It captures your attention by promoting a spa with a mountain view and it delivers in this regard. However, that’s where it stops. It doesn’t offer enough variety of saunas and certain other spa spaces are just a gimmick (area where u just lay in the water looking at moving images on the ceiling for example). 70+ eur (on a festive day) for just a five hour entry it’s simply not enough to justify the price tag.

QC Terme Pré-Saint-Didier is an absolutely breathtaking thermal spa, a true gem nestled in the heart of the Aosta Valley. Everything is cared for with extraordinary attention to detail, creating an atmosphere of elegance, harmony, and pure relaxation from the very first moment. The variety of saunas is impressive, each one beautifully designed and offering a unique sensory experience. The massages are exceptional, performed by highly skilled professionals and perfectly tailored to provide deep relaxation and well-being. The highlight, however, is the stunning thermal bath area: a truly sensational experience. The outdoor pools with hydromassage, surrounded by the majestic mountain landscape, are simply magical. Relaxing in warm thermal waters while admiring the Alps is an unforgettable feeling, especially in winter. An outstanding spa where beauty, comfort, and quality blend perfectly. A must-visit destination for anyone seeking an exclusive and deeply rejuvenating experience. Simply beautiful.

The location is undeniably beautiful, but the spa experience was completely ruined by the overcrowding of both the spaces and the pools. I understand that it was high season, but this does not justify such a high entrance fee to end up packed into the pools like animals. As a consequence, the bathrobe service is chaotic and undermines any ambition of delivering a real experience. The aperitif is of very low quality, despite — I repeat — the €76 entrance fee. The drinks are poor and the food even worse, which is particularly disappointing given that we are in the Aosta Valley. A classic tourist trap.

Terrible experience. The facilities are great, but I was there at 5pm on a weekday, and it was packed with hundreds of people literally sitting on each other’s heads in all pools, inside and outside. The rules at all silent areas are not respected - everywhere there were people chatting loudly. Very unfriendly staff at the reception and at the buffet area, not even trying to handle any complain, starting to argue back at you immediately. Waste of money.

Amazing experience! From the very beginning staff were nice and helpful, the service was great throughout. The location is absolutely perfect - you swim in the hot water underneath the snowy Mont Blanc. The views and scenery is gorgeous. The place’s facilities are great, the have plenty of hot baths (covered and outside) so it is never too crowded, and they have saunas, relaxing area, massages and lunch. The food at lunch was excellent as well. You receive everything you need - a towel, slippers and a robe, and even a change of robe if you have lunch. The shower area is very well equipped and well designed. Absolutely recommended!

Paid for a 25 min message. I got only 19 min. I entered at 12:03 started at 12 :06 andthe guy stopped at 12 :25 sharp. When you are in a place like this you expect precision and good service which we did not get.

I had the worst experience in this place As a first timer I would expect some explanation about the place and the facilities but none were given, it was super super crowded and felt like a busy factory rather than a relaxing wellness facility. Service was awful and unpleasant and at the level where it was almost impossible to get a glass of water. A waste of money and left me with a really bad taste. I would definitely not come back

The worst service I've ever received from a spa. The staff hardly speak any english, Jada and Mattia from reception were super rude. When I asked at 9pm if I can have water or order anything to drink, they said 'all is closed', I said I am owed a drink for which I have paid in advance, she just pointed me to a picture of a drink and 8.30pm, said it's clear that happy hour ended and you can't drink anymore. I asked 'do you expect me to stay thirsty without water till 11pm, she just said yes, careless and disrespectful. I will never come there again. I expect the owner Andrea to reach out, explain, apologise and compensate.

Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how wonderfully relaxing this place is. After 43 days on the TMB this is a must do.

I would give this place 5 stars, only it falls just short of the magnificence of the Claudius Therme in Cologne. However, that's no bad thing and it's also a superb facility and well worth a visit if you're in the area. Over the winter season there is sometimes a free shuttle bus from Chamonix. This is a huge saving if you're planning that route as the Mont Blanc Tunnel alone is 40 Euro return. There's a lot to see/do at the spa and a day will pass very quickly. Take a book and chill in one of the lighter rooms or flop on one of the water beds. Swim outdoors with snow on the ground, enjoy a sauna or have a steam bath. The buffet food (included in the entry) is delicious as well as healthy.

Nice place to enjoy sauna inside and outside. A little expensive, but is worth it. Water temperature in the outside jacuzzi is not too hot, so you can enjoy it for a long time without getting tired or to hot. The only downside is that you will have to find your way around: nobody is going to tell you anything. If you want massages, is better to book in advanced.
