I had a fantastic experience. The property is neat, clean and brand new with all the latest amenities. Our room even included a private sauna which added a luxurious touch. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

The best exo hotel ever had. Amenities so good. The view like a heaven. Staff so kind. Location near to madeu cable car and ski activity. We used yandex Go taxi from air port to the hotel. Affordable price. Thankyou and see you soon !

I really regret staying at this hotel. - i chose the best room, paid 5 star hotel price. - they put me just beside a construction place, so it was noisy the whole day. Including weekends. - i asked the manager 3 times for them to stop the noise… they just changed the type of noise, but never stopped. - they have no common area for you to have breakfast, they just give you a bag with some cold eggs and sausages. - so we were stuck with noise in our room and had nowhere to go. Then we decided to check out early because it was unbearable. The manager didn’t seem to care. - when I checked in I needed help to negotiate with the cab driver (cause I don’t speak Russian). he was charging me more than 100 usd, I felt I was being ripped off. The hotel staff didn’t help me at all. Later I found out the fair price was 10x cheaper than that. - it’s far away from downtown, the only attraction around it was the skate rink, which was closed. You pay 5 star price and gets 1 star service. They REALLY don’t care about the customers here. Greedy people that only want to build more apartments. Don’t make the same mistake as we did.

We were 4 guests with twin room, had a pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful. The views of mountains from the balcony and the location is perfect. Close to medeu cable station.

Everything in this cottage is amazing—the view and the clean rooms in particular. However, I did not like the breakfast. It is very limited, and it was served cold.

Qazaz Auyl has the best location if you are keen to do the Medeu hike and also cable car to Symbulak. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Although there is on going construction going on, the receptionist was flexible and offered another room with less noise from construction; the resort did emailed a day before my arrival and also wrote thoughtful apologies notes regarding the construction; which i am grateful for it. But it would be great if they informed me prior booking. Communication is easy with receptionists via WhatsApp rather than using phone in the room. The room and amenities are comfortable and high quality- sauna in the room is really helpful after a hike as well. Thank you. We will come back again.
