern, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The rooms are very comfortable and well thought out, but what truly stood out was the bed – incredibly cozy with the best pillows I’ve ever slept on.||The on-site restaurant was another highlight. I had a delicious dinner with excellent wine, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with something for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience – I’d definitely come back!

The staff at the hotel are exceptionally competent and always friendly. Every request is met with attention and courtesy, making you feel completely at ease from the very first moment. The service is personal, warm, and professional—truly one of the standout features of the stay!

Enjoyed the room and loved the location. Lovely stay. Beautiful finished like feather pillows, blackout curtains, comfortable beds, very nice shower. Rooftop bar was a nice place to hang out.

Every time I stay at PURO Hotel Warszawa Centrum, the experience is exceptional. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Palace of Culture, and surrounded by trendy bars, restaurants, and shops. The service is flawless, with a friendly and professional staff. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, offering spacious and well-equipped rooms for a comfortable stay. The restaurant and breakfast are outstanding, providing a variety of delicious options. I've stayed in many hotels around the world but this one is definitely one of my absolute favourites. Design is gorgeous, rooms are comfortable, service is efficient and the spa was absolutely wonderful. The rooftop bar was excellent as well, great vibe and the cocktails were very well made. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Warsaw and for my next trip to Poland I've already booked a Puro hotel as well.

Modern hotel in the heart of the city. They have a great coffee machine in the lobby where you can choose from a number of coffee choices. My favorite was caffe latte!! They have a restaurant where you can get a buffet breakfast and dinners. The bartenders in the restaurant are great. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are good size. The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have washcloths.

Aesthetically, the hotel is very beautiful — everything is clean, stylish, neat, and feels new. The staff is friendly and polite. A nice room with everything you need. The only thing is that the breakfast could be a bit tastier and more varied — but it’s not a big deal. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended!
