PURO Kraków Kazimierz

We had a great stay here. Rooms were stylish, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated little things like good lighting, well placed sockets, a place to hang your coat...which many hotels don't always get quite right. We also liked that the tech just worked - such as being able to screencast Netflix onto the TV when we were resting between sightseeing. Breakfast was very good and the selection of hot drinks in reception was a nice touch. Good location for the Jewish quarter and we had a lovely walk along the river to the castle one day. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Around a 15 minute walk from the main square. Will 100% opt for PURO hotels in the future.

Great 4 night break to Krakow. Fantastic hotel. Loved the clean modern vibe. Great food. Comfortable rooms. Loved the city - exceeded our expectations. Recommend Lesu wine bar for dinner near to the hotel too.

Very cool looking hotel. Lots of art deco touches mixed with modern industrial design. Beautifully decorated in both public and private areas. The best thing about this hotel isn't the ridiculously soft bed, the fantastic bar, or the endless free tea, coffee etc. The best thing about this place is the staff. Every single person is doing their best to make staying here as comfortable as possible. The reception staff is endlessly patient and friendly, as well as very good at assisting with slightly uncommon requests/needs. The barmen are all hilarious and fast, as well as good at their jobs. The room cleaners were SO THOROUGH! I hate that I didn't get cash to tip them in particular, and will be ashamed of that whenever I think about the immaculate condition we found our room in whenever we returned. Highly recommend this hotel for both groups and individual travel. We're seriously considering booking our next stay after coming home only a couple of days ago.

Very good atmosphere, the rooms very confortable and quiet (besides being close to train line, you dont hear one noise inside).|The breakfast was very good, with many options. I love the fact that we can pick up water, coffee or tea 24/7.|Will come back to the hotel.

Puro Krakow is an outstanding hotel — top-quality structure and beautifully designed spaces. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly (special thanks to Weronika from Reception, always smiling and ready to assist!). The restaurant offers a wonderful menu with truly excellent food — every dish was a highlight. My only “complaint”? That Puro Hotels aren’t yet in every major European city. You’re setting the bar high 😉

This review is for the public lounge area, which has an outstanding co-working space, complete with tables, lamps, sockets and a full bakery just feet away. The hotel kitchens serve brunch, lunch, supper and pastries and a good value two course lunch deal (photo of sea bream main course). A great spot to chill, work, business meetings or social meet.

The hotel was pristine and the rooms were very well looked after.|Absolutely loved those pillows ❤️. |Bit of a chore walking the 20 odd minutes up to the main square but I'm sure a more confident traveller would use the frequent trams.|Only negative thing i encountered was the poor staff service in the restaurant. |Overall, a very good,clean hotel with a complimentary coffee machine 👌

Good, calm location, but close to the river and everything in the Kazimierz district.|Great, friendly personnel, very nice rooms and amenities, great breakfast, coffee shop & bar.|We didn't try the restaurant, but I am sure that is really nice too.
