PURO Kraków Kazimierz

Our overall experience at the hotel was very good. This hotel is immaculate and staff service exemplary, particularly Vivienne who was most helpful and always smiling. Check out times are good with luggage holding areas following check out. The location is great with most attractions accessible by local public transport or 10-20 min walk, although the street out the front of the hotel can be a little daunting on a dark night. There are limited English TV channels which would be my only negative and breakfast was a little pricey.

We loved our stay at PURO Krakow Kazimier and didn’t want to leave! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so nice, clean and spacious and equipped with everything you’d need. Also, the facilities were brilliant. We especially enjoyed the spa, cinnamon buns from the cafe and the free coffee machine! Location was great - near to trams, supermarkets and the Jewish Quarter (lots of restaurants and bars)! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will hopefully be returning!

Well situated hotel within about a 20 minute walk of the old town, and a 10 minute walk away from a train station, which offers a direct link to the airport. It’s also close to a large shopping centre with a supermarket and places to eat. The hotel offers free hot drinks via a machine in reception which is a great perk. The rooms are well decorated and modern with a great shower. The gym is small but includes modern equipment and is open from 7am. Sadly the hotel is let down by the lack of sound proofing, getting woken at 4am until 6am by noisy hotel guests isn’t great. Nor is the sound of the train going past the hotel every 20-30 minutes. But if you’re a deep sleeper then definitely worth considering. For light sleepers like me, sadly best to find a different hotel.

The staff were amazing, and we were able to check in early too. They even provide a very large breakfast picnic if you are heading out early. Beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast selection was very good too. They also have an onsite bakery which looks lovely although we didn’t sample anything. We would like to return at some point.

Highly recommend the PURO Kraków Kazimierz hotel. The rooms are excellent. A wide and comfortable bed, an excellent shower and, most importantly, the shower is well designed so that it is easy to use by older guests. A little noise from the street but not too much. Rich and high-quality breakfast. Facilities are maintained to a high standard. The distance from the city center is about 20 minutes walk or 15 minutes by taxi which costs about 35 zlotys. Adjacent to the enjoyable Jewish Quarter.

Very cool looking hotel. Lots of art deco touches mixed with modern industrial design. Beautifully decorated in both public and private areas. The best thing about this hotel isn't the ridiculously soft bed, the fantastic bar, or the endless free tea, coffee etc. The best thing about this place is the staff. Every single person is doing their best to make staying here as comfortable as possible. The reception staff is endlessly patient and friendly, as well as very good at assisting with slightly uncommon requests/needs. The barmen are all hilarious and fast, as well as good at their jobs. The room cleaners were SO THOROUGH! I hate that I didn't get cash to tip them in particular, and will be ashamed of that whenever I think about the immaculate condition we found our room in whenever we returned. Highly recommend this hotel for both groups and individual travel. We're seriously considering booking our next stay after coming home only a couple of days ago.

First stay. Couldn’t recommend Puro enough. What a fantastic experience for me & my family who flew over from the UK. Fantastic breakfasts & very impressive restaurant menu. Tried almost everything on the menu & wasn’t disappointed once. Thank you for an excellent stay! Will now be using the chain as a matter of course.

Immaculate and spacious double room with lovely bathroom.|Very clean and modern throughout the hotel.|Helpful staff and friendly atmosphere.|Great selection of freshly prepared hot and cold foods for breakfast. We didn’t dine in the hotel in the evening so cannot comment on restaurant food.|25 minute walk from the main square. 5 minute walk to the nearest train station which takes 5 mins to get to the centre / 30 mins to and from airport - so very good location.|Would highly recommend.
