I wish I could give them negative stars. The dfw Qantas cargo dock employees are trash. They have no problem making driver wait 2-4 hours and are lazy and slow.

Dreadful customer service at the airport. I had booked through qantas but when I missed my domestic connection due to customs the Qantas service desk at Dallas airport very unhelpfully bounced me to another airline’s desk whose staff were as confused as I was. The issue was only resolved when the American Airlines counter assisted me in calling Qantas Sydney.

Very convenient to drop off my family !

First time flying Qantas airline. Flying from Dallas-Fort Worth to Sydney Australia. Tickets ordered through AmericanAirlines. Found out that we need visas to travel to Australia when we walked up to the gate. Luckily you can do that in 15 to 30 minutes via your phone. The staff at the checkout was wonderful and helped us navigate the app and take our pictures. The flight was great and business class was very comfortable with lying flat seat to get some sleep in for the 16hr flight. Staff was wonderful and the food was great as well. Unfortunately American Air did not get my luggage to Quanta's in time but they did get my wife's bag. Oh well.

This is pertaining strictly to the check in portion at the airport. The people at this place are so so wonderful. We were foolish passengers who didn't know we had to apply for VISAs to the countries we were visiting. The people gave us directions on downloading the app to get visa grants and were so patient with us. After we were checked in, they made sure we had wheelchair accommodations for our older family.

Experience has been horrible. This trip was a surprise for my birthday. My husband booked this in February and we are traveling in October. The flight has been changed 14 times since the original booking. Not once or twice but 14 times. After sitting at two different airports for two days due to another last minute change. My husband and I will be on a 15 hour flight sitting completely separate from each other. No one cares about all the changes and that this has forced us to pay for hotel stays when we are not even there yet due to no refund policy and arriving two days after we originally were supposed to arrive. No consideration. The least thing they could have done was at least put us sitting next to each other. Do not recommend them at all. Way to ruin an entire birthday trip. Whoops forgot no one cares...

absolutely the worst customer service. Qantas only has one flight out of Dallas each day to Sydney Australia. I flew from Grand Rapids to Dallas and missed that flight. I cannot get my new boarding tickets printed for the next flight because there is no one from Qantas to print them. Therefore, I have been stuck waiting at the counter for 12 hours now. How can an airline not have anyone at a counter? I will never book Qantas Airlines again.
