PURO Kraków Kazimierz

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The hotel itself is just so beautiful, every corner is stylish and inviting. The room was a real treat. We had the choice for a quieter room facing the garden instead of the busy road, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. The technology in the room is amazing, everything can be arranged via the in-room tablet, and the bed has sensors that gently light the way if you need to get up at night. The shower is absolutely fabulous! We genuinely looked forward to it every day, it was such a luxurious experience. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of options including yoghurts, chia pudding, sweets, English breakfast items, bread, and fresh fruit. A small note: it’s the same every day, so a bit of variety would be nice, but it was delicious nonetheless. Free water and coffee throughout the day was another lovely perk. Between the beautiful hotel, the thoughtful technology, the delicious shower and breakfast, and the wonderful staff, this place made our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and eager to return. NOTE: old town can be a bit of a walk! Keep this in mind if you don't like walking.

Our overall experience at the hotel was very good. This hotel is immaculate and staff service exemplary, particularly Vivienne who was most helpful and always smiling. Check out times are good with luggage holding areas following check out. The location is great with most attractions accessible by local public transport or 10-20 min walk, although the street out the front of the hotel can be a little daunting on a dark night. There are limited English TV channels which would be my only negative and breakfast was a little pricey.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Fairly modern and in great condition. The service was outstanding. Starting from check-in where the agent took great care to ask for my needs and explained all of the hotels amenities to me. Then the room was spacious, well equipped (body lotion in the bathroom would be a nice addition, especially in the winter), and in excellent condition. I requested different pillows (per the in room card) after the first night and they were promptly delivered. The housekeeper even recognized my preference for only a sheet and not the comforter, and provided me one each night without ever having to ask. The in room water (replenished daily) was an excellent perk I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was included in my rate and it was very good, with a full European style breakfast buffet which included menu items to order as well (avocado toast, poached egg, Belgium waffle, etc). This 4-star hotel delivers and I look forward to staying there the next time I am in town.

There are not enough stars for that hotel. Everything honestly was more than perfect. Our welcome,ours dog welcome with treats and bowls and the peoples them selfs just perfect. 100% clean and cozy. Everything is close to it and make your stay even more comfortable to experience the city. Really will come back again. Special thanks to Joanna at the reception that was THE SMILE of the hotel. Even if you didn’t want anything to ask. You wanted to say hello to her, smile and start your day. Always available and helpful for anything. Thank you. Really wonderful ❤️

A really lovely hotel close to convenient tram stop, bakeries & places to eat. The staff are all friendly and the rooms are clean, modern & spacious. The complimentary hot drinks (coffee, teas & hot chocolates) were a great touch. I also managed to book in for a facial at the spa which was amazing. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed in PURO Krakow Kazimierz more than 6 times now and not once I have found anything that wasn't to my satisfaction. The rooms are modern, always clean and very comfortable. Location is very convenient as Kazimierz offers countless great restaurants and bars in very short walking distance. Moreover the location is quiet despite hotel being located next to trainline. I have never been disturbed by any noise, even in rooms facing the tracks. But one thing that makes this hotel truly special and are the reason why I often come back to Puro are the staff. Everyone is professional ,friendly and accommodating. Not once I have came across anyone being rude or unpleasant. Not to mention great breakfasts with wide variety of food to chose from, even a-la-carte options. Highly recommend to anyone who want to truly enjoy their stay in Krakow.

This hotel is a real standout, thanks to its impeccable service and beautiful design. The interior is stunning—elegant, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly inviting, with a calm, refined atmosphere throughout. The staff are absolutely exceptional: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, always making you feel cared for. A special highlight is the fabulous bakery, which is an absolute delight—the quality, presentation, and flavours are outstanding and make each morning feel like a treat. Altogether, it’s a wonderful experience that I can’t recommend highly enough.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Communication was excellent at every stage - via email, booking messages, and in person - always quick and professional. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed, combining style with real comfort. The bed was exceptional: perfectly quiet and incredibly comfortable, which made for a truly restful stay. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and quality products. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Krakow.
