There were a lot of flavors to choose from. I settled on rocky road and salted caramel and they were both great. The place was really cool, the service was excellent. There wasn’t a lot else open on the street, so that probably cut down on the crowd, but we didn’t have to wait at all. The ruby glass chandelier was cool.

Horrible customer service experience especially in such a tourism based town. Came in and waited for a few minutes before a lady with green hair came out and was immediately glaring at us and tapping her foot while we decided our flavors. After maybe a minute she just left and went back to the back of the store and never came back so we ended up just leaving. Wouldn’t recommend the spot based on our experience, can’t comment on the gelato since we didn’t even make it that far.

Very adorable and enjoyable atmosphere. Lemon Cream was ok -which to me didn't have much lemon flavor the pineapple was good..overall a decent place to try once

PussyCat Gelato is an absolute gem. Five stars without question. The gelato is insanely good, super creamy, rich, and packed with flavor that makes you wonder why you ever bothered with anything else from a freezer aisle. The place itself is small, cozy, and just has this welcoming vibe that makes you want to chill for a minute and soak it in. The lady working there was awesome. She let us try all kinds of flavors without acting annoyed, even though I know I can be a bit of a pain when I am deciding. She was patient, cool, and made the whole thing feel laid back and fun. Service was great, flavors were wild in the best way, and the whole experience was just solid. Highly recommend if you want real gelato done right and served with a good attitude. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a pretty funny and creative play for a gelato shop. They always have new flavors and I was surprised at how tasty the gelato was. From a glance I thought it my just be gimmicky but the gelato didn’t disappoint.

Really neat that a small town like this offers Gelato! Nice hole-in-the-wall type of shop that got foot traffic even while there was snow on the ground. The Gelato itself was tasty but was a little on the pricey side (probably because of the more meticulous production process). It's a place I'd recommend and if I'm ever in Bisbee again I'll be sure to stop by again!

What else is there to say besides delicious gelato?! Well, the vibe is very cool and there are lots of gelato and sorbet flavor options, definitely something for everyone! Really, some of the best gelato I’ve ever had! :)

The shop is really cool and vintage, the gelato was on point.

We enjoyed the gianduja, creme brulee (amazing!), pineapple, and mango flavors. Decor was kitchy 1960's. It was nice this was open after our dinner at Cafe Roka. This is the original location. We're in Phoenix, so we'll have to visit the Scottsdale location sometime.

Cool atmosphere in a cool old building, I guess like all shops and restaurants in downtown Bisbee are. :) Good choice of flavors and great creamy treat on a hot day of walking the streets of Bisbee. Employees are nice although don't be surprised if there is a sign on the door they are closed, but will be back shortly. We had the almond crunch and blueberry. Both were delicious.

Open late dessert shop in Bisbee. The hours are really nice cause a lot of places close early. The gelato options are quite a few. I tasted the Mexican Hot Chocolate and really liked it but thought it might be too heavy to have a whole cone of. I went with the vanilla without trying it and ended up with a Vanilla gelato that was a bit icy and had tastes of other flavors in the vanilla which was quite off putting. If I had gone with the Mexican Hot chocolate I'm sure id have rated this higher.

Pussycat Gelato was such a great stop in bisbee! A bunch of different flavors and some great information on traditional gelato! AC was nice especially when my group walked around all day! Each flavor I tried was so good, and you can even get multiple flavors in a single cup!

The gelato here was very rich and delicious! It's a cute little eclectically decorated shop. They have a variety of flavors, and I would definitely recommend for taste. My only complaint is the cost. I got the smallest cup and it was over $7! Definitely very pricey

I first met the owners Frederic and Rhonda when this shop first opened over six years ago. They carry a lot of the flavors I enjoyed while in Germany; hazelnut, coffee and amaretto. No dyes or preservatives are used so you get the real deal. I'm glad they are still around. A 4th shop is coming in Tombstone later this year. I stopped in again Friday afternoon. The decor is all the same. It's cheery retro 1970s with black white tiles. I had my three scoops ($7.50) and sat at a corner table before a small rush came in. The employee kept busy with sweeping the floor after the people left Gelato is common in Europe but more of a luxury here. I savored my three flavors, enjoyed the cool air, before resuming my walk in Bisbee.

The person who was behind the counter was incredibly rude, and the gelato was only so-so, in my opinion. Place feels kind of stark and run down. Lots of potential but I wasn't impressed. Kind of ruined my afternoon with her crappy attitude, honestly.

Gelato is delicious. Tried the Belgium chocolate. Good and fast service. Ambience is nice.

Good Gelato- we both had Belgian chocolate. Wished it was a little bit more chocolatey. Would definitely go back next time we are in Bisbee!

Stumbled upon this family-owned business on our recent trip to Bisbee. There was a line out the door, and it was evident why. When we got up to the counter, the staff apologized for the wait, which we didn't mind. They even gave us an extra cookie for waiting. My whole family loved the flavors of ice creams. Can't figure out what you want? Free samples are offered. Such a great ice cream stop.

Hands down ... THE BEST gelato ever. Its melts faster .. so focus on eating it. It was so creamy and the flavors were spot on.

This one is located in a small town of Bisbee AZ. It's a cute shop with retro movie posters. Different flavors available, their gelato is creamy which is really good! It's a must try for everyone who visit Bisbee!

Had the raspberry, coconut and pineapple Gelato and I loved every flavor !! They were fresh and delicious, didn't have a fake sweetener taste to it at all. Service was great! The shop was decorated so cute . They are dog friendly and let me go in with my 3 fur babies , where I did try and sit afar from other people just in case.

My wife has this place on her list already before we started our trip from our home. And after morning coffee, this was the very next thing we did. Nice welcoming staff. Unique and extraordinary interiors. Coming to the gelato - I have to say probably this was much better than the one we had in Italy :) Super silky and smooth and taste so great that my wife immediately asked for another flavor. Highly recommended place. Give it a try when you are in Bisbee.

A frenchman decided to drop some wisdom about real italian gelato on arizonians. Translation: the coconut gelato is the best flavor.

Great vegan options! Delicious sorbets that are dairy free. I got the raspberry and chocolate sorbet - divine! The staff was friendly and there was not a long wait. They were quickly assisting customers on a busy and hot day. I would return and order again!

I know that I'm spoiled by eating gelato in Italy whenever I'm there, but Pussycat was a disappointment. They had none of the flavors I like, the gelato I tried was forgettable, and the price was outrageous, even by American standards. The only thing about Bisbee I was unhappy with. I'm sorry that my honest review made the business owner angry. I write my reviews for prospective customers. I've eaten gelato in Rome and in several mountaintop villages in southern Italy. I've never eaten fluffy, brightly colored gelato. To be fair, I probably should have noted that it was apparently off season and perhaps the gelato would have been better if it was freshly made.

it was great customer service and quality gelato. Cant find Gelato anywhere in Arizona but this place has got it.

This place is the bomb! Excellent flavor, high quality ingredients and wonderful staff. Even simple vanilla flavor had my taste buds tingling. Everyone inside was raving! Love this local chain that has other locations in old town Scottsdale and Sedona too.

Stopped here for a break from the day. A cute little Place with outstanding gelato. The espresso chip was delicious The bananas Foster was excellent. Great banana flavor. The Persian was outstanding - it had rose water, pistachio and something else I can't remember. But it was out of this world. The decor in this place was a great throwback. If you are in town , you really need to stop here.

So cute and adorable decor. I occasionally enjoy a sweet treat here when I cheat and have sugar and dairy. Most enjoyable occasional indulgence, healthier then commercial ice cream for sure.

Nice little gelato spot right in Bisbee to get a tasty treat. There's not too many treat spots to choose fr but this was one I really wanted to try out. Walking in I noticed the pussycat connection with James bond posters and awesome movie posters. Love to see that touch to add to the total theme. Pretty straight forward to order some gelato and they do offer drinks too. We wanted some gelato and got the small gelato which gives you two flavors. We got the lemon and the red velvet. I was looking forward to the red velvet that was good with the chunks of red velvet but I really feel like the lemon gelato really was the best. It was a nice sharp lemon flavor that really delivered on a nice hot day. I could go for a full cup of the lemon next time! Good place for a nice cold treat

The gelato was delicious and in this heat it hit the spot. I had the large with three flavors,peanut butter cookie, vanilla bean, and berry cheesecake. The was excellent very attentive great customer service. The seating area is relaxed.

Good handmade gelato, over 10 flavors. Staff was nice and the decor was eye catching with old movie posters and fun colors all around. There is a projector screen on the back wall, but because of its location, opposite of the windows and the sun glaring, we couldn't two what was playing. They take cash and card

A lovely respite on a warm afternoon in Bisbee! Great selections of Gelato, and lots of serving options. The one opportunity for improvement was due to only having one person serving. It was really busy, and the gentleman was hustling, but one person could only do so much. I understand getting help is a challenge in a small town. So be patient for some great gelato!

Very cute little place with retro decor. They have a screen and couches in the back playing Josie and the Pussycats. Most of all the gelato is DELICIOUS!! I had 1/2 lemon, 1/2 raspberry, 100% recommend!! Also very friendly staff!!

Came here for some ice cream after our lunch. We tried the hazelnut ice cream and it was amazing! It had such wonderful flavor and you can tell it was made fresh. The ice cream place is super cute with an 80s vibe to it. The guy that worked there was super nice and patient with our choosing of ice cream. This place can get busy but on a Sunday afternoon it was pretty low key. Check this place out!

This place is so good! I love gelato and it was hard for me not to stop every time I walked past because their gelato is super good! The place is cutely decorated and the staff was friendly and quick! Definitely go for a cone, they're so good! Will definitely visit again!

A real cute gelato stand for a quick sweet tooth fixation! Great adornment of flavors with a an eccentric movie poster theme including ..... You guessed it Pussycats!

Best dessert place in Bisbee! I would 100% recommend. The owner is a super nice guy, both times we have went we had great conversations with him. The interior is super clean and modern, and they play old Josie and the pussycats cartoons on their screen. I love that they are super centrally located too, and you can walk to anywhere in the town from their shop. If you are in Bisbee they are a place you must check out.

So I can only speak on the sorbet because that was the only vegan options they had. But man oh man was it delicious. I had the mango one and it was so good, best thing I have tried in a long time. If you are in the area or even if your not, its worth the drive. I wasn't able to take a picture of it because I was so into eating it that I completely forgot. Will be back when i come back to Bisbee.

Service without a smile, but great vegan options, all sorbet but one of them is CHOCOLATE!!! So that's exciting. Only one dude working this shop, and it was moderately busy, prolly why he wasn't smiling.... also, don't ask for samples.... if it's busy, and the guy working is alone.... don't slow his flow...

Pussycat Gelato Bisbee is a small gelato shop in the heart of Bisbee, on Main St. The shop is decorated with "pussycats"...bombshells of old Hollywood, as well as our old friend Josie (of the Pussycats, of course). This gelato is handmade, small batch, creamy goodness. J and I shared a pistachio cone, and it was the gosh-darned best thing ever. First of all, it was NOT bright green. That's how you know it's not fake. I would come here again. The prices weren't bad. The gelato was amazing. The decor was cute. Did I mention that the gelato was amazing? The only negative, some may disagree, is me singing the Josie and the Pussycats theme song ad nauseam until replaced by something else.

I'm Italian and we came here for my husband's birthday. As soon as I saw the slightly brown coloured pistachio gelato I thought "this shouldn't be too bad" (brightly coloured gelato is never a good sign) and let me tell you... this place did not disappoint!! Reminded me of my late night gelato runs with my cousins in Italy. Probably the best gelato I've tried out of Europe. Good job pussycat gelato!

Underwhelming gelato . I had the butter pecan and the Spumoni . I didn't care for either one in fact I threw it away . If I was going to have a store that sold only one thing I would make sure it was the best quality . This gelato was worse than mediocre. You say I don't know the difference between fake and real gelato and that fake gelato has food coloring and preservatives . How do those things affect taste and consistency? They don't . Also I have been to Italy many times and had gelato there. Yours tasted nothing like it . In fact yours tasted like it had sawdust in it . I don't light throw food away that I have paid for . The manager waited on me if that's you I would think you would appreciate honest feedback.

Seriously amazing gelato. I've never had a peanut butter flavored ice cream, but their PB gelato was sooooo good with big chunks of dark chocolate. Try as many samples as you want before making the hard decision. Thankfully you get two or three flavors depending on the size. Prices are reasonable as well. Just go already!

Very interesting decor! Lovely and generous server. Delicious smooth and creamy chocolate gelato with strong flavor. The vanilla was a bit bland though.

My son got the Mexican chocolate gelato here and it was very difficult for my husband and I to not "help" him finish his ice cream. We wished we'd gotten some for ourselves!!

We came to Bisbee for what turned out to be some nasty pizza and we decided to walk the town. We happened upon this place and I am so glad that we did. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and even offered us samples. We ordered our gelato and OMG it was so good. We will definitely be back. The decor is awesome too!!!
