In my opinion, by far the most spectacular and inspiring place on the Inca Trail. I'm so happy we had our last camp over there. Great memories. (April 2013)

Visit here on third day during Inca trail hiking. Steep stairs but not to challenging compare to some previous Inca ruins. With good weather the view should be amazing but unfortunately I was in fog when visiting here. Still the building style is cool and this is an important place to get fresh water.

All the Inca ruins are spectacular. I would recommend to anyone that enjoys nature heritage or just plain beautiful views. We did the Inca trail 4 day trek and this was one of the most exquisite sites we came upon. I would highly recommend making the time to stop in there. What a beautiful country and lovely people all around.

What a wonderful place to visit. So much history and how did they do it. 🤔🤔🤔
