Qbic Hotel WTC Amsterdam

I stayed for 3 nights last week, although there wasn’t anything too bad about the hotel or my room, I don’t think I’ll come back. A room without a window was not that nice, and the bathroom had a constant bad smell that I couldn’t get rid of. I had booked a room with breakfast but was told I hadn’t when I checked in. There isn’t much of a bar area to sit in during the evening and no restaurant for food so you need to go out for dinner. To be fair there are a few places near by so that wasn’t a big problem. I’ve stayed in other hotels which were cheaper and nicer, so next time I’d go for one of them.

Good location, but some areas need improvement. The room was very basic, with only the essentials, so I found the price a bit high. The air conditioning kept the room cold all the time, even after we reported it to reception. The staff were friendly, but not very helpful. Also, hardly any natural light came through the window, as there was another building very close next to it. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

The room was overall comfortable, with well-organized spaces and a modern, functional bathroom. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. However, there are two aspects that could be improved: the mattress, which was not particularly comfortable, and the limited natural light due to the window’s poor exposure. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The Qbic Hotel Amsterdam WTC is ideally located, roughly halfway between Sloterdijk and Centraal train stations, and just a short walk from Zuid metro station. I had a wonderful stay at Qbic Hotel Amsterdam. Reception staff were warm, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. My room was lovely. It's modern, clean, and very comfortable. A great place to stay if you're looking for convenience, style, and friendly service. Would definitely come back!

Great location right next to Amsterdam Zuid station. Room a little strange at first but once you got the feel of what the hotel is, it was rather nice. Superb bed. We were exhausted and just crashed for over 12 hours. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would go again.

My stay at the Q-Big Hotel Amsterdam WTC was overall alright. The location is definitely a highlight—convenient and well-connected, which made getting around easy.||||Breakfast was satisfying with a good basic selection that left me feeling full each morning. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. In fact, upon arrival, one of the receptionists even came up to help sort out the bathroom, which I appreciated.||||However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. While some things were sorted upon check-in, I continued to notice overlooked areas throughout my five-night stay that really shouldn't have been missed. Unfortunately, housekeeping was inconsistent and not very welcoming—simple greetings often went ignored, which added to an overall lack of warmth in the atmosphere.||||I might consider staying again if housekeeping improves significantly, but as it stands, it didn’t feel like a very welcoming clean environment for this money.

Location is great, just some steps from the metro station that connects to all main parts of the city. The concept of the hotel is nice and the area is modern and safe. Rooms are simple, yet you have everything you need, with more than enough space. Also comfortable beds.
