Hot shower not working, TV not working, WiFi unstable ; you do expect a little more from 20 USD boutique hotel. Unfortunately, this town is bereft of value for money accommodation. Food options are limited too. If you don't have to stop in Sisophon skip this town altogether. Battambang and Siem Riep are way better.

The good things about this hotel are that the rooms are pleasant and it is in a good location. The young man at reception made every attempt to be helpful, as did the woman who worked hard to connect us to the Internet. That said, the stony faced manager - who watched but did not identify himself as I expressed my concerns about the air conditioner blasting cold air onto the bed - could hardly be described as customer focused. Given that the room had already been paid for we were given no option other than paying for an upgrade. Nor could the untrained staff who stood on watch over a breakfast of coagulated fried rice and noodles, a rigid block of steamed rice, and cold coffee. There was little interest in lighting the burners under the food to keep it warm - not that this would have helped. Pouring our coffee back into the communal coffee jug after we had tasted it and requested hot coffee did not inspire confidence in hygiene standards. The wifi did not work, and the stained carpet in the room was also disappointing. The overall impression was that the hotel's principal client base was local business people, and tourists could be taken or left. The general feeling of the place was not at all welcoming. I would not return there.

The room is nice and clean as you would expect from a hotel, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast that include Pho which we found very tasty. Highly recommended!

First let me say that this hotel was clean clean clean! And had a powerful A/C, which was great. I didn't have hot water in shower, but I still really enjoyed it (noticed that water in sink was hot later in day). After a week in remote Cambodia, this was a great treat!

Nice rooms. Sky bar on roof top. Restaurant and cafe on ground floor. Local shops with a walking distance

The layout color style I would rather expect in Minsk, Belarus but positv I need to point out the room was clean and quiet although the toilet was a bit smelling.Contrary to the avarage Hotel of this price range in this country the AC worked well. Unfortunately what started at 8.30 a.m. with a gentle hammering turned into a noisy inferno of construction site with drilling, hammering and tile cutting machine sounds. We just packed our stuff and ran.

This is a simple hotel, with good and clean rooms, mainly catering to a local clientele, because Serei Saophoan is off the beaten track for tourists. The restaurant looks nice (my government hosts took me elsewhere for dinner), and the lobby has a huge array of artisanal pieces for sale. The basic room was USD20/night with breakfast.

We Came To the hotel to stay for a night so we can take a rest, the hotel was nice and the Room was modern. But in the morning at 8 am the there was a lot of some hammering starting but Is not that loud. And later very loud machine nouices and it goes on for 30 minutes then we have to wake up to go to siem reap. : Let The Workers Start Working at 1 or 3 pm so the guest / customer can sleep.
