PURO Kraków Kazimierz (Krakow, Poland) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"The new flagship for the Polish hotel brand, Puro Kraków Kazimierz is a bold statement — with interiors by Conran and Partners, it’s a serious piece of luxury boutique hospitality, and is full of references to its neighborhood, including a wealth of pieces by local street artists. There’s an attractive and well-equipped spa and wellness center, and the rooms and suites are a remarkable blend of luxe refinement and vibrant visual style. Mak, the bakery and café, and Halicka Eatery&Bar, the hotel’s versatile restaurant, both draw inspiration from the streets of Kazimiersz itself, the old Jewish quarter." - Tablet Hotels

This is a beautiful and very modern hotel! One of our favorite features was the fantastic coffee station in the lobby—such a great touch. The bar and restaurant are also excellent. My husband and I tried both breakfast and dinner there, and we absolutely loved it. There are so many comfortable spaces throughout the hotel to sit, relax, and enjoy a coffee—it’s a wonderful place to hang out. We also really liked the location; it was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our trip. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially with accommodating a late check-out due to our evening flight, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Hotel was super clean and comfortable. We got our room five hours before check in time, that was a great surprise! Bikes were free of charge, so we borrowed them! Breakfast was very good, many different options. The staff was very helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed!

Everything was top. Room was excellent and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and with good choices. |On the surroundings we have been able to find everything: restaurants, shopping centre, nature. The later is quite important as very good for walking and running.

This is my favorite PURO hotel within the whole chain! It is very spacious, modern, with plenty of space outside. Even the corridors are great! Beds very comfortable as always, restaurant serves fantastic food and bread of course! The staff is very professional and helpful, I asked for the gm access one hour earlier and there was no problem at all! Keep up the good work!

Excellent hotel. New and cozy rooms. Kind staff who help with any questions. Excellent location near the Jewish Quarter and close to the tram station. Delicious breakfast. It is also close to the train station and you can get free entrance tickets to the Museum of Modern Art, which is a 15-minute walk away.

Our experience was utterly enjoyable. From the reception of the hotel to the cleaning staff, everything was flawless. Breakfast is really recommendable, with a wide range of options, both savoury and sweet. The hotel has free bikes at your disposal, which in our case was a plus to see as much of the city as we possibly could.

As our flight landed at 9.00am local time, we decided to get the train to the hotel as they had told us there were 2 stations close by. The train only cost £8 for the 2 of us, and having got off at Zablocie station, you only had to walk back over the bridge to get to the hotel so were there in about 10 mins max. |Even through we were early they said they would just check the room was ready, so literally had time to grab a cinnamon roll from the cafe and a cup of the coffee from the free 24/7 coffee/tea bar and our room was ready which was fantastic as we were able to drop our stuff, have a quick wash and brush up and start our day.|The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the Jewish quarter, and about a 10-12 min into the old town, there was a tram but we just ended up walking.|Breakfast was really good, and having the tea/coffee bar available all day was fantastic, you could also refill your water bottles in the same area with still or sparkling water.|We used the bikes and would definitely have used them more if the weather had been better, the outside courtyard area looked lovely but unfortunately was always too wet to use due to the rain.|Our only issue was on the last morning when we were woken up by all the lights coming on at 6am, having switched them off, we then couldn't get them to come on again and had no power in the room, as it was still early it looked like there were some lights on and the lifts were working, but on getting to reception was told they just needed to re-set everything and it would be fine and had probably happened as were checking out that day, .s o whilst the tablet in the room etc is great when it works, its not so good when you have a problem as there is now way of contacting reception etc to check what's happening.

First of all, we had such a warm welcome at the reception! Second of all, we were very impressed by how pet friendly this hotel really is (water bowl, treats). Really nice touch! The hotel is very nice, tecky, cosy, we all slept very well 👌
