PURO Hotel Warszawa Centrum

We had a truly excellent stay. The service was consistently nice, open, and efficient in resolving our needs. The restaurant offers great food and a cool breakfast, with excellent options for vegan guests. Rooms are spotlessly clean daily, and room service is fast. The sauna is a great amenity. Suggestion for Improvement: It would be highly appreciated if the sauna operating hours could be extended until 11:00 PM, especially in winter. Also, integrating alarm setting and window opening control into the in-room tablet would be a very useful upgrade.

Modern hotel close (10 minutes walk) to the Central Railway station but in a very quiet area. The main advantages of the hotel are new and modern equipped rooms (with tablets for control), delicious and rich breakfast, free coffee and water in the lobby, rooftop bar and SPA. The pillows are very soft so ask to change it immediately if you don’t like it. For breakfast you can have buffet and as well order from a La carte menu including avocado toast and delicious omelette. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the hotel and can definitely recommend it.

Terrible service and very rude staff. I had lunch here with a friend and my child. At some point, my friend took a photo of us — a completely normal photo with a child having tea. Suddenly, staff rushed over and started aggressively complaining that photos were not allowed. What exactly is wrong with a photo with a child at a table? People come to such places to relax and enjoy their time, not to be confronted by irritated and unhappy staff. The overall attitude was extremely unwelcoming: • staff did not greet us, • spoke in a rude manner, • did not say goodbye. When we were leaving, the reception staff did not even bother to look up or acknowledge us. This place clearly has serious issues with service culture. Staff should be trained to serve guests, not to roll their eyes, act annoyed, and make visitors feel uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel. Terrible service and disrespectful attitude towards guests.

Stayed here during our weekend in Warzawa. Excellent service! We stayed in a room on the 6th floor with a nice view. We enjoyed the interior, spa and the breakfast. It is a great location with bars and restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again when in Warzawa!

The staff here are very welcoming, efficient and very helpful. The hotel is stylish and warm, bedrooms are ample and beds and linen top quality. The breakfast is varied and also offers a la carte options which is nice compared to the often run for a buffet breakfast. Centrally located you couldn’t find a much better place to stay. I love Poland and its people and this is an example of how nicely they do hospitality. Thank you to all the team at the Puro. Oh, and there’s a very cool rooftop bar!

Everything about this hotel was outstanding really. The front desk staff are so so helpful and nice. The restaurant is like a five star- excellent food and staff is delightful. The room was very clean and new and they offered firm pillows on request, a plus. The breakfast layout has a ton of variety, very tasty. Two odd things: no tissues in the room, same at our hotel is Gdansk so it must be a thing in Poland. Also there was one employee at breakfast who continually rubbed his face and nose - a lot - and then waited on people. Saw that at least 8 times and steered clear. Otherwise, high marks in general and very close to the train station - a perfect location for train travel. ** photos- fried broccoli! And a salad that was like they went to the outdoor garden and picked it all fresh. Excellent food here.

We had a very pleasant experience at Puro Warszawa Centrum. Its location is excellent for exploring the city center. We greatly appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and modern amenities, as well as a calm style with warm lighting (we don't like too much artificial light)|The restaurant and breakfast were of very good quality. It's worth noting that they also offer free coffee and tea 24 hours a day, and of very good quality. The hotel staff were always very friendly.|We are definitely convinced that we will return in the future. Our exceptional experience at Puro Hotel added to the fantastic impression that the city of Warsaw made on us (it was our first visit)

Amazing hotel in the centrum of Warsaw. New rooms and great service at the front desk and the restaurant. They give you free cocktails in the roof bar. Excellent breakfast with variety of choices. Great location - near the main street, public transportation, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended! Would definitely come again
