Finally touching down for a Parisian layover, I had one mission: visit the spot I’ve been trailing across Instagram and YouTube for months. When a Michelin-starred visionary like Chef Alan crafts a concept, you don't just walk you run.
To be honest, I arrived with a bit of a "Parisian problem." I was already blissfully weighed down by an afternoon of elite pastries, crusty baguettes, and more croissants than I’d care to admit. But even with a nearly full tank, I couldn't miss out.
The Verdict: Pure Magic
I opted for the Chicken Shawarma, and "legendary" truly feels like an understatement. Here’s why it’s worth the hype:
The Texture: The chicken achieved that impossible culinary heights—perfectly crisp on the edges while remaining impossibly juicy and tender within.
The Toum: Absolutely unapologetic. It was thick, creamy, and loaded with that bold garlic punch that lingers in the best way possible. I only wish I’d arrived with a hungrier stomach to explore more of the menu. Until next time, I'll be dreaming of that garlic sauce. Chef Alan, if you’re reading this, Paris is lovely, but Los Angeles is calling your name. We have a spot waiting for you!
