Qatar Airways/Singapore Airlines Administrative Office

Qatar Airways gate staff lie about what they are asking you to sign. They asked for me to sign for luggage and said it had nothing to do with damages. However, reading the fine print on the document it was waiving any right to claim damages. I would not sign it after understanding what they asked.

No empathy, no compassion at the ticketing counter. Its all about making money. Follow the exact rules and read the fine print otherwise they will get you to pay exuberant sums of money, specially when you are stuck and have no choice. It’s like they relish in your pain and are not even willing to listen. Thought they would have some humanity but I guess Qatar Airlines staff is taught top down not to. They find stuff which almost no airlines has an issue with like the weight of the carry on baggage for a 70 year old who has medication in the bag, which obviously we can’t just throw away. I have been traveling and never had this kind of horrible experience by their inhumane staff. I hope you enjoy our rent money. Remember you do pay for your sins, not today but someday.
