I have to work from home and I've recently moved out of a flat that I was renting as the landlord sold it. My wife usually lives overseas but wanted to come and spend a month in the UK. I needed somewhere that I could work from but would be like a home for my wife to get out and about from. So glad I found this place as it was perfect. My wife and I have spent lots of times working around the world and have often had to live in hotels for long periods. This is the best place I have ever had a long stay in. So comfortable and has everything we needed to not have to eat out all the time. Great to be able to wash clothes in the room also rather than going to dry cleaners. My wife and I had such a great time for the 2 stays we had here both for 10 days. What made it even better was the staff. They were all so friendly and good at what they do. They helped my out with lots of things and I also saw them go above and beyond for so many other guests. Fernando was so helpful both before our stay (when I had to call) and during our time there. Everything about this hotel makes me want to go back again.

I'm still here at the moment. Just staying for a couple of nights.||I read the last review (1*) and was a tad surprised. I've stayed somewhere else locally (in Hove) not so long ago and this place is like the Savoy hotel in comparison! Horses for courses I guess...||First off, Fernando (and also the young lady who works the twilight shift) - what lovely people.||I'm staying in a studio with double bed. Standard of cleanliness is absolutely fine as far as I'm concerned. But to be fair I'm not finickety in this respect. I've noticed the odd spot of fluff on the floor but I personally can live with that.||There is an en-suite with good shower (temperature control and power). A kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, small oven and also washing machine.||Also an ice-machine down in reception for guest use.||A balcony but my view isn't great as I'm on the 1st floor. Maybe better on the higher floors?||No air con but there is a ceiling fan in my room. I requested a sheet for sleeping instead of the quick thick duvet provided.||The accommodation is very centrally located and within walking distance of the many delights Brighton has to offer. Came by train to Brighton myself. Around 10 minutes walk from the station to here.||Hope this helps.

Great place to stay when in Brighton. It’s located in the heart of Brighton and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Local supermarkets and shops are close by (literally right outside). The service was good and we have no concerns. The rooms are really nice and clean. Definitely a good place to stay if you like the apartment life and want to cook and do washing etc. The only issue we had wasn’t with the hotel but the roads to the hotel. Absolute nightmare and took about an hour trying to navigate to the hotel as you can’t turn left on all roads. - we ended up driving down a bus lane to get to the hotel to unload and load the car 😔 Other than that, no problems at all

Great place to stay. Staff very welcoming and the room was excellent. We booked a sea room view with balcony and it had everything we needed. Very clean and with a great shower. Excellent location a short walk from the train station and to the sea front. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left my beige toiletry bag in the room after I checked out, and when I contacted them, they responded quickly and did everything they could to help me find it. Thanks to their excellent service, I got my belongings back safely. I’m truly grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel — not only for the stay, but also for the amazing service after!

Love, love, love this place. It came highly recommended and it hasn’t disappointed. Location is great, rooms spotlessly clean and modern with everything you need. Staff are brilliant - a big shout out to Aurinas, who made our stay perfect and is a hoot!

The room pictures that we saw on Booking.com showed a view of greenery from the windows, so we were expecting a pleasant view of some trees. Instead we got a room on the first floor that was facing a wall. Our view was basically a wall, that was one meter or so from our windows. So very little light and very little air. I asked if it was possible to move to a room like the one in the pictures on Booking, and the nice gentleman at reception told me he would put in a request for us to be moved to a room with no wall view the next day. The next day came and we received no news. When I went down to reception to ask when we would be moved, they told me that wasn’t possible anymore. So they created the expectation that we were going to move, then denied it the next day and didn’t even bother to call or tell us, I had to go down and get disappointed. Not good customer service. And posting a picture of a room with a view and then giving people a room with a wall view is false advertising. Our stay would have been great, if not for this. I recommend if you book you check with them if you’re getting a wall view - it just may happen to you as well. On the positive side, the location is great, close to the beach and boardwalk and close to all the cool bars and restaurants Brighton has to offer. Also an easy walk to the Royal Pavillion or train station (10 minutes). The room was clean and comfortable with everything you needed and there was even a small gym. Shame about the wall view. There should be clear information that is what you are getting when booking.

This is my third time staying at this apartment,and every visit has been wonderful! I always come here with my husband to celebrate our special occasions, and we truly enjoy it every time. The staff is always friendly, and this time they even decorated our room beautifully - it made me feel so happy and appreciated. Everything was perfect, and the atmosphere is always peaceful and welcoming.
