Pynes House

Pynes House is such a stunning wedding venue. I love it when I secure a booking here with a bride as the rooms are so big, light, and elegant! It’s the perfect place to do bridal makeup. I can’t wait to work here again more this year.

We've had the pleasure of filming and photographing at this lovely wedding venue a few times over the years. The staff have always been welcoming and helpful. The venue itself is magical! Recently stayed here for the weekend for my son’s wedding and what an incredible place Pynes House is!! Amazing bedrooms beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. Friendly staff who stopped at nothing to go the extra mile to make sure the guests had everything they needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The house and grounds are just stunning and beautifully maintained. The drive down to the house along the gravel road between the trees is certainly impressive and instantly made us feel excited for the weekend. The rain poured all weekend, but it didn’t matter one bit as there was plenty of room for all of us in the house and it felt very cosy watching the rain outside the window. It was also absolutely freezing weather, but despite this the house was heated very well and we were warm and cosy all weekend. We were particularly impressed with Phoebe the wedding coordinator who worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly. Also the caterers, Pickle Shack, were fantastic and provided fantastic food with seamless service. The bar staff were brilliant too, there was rarely a queue for the bar and the drinks were made to a very high standard. All in all a 5 star experience which my family and I will remember forever. Elegant and sophisticated, the Pynes house was the setting for my cousins wedding last weekend. The venue is gorgeous, with beautiful grounds overlooking tumbling hills. Everything was perfectly manicured. The staff were all very helpful and friendly (they might have been outside caterers - Pickle Shack - but if they aren’t recommended by the venue then they should be). Awesome time!

Pynes House....A venue that feels totally perfect. It is grand and exquisite and all at the same time so personal and beautiful in size. It's a house that becomes your own for the weekend and one that so perfectly fits everyone in it that you want to celebrate with in a lovely amount of space. It is beautiful in style, atmosphere and feel and it is a venue we feel so blessed to return to and to shoot at. The team are gorgeous and Pickle Shack, the resident caterers produce the BEST food. Pynes House is a place you go to and don't forget. It holds a piece of our hearts and we adore it.

I first saw Pynes House 3 years prior to getting married there, and I knew straight away that it was just the dream venue!! The most stunning wedding venue in such a gorgeous part of the country. Thank you SO much much Pynes for making all our wedding dreams come true. Everything was simply beautiful, from the venue and gardens, to the amazing team working there, the dreamy bedrooms to stay in - it truly felt like a fairytale to stay there for our wedding period. The colours and decor are beautiful classic and stylish, with such a lightness and beauty everywhere you look. It was an extra special touch to to able to stay for 2 nights/3 days as it made it feel like home for us. We loved the team there, both the Pynes ladies (Shout out to Jo who was INCREDIBLE and to Kate who was the loveliest host) and the pickle shack team (The wonderful Anna!)...what gorgeous people to have making our wedding day happen! Pynes House is simply breathtaking - thank you thank you, thank you!!!!

Pynes was the most wonderful wedding venue. There wasn't even a conversation for us about any alternatives - it had to be Pynes! Every single part of the house is exquisite: from the grounds, the spectacular driveway and the house itself. It was the most incredible place for us to celebrate the most magical day of our lives.

Pynes house was our first venue that we saw for our wedding. We knew it was perfect from the moment we set eyes on it. We cannot thank Pynes house enough for hosting what was the best day of our lives. Stunning in every aspect, this wedding venue totally blew away all of our guests. No need to over do decorations - the house itself was the centre of it all. We had the most beautiful drinks reception in the rose garden, accompanied by a saxophonist. The amount of comments we had on our choice of venue was unbelievable! Kate, Heather and their team at Pynes house have been nothing short of exceptional, answering any queries we had even through what is probably the busiest time for them as COVID 19 comes to a potential end (hopefully!).We will always be grateful for the memories created at Pynes house.
