8 local spots worth visiting in Milan - SilverKris

"Built inside a former tram depot beside Milan’s old Spanish walls, this visually striking spa centers much of its experience underground amid stone caverns that house thermal pools, steam rooms and saunas. Standout features include a glass-walled bath set around ancient ruins, an eye-catching tramcar sauna and a multi-sensory “cinema” pool where projections, indoor rainfall and storm sounds create immersive aqua therapy. As evening falls, guests can partake in an aperiterme ritual — enjoying a spritz in their bathrobe." - Low Shi PingandCraig Sauers

We visited QC Termemilano on July 28, 2025, and chose the five-hour pass. It was great value and gave us more than enough time to enjoy the spa without feeling rushed. We didn’t include the lunch option and instead ate elsewhere afterward. At check-in, we received one towel, one bathrobe, and a pair of slippers. Be sure to hold on to your towel if you plan to shower after, as extras come at an added cost. We were told to use the towel in the saunas and steam rooms, but no one seemed to follow this, and it wasn’t enforced. Unfortunately, my husband’s dry bathrobe was taken by mistake, and when we asked for a replacement, the staff were unhelpful and scolded us, which felt unnecessarily unprofessional. The spa itself is beautiful. Arriving early helped us avoid the crowds, and we were able to enjoy most of the areas in peace. Facilities include thermal pools, steam rooms, saunas, sensory showers, Kneipp paths, and relaxing outdoor baths. A standout feature is the “Underwater Museum” — a serene whirlpool pool surrounded by glass walls that reveal ancient Spanish city walls from the 1500s, discovered during renovations. It’s a unique and peaceful touch that adds a historical layer to the spa experience. Some guests were loud and disruptive, while security did eventually step in, it took a while. Having staff present in the busier rooms would really help preserve the relaxing atmosphere. Also, providing at least two towels per guest would be much more reasonable. Despite a few issues, the experience was still beautiful and memorable. I’d recommend QC Termemilano—especially if you go early, come prepared, and manage your expectations regarding crowd behavior and amenities.

Google
Quite a large spa with outdoor garden + pool, and underground wellness area which was fun to explore. There’s many different types of saunas, hot and cold pools in the facility. There’s also interesting takes on immersive rain showers but for privacy sake of others I can’t post it here. 4 stars because it gets noisy inside, kind of hard to truly relax.

Google
Wow what a place! I don’t know where to begin… service was great, so many facilities over different floors. Outside area was the best for me. Great value!! We also had drinks and snacks which made it so worth it. Having security all over was also good and got a big mark from me.

Google
Fantastic experience. The idea of spa’s is something I would normally be uninterested in, however this spa was very different. There was so much to do and see, both outside and inside. The experience was unique and something I recommend to all. It is designed so beautiful, there is something to all enjoy. They provide a robe, towel, and flip flops so you don’t need to bring your own. Also in the changing rooms shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face cleanser, face cream, and body cream. There is drinks stations available throughout to stay hydrated. Whilst it was slightly busy, we went on a wednesday night there is so much to do there are quiet places to enjoy. However, there is limited showers in the changing rooms and the showers in there temperatures isn’t adjustable and the temperature was scalding. Apart from that it was an amazing experience, I recommend to anyone visiting or local to the area.

Google
This place is simply wonderful. I did not even know until we went therewith my fiancé. To begin with, the whole building represents the highest quality of spa experience you can imagine. Entry is easy and quick, staff are very welcoming and helpful. Changong rooms are modern, with nice lockers witch you can use with your own code combination and the shower are and toilets are the cleanest I have ever seen. They provide you flip-flops, bath robes and towels which feel the highest quality as well. The pools and saunas each are unique, each has their own style and story to tell. The atmosphere is embracing and you don’t even realize you have been there for 7 ours in a row. The food and drinks there are also great quality, you have free water, tee and ice cream. We also had the chance to try the so called “apperitive” which we thought is a glass of drink, but it is so much more! They have multiple kind of baked goods, salami, fruits, ham and so much more. Lemonades are home-made and you can taste the fruits in it. Overall we had a lifetime experience there in QC Milano and we will definitely visit again in multiple QC termals!

Google
The design of the environment and outdoor area is nice. The robe was clean, but some parts were worn or broken. You’re only given one robe and one bath towel, so if you want to lie down in the garden after getting wet, you’ll have to stay damp. There were crowds of people, so I wouldn’t consider this a good place to relax. If you’ve never been to a spa like this, it might be worth trying once. But if you’ve stayed at four- or five-star hotels, trust me—don’t waste your time or money. This place is more about taking good photos than offering real quality.

Google
So happy we went here. Going in the evening was a perfect way to end the day. There were so many rooms and immersive experiences. Most are not too hot or cold so it is accessible to everyone. Being outdoors in the pools was the final spot. Our booking included food and drinks. The only thing I would change is the lockers don’t lock easily.

Google
Great spa!! We had our booking moved due to something happening at the spa on the day we booked, Sarah at reception was really helpful and managed to amend my booking without any stress at all!! Spa has so many rooms - don’t forget to go to the underground floor, also outside pools are divine! We opted for the brunch Buffett which was filling, however there wasn’t many veg options for the warm food. Just a soup and a beef lasagna and a tomato pancake thing. Drinks were good though!! And they also offered complimentary afternoon tea. 50 minute massage was amazing, and they had places to drink water and tea around the spa. They also offered free icecream during the day. Would recommend!!

Yelp
This is a very nice spa in the heart of Milan with ancient Roman walls surrounding the space. Very well run and a general calming atmosphere. There are many different pools and rooms of different baths, temperatures and purposes. We explore most and found the variety fun and interesting. We ended our day with a short massage that was very good for it's length and we left dazed and relaxed. Drawback here is how popular it is and how packed it got by late afternoon.

Yelp
Friendly staff and cool places to discover after you enter. The showers have shampoo and conditioner and the dressing room has lotion, blow dryers, and lockers. As you walk down each corridor, you'll find a room with a unique feature: pink salt and ocean room, steam room, cold water feet room, and my favorite, the rain room! The outdoor jacuzzis and places to relax were amazing as well!

Yelp
We booked the couples massage package and enjoyed our time. The massage was more of a light Swedish massage, although, I prefer deep tissue. The property is well thought out, and there is plenty of seating for everyone. We visited July 2024, and there was construction on the property. The sawing and construction noises are happening right next to the main pool. It's not the easiest way to experience a relaxing time. There are different water features to use, and the water jet pressure will vary depending on where you're sitting. While it aggressively slaps you in the face, the eucalyptus steam room will definitely open your sinuses up! We would visit again, but not until the construction was completed and the facility was fully operational.

Yelp
The place is extremely crowded. They offer a complimentary drink and don't tell you where to get it and it's at a specific time. You must be in a robe and slippers to get it which they did not explain from the beginning, I had already got dressed and then they told me I could not get it after spending $600 here lol

Yelp
I truly enjoyed this experience! They offer a five hour experience for like 60 bucks but I splurged a bit to include a couples massage and an all day pass. Even if you decide to only do the five hour pass, there are so many amenities available. Many pools, lots of sunbathing areas, multiple water element rooms and saunas, AND a trolley converted to a sauna. The only drawback for me were the TONS of people very obviously there to post on social media. It took away from the relaxation a bit But other than that, the facilities were beautiful and the checkin process was seamless.

Yelp
beautiful location and lots of different areas to choose from. sadly they allow WAY too many people in at a time and the crowds kind of defeat the purpose of the calming vibe a spa should have. there are signs indicating that you should be quiet, but peopel don't abide by them and there's no enforcement.

Yelp
Decided last-minute to book (via the web site) evening entrance to QC Termemilano during a weekend in Milan. Although I was NOT privy to the TikTok hype, I saw an article with a nice mention of it, and thought it looked decent. This place REALLY exceeded my expectations. It's extremely convenient- easy to get to on public transportation, and, if you've pre-booked, offers a self-service check-in process that takes all of one minute. The women's changing room, though a bit maze-like, is clean and well-stocked. They provide a robe, flip flops, and one towel. I would have appreciated a second towel (even for a fee) to use at the end of the visit when the initial towel is soaked from too many steam rooms, but I'm not sure if that's an option. A hydration station with paper cups and filtered water is available. There are a TON of saunas to choose from. Admittedly, most of them are basically the same, and the small differences between them are just gimmicks-- I.e. different construction materials or fragrance. But the bottom line is that, even though this place is pretty crowded, there are enough saunas for you to find one where you don't feel cramped. There are also a handful of steam rooms and various heated pools- including the one with the thunderstorm movie of TikTok fame, which I personally found to be underwhelming. The outdoor pools were the real highlight for me; the old terminal building is beautiful and the lighting is thoughtfully placed. On a September night, the pool water was plenty warm enough for me, but some might find it not hot enough for their liking. They're definitely abiding by the 104 degrees Fahrenheit rule here. It's worth mentioning that the crowd here is pretty young- or was on this particular Saturday night- which brings a lot of dumb social media-fueled shenanigans. Half of the people in the pools have their phone out to take pouty selfies, and people try to monopolize the smaller spaces for use as a personal content creation studio of the OnlyFans variety. I did see some discreet security guards walking around, presumably on the lookout for this type of thing, but they can't deter it all. However I think this facility is nice enough that it's worth trying to ignore the nonsense. I imagine there might be less of it earlier in the day. If/when I'm back in Milan I will definitely return, and will go for the full-day pass including lunch- the cafe area is very pretty and I heard people say the food is decent.

Yelp
Yes, I came here because of the TikTok hype. We stayed in Milan for four days and I booked this for the day before our flight out of the city so we could have a relaxing last day. They have about 30 different experiences/rooms for saunas, pools, and lounging. I think I would have given this place 4 stars if they had better crowd control. It felt a bit overwhelming in some areas, especially downstairs which felt a little claustrophobic. I found it very difficult to keep track of my robe and sandals because they have hooks to leave them outside of rooms, but because there were so many people, I found that many visitors had their robes or sandals taken (this happened to my friend) and you have to pay 2 euros to get a fresh set. Also the famous room that simulates a thunderstorm was anticlimactic. I was most looking forward to this room, but it was pretty small AND half of the screen was glitching so it wasn't great. I hope they get this fixed for upcoming visitors. My favorite area was outside, which had pools, lounging areas, and a cold plunge. The train sauna was out of service so we missed out on that. Also, many of the lounging areas were really wet but luckily we found a couple of dry ones. If you're able to, add the lunch to your entry. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. They had an AMAZING salad bar with every green and topping you could think of. They had oils and seasoning so you could flavor them how you want. They also had fruits, nuts, desserts, coffee, hot plates (lasagna and gnocci), bread, water, tea, beer, and some wine. Its about 29 euros for this but it was worth it. We ate and then took a nap in the sleeping room. It's a little pricey. We went on a Thursday and the entry was 62 euros person plus the 29 euro lunch. I would say, if you have the time check it out but I wouldn't say it's a MUST do activity.

Yelp
The best day spa I have ever visited! This is a must try if you are in Milan. There are so many different experience rooms and so many different sauna options. I loved the thunderstorm room. I also enjoyed the outdoor pools and the train sauna. I did book lunch and enjoyed the salads and cold meats. However, the hot food was not very good. I tried a couple of the pastas and they tasted like frozen meals.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing with tons of sauna, pool, Hydrotherapy, indoor, outdoor, sleeping room, and other relaxation options. The spa is very well maintained and clean. I liked how there were unique offerings like a thunderstorm pool where you experience a simulated thunderstorm in a pool area, huge underground hydrotherapy pools, outdoor train sauna, a couple of beautiful outdoor pools, garden lounge area, movie room with sauna, infrared sleeping beds, water bed room, and tons of saunas and steam rooms with various conditions. Although only a couple floors, the place felt massive with so many options especially with the outdoor area and large lower floor area. The only issues were that the saunas were mild in temperature and we couldn't find a really hot one; you only get one towel and robe unless you pay extra; and the shower area lacks privacy. Besides these few improvements, this has probably been one of the best spas I have ever visited.

Yelp
This is THE Instagram spa. It's fun, it's beautiful, but not really a relaxing spa. The good Lots of different rooms with Therese. Multiple saunas and steam rooms. A foot bath room, a hot dip room and my favorite, the cinematic room. This room has you in an enclosed indoor pool with pictures of the tropics or fish and it's soothing. Then it can become a rainstorm with water tumultuously falling from the skies. This was fun!!! The two large outdoor pools were lovely, specially at night with the twinkling lights. The staff were lovely, in general. We had a couples massage which was great! The bad The locker rooms were awful. Cramped with everyone trying to get changed squished together. Locker room staff weren't very nice. They kept shouting at everyone, the majority of whom did it understand what was being said and so all continued what the were doing, ignoring the shouting. The food was very little, with no plates, only napkins. Olives, apples and cheese. There were some alcohol options, and non alcoholic options were lemon water or mint water. Overall this is a fun place to go for half a day. I really enjoyed it. It's not a real spa but a great way to relax in some hot water!

Yelp
Fantastic experience!! This day spa has something for everyone! From outside pools, to indoor pools, a quiet room, saunas, etc. we arrived around 5pm and signed up for the aperitivo (included in the fee). After we explored the spa, we went to the food court area where they served us breads, cheeses, and a couple of drinks. It felt very luxurious and relaxing after a long day of exploring. I'd certainly return!

Yelp
It's a 4 for the range of pools, jets and saunas and scents. All areas of the spa are very guarded by security and maintenance folk, which feels kind of overbearing. I bought my pass on Head Out and got there around 8:45am on a Monday morning. The outdoor pools don't open til 11am, wish I knew about as I started feeling rather contained in the basement doing the saunas and water treatments. Maybe I missed it but there was no cold plunge pool except for the hot-cold foot bath. The crowd definitely leans more towards travelling couples, genz and Millennial folk which is nicely different for a spa. There's a recommended no-phone rule, but you'll find influencers taking pics of themselves at pools. Bring a book or newspaper. This place is known for the famed TikTok stories about the full screen immersive rain room which is smaller than it looks (about 120 sqft) but worth the experience. It gave "circle of life"/"day after tomorrow" vibes. I also enjoyed the water jets, underground waterfall, rose room and city lights sauna. The hay room wasn't appealing to me, and the botanical garden room smelled somewhat artificial and flowery. The outdoor pool areas were unfortunately kind of noisy due to gardening maintenance with lawn mowing and such, and Google reviews was accurate about the fact that you only get one bath robe and towel, so don't run through both! Wear waterproof sunscreen and bring a book if you plan on staying longer. As with any high end spot expect that lunch and massages will be extra.

Yelp
We visited Milan in March 2024. Like many who come here I first learned about the spa through a Tik Tok video as I was researching for places to visit in Milan during our vacation. I combed through review after review and I'm eager to share my own experience as well as some tips for anyone who has never been who is thinking of visiting. My boyfriend and I booked the 9:30 am slot as we wanted to still have time after the spa to go sightseeing. When we arrived it was fairly busy but that's to be expected as it was on a Saturday. The check in area has a good amount of space to sit and wait. Self check in was seamless and for those that aren't a fan of checking in with an iPad there are attendants at the front desk as well. Upon check in you are provided with a wrist band that shows the time you are to leave the spa (5 hours is more than plenty) as well as your locker number. There are men and women's locker rooms and getting into the locker/setting up your combination is easy. In the locker is a robe and slippers. Outside of the locker rooms we enjoyed the macaroons provided before heading to check out the spa. There are an assortment of different saunas and relaxation rooms. One of the things I was nervous about when reading reviews was that many reviews spoke of couples getting overly intimate. This was not our experience. We saw couples but none that were uncomfortably intimate. Another thing we read about were people overdoing it with photos and videos. People did have their phones out and were recording videos /pictures but from what we observed they were respectful in only capturing themselves and the people in their party. Negative reviews spoke of noisy people....people do chat with eachother but nothing overly obnoxious. One of the rooms was a dedicated nap room and everyone was great/ respectful at keeping that space silent. To anyone most excited about the thunder rainstorm simulator be advised it is a small room however people were super respectful when waiting to take their photo or video. Tip If you are a person looking to enjoy the room without the photos and videos just be patient and hang in there as people cycle out. Other reviews spoke of people sealing towels and slippers and sadly this was true. I don't think people mean to in a malicious way but more so because their robes and towels get taken so they just have to grab what is there. A tip for this is to grab a hair clip and clip your robe together. My boyfriend and I would use the string on the robe to tie ours together. Some people avoid getting theirs taken and some don't. We really enjoyed our experience here and each room truly was relaxing and I commend the creativity of all the different relaxation rooms. When it was time to leave it was easy to pop onto the locker rooms for a shower and change. The locker rooms provide hair dryers. Some people missed this but upon leaving the locker rooms to the right side of the check in desks is a designated place to drop off towels and slippers. They'll even give you a plastic bag to hold your wet clothes which was nice. Overall we truly enjoyed our time. The amount of people here did not take away in our ability to relax and enjoy it.

Yelp
This was such a great concept! I do believe a little more communication is needed! If you're expecting a relaxing day in a meditative environment where everything is quiet this is not the place! I went to this spa with this expectation, but when I got there, I realized it wasn't! This is a perfect setting for social spa or relaxation. There is multiple rooms, a lot of people, upbeat music unless you're in the quiet or massage rooms! There are beautiful hot tubs outside and saunas! Different relaxation rooms that allow for a social spa setting! Never experienced this in the US! It would be very cool to have! I think a little warning to the clients that come here expecting a different environment would be cool!

Yelp
Words can't even describe this place. Memories for a lifetime! My friends and I enjoyed a massage treatment and the facility for a day after traveling for a week in the area. Optimum zen activated! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Such a lovely experience at this spa in Milano! We got the infinity massage and 5 hour entrance for two people (~ €350) and had such a great time. The spa was pretty crowded, but this is a great place for couples or a girl's relaxing weekend.

Maya S.

Yelp
Deeply disturbed and upset , I came for a lovely spa day experience to be ruined and shocked that multiple people where filming very inappropriate content that revealed vaginal and back passage to wich me and my parent and others witnessed , making everyone want to leave the rooms they also blocked people from coming into the rooms to film this disgusting porno while security did nothing , we have only been here one hour and we couldn't get away from the porno being film they went in every room , I'm disgusted and this ruined the whole thing , we raised this with security and the staff to wich that said we can not get a refund or even a discount!! After only 1 hours we had to leave and paid for a whole 5 Hours , avoid at all costs unless you wish to see this disgusting behavior

Yelp
found this spot trending on tiktok like many people have as of late we booked a 5 hour visit the day before our flight so we would be nice and relaxed before coming back to the states. it was a good move on our part - we came out so relaxed. if you don't have a treatment booked, there are 2 floors for you to venture around. the bottom floor felt like a water amusement park because you leave your towels and slippers in this common area and you just run around trying the different rooms. we went on a sunday and i thought it was crowded, but not too overwhelming. a lot of people respected each other's space, and there werent any "influencers" that i felt invaded our privacy. downsides: locker rooms were lackluster. i wish we were given extra towels and not just 1 robe, 1 towel. shower area felt like i was in a high school locker room again. barely any privacy or place to hang your stuff. we booked around 11am/ noon but realized that they don't serve "appertivo" during the 5 hours we were there. i was looking forward to some snacks but alas there weren't any :(. they should really make that available all day

sophia g.

Yelp
Way too crowded. Teens getting way too close to one another in pools which made it awkward. Bad customer service at the 30 mins aperitif slot...also bad food. Overall a very disappointing experience for a spa that is expensive and rated so highly. I did have a great massage but my partner did not- very inconsistent. This was also a Monday afternoon so I can't imagine what it's like during the weekends! Some of the rooms were a great experience and innovative ideas however there is zero zen.

Yelp
Traveling can really tire you out... after 12 hours of flights and travel, I was much in need for a spa day. Looking up places to go in Milan, QC Termemilano continually appeared so I decided to try it out after my week of class. I bought a ticket online for a 4 hour visit on a Saturday at 11am and the check in process was very quick. I arrived, showed my QR code that reserved my spot and my ticket for the lunch buffet, and took my complimentary spa bag that included a rental robe to the women's locker room. Since I was flying out of Milan that evening, I needed to bring my luggage with me, which unfortunately wouldn't fit into the narrow locker. Thankfully the front desk was willing to hold it in the back. After changing into my swimsuit in the locker room, I wrapped myself with the rental robe and started to wander around the spa. There were tens of rooms to visit - a number of dry saunas with different treatments like roasted chamomile scents, wet saunas, and jacuzzi pools. They have pools both inside and outside; each pool was sanitized with chlorine, so it felt more like a collection of hot tubs and pools with jets. Inside, the pool experiences ranged from a cinema room that projected a film on the walls to a hot/cold walking stone path to encourage stronger immunity systems. They also had resting/relaxation room, which included an abstract short film about Milan projected on the ceiling while you lay down on a water mattress. One of my favorite rooms was the relaxation that had sleeping pads surrounded by a metal structure. In the room, there were at least 10 structures and the room played soft tropical thunderstorms and birds chirping to create a white noise. While I had fun exploring the various rooms, the best part of the spa experience was the lunch buffet. In the buffet, they offered a salad bar where you could create your own salad with various leaves (spinach, mixed, arugula, etc.) vinegars, olive oils, salts, and peppers. They had a substantial selection of vegetables, cheese, and sliced/cured meats to make the salad more robust. They also had warm pasta dishes and lasagna that an attendant will serve to you. In case you were thirsty, they have a selection of wines (white, red, rose) to serve yourself as well as water and exclusively brewed beer on tap. And to finish the meal, they have a number of shortbread cookies and chocolate cake to enjoy with some espresso to wake you back up before you head back to the pools. All in all this was a fun experience for 55 Euros and ~25 euros for the lunch buffet. I'm not sure if I'll return on my own, but definitely will with a group to relax and explore the various rooms again.

Yelp
Went to QC during a recent trip to Milan and spent my 30th birthday at the spa. It was honestly such a fun, relaxing day. There are so many different types of activities you can do that you really need an all-day pass like we had - we spent 8 hours there and still didn't do everything. Some of our favorite activities were the outdoor pools, steam bath, and cinema pool. For meals we added on lunch and the aperitivo and both enhanced the day! We also did a delightful couples massage, which was fantastic and something I'd highly recommend adding.

Yelp
I've been to several qcterme locations in the last years. The service and the environment is always high quality, even the aperitivo is very complete. I recommend it to anybody who wants to relax at a good spa.

Yelp
My husband and I visited this spa on a whim on our final day of vacation. We had a wonderful time! The spa is HUGE. I mean HUGE. There is so much to do that you could spend hours just roaming and enjoying the many different rooms and variations of wellness treatments available. Our personal favorites were a room where you lay on a stone table and have hot water showered onto you, and the outdoor pools. We each had a 30 minute massage, which was lovely and focused on an area of our choice. If you are not a fan of PDA - don't come here - there were tons of couples engaged in multiple rooms. Didn't bother us, but if that sort of thing offends you you're not going to enjoy being here. They also serve afternoon aperitif, which was great. I am only knocking off a star because the robe/towel situation was SO confusing. They give you a robe and towel in your locker when you check-in, great. The issue is there are hundreds of other people hanging up the exact same color white robes and towels for all the pools, wellness areas, etc, and my towel was accidentally taken at one point, leaving me to have to dry off with my robe. Overall - a wonderful day spent for a fair price. Would highly recommend!

Alice-Rose D.

Yelp
There were people everywhere with phones, videoing and taking photos. There were couple is getting intimate in multiple areas, I did email the spa and expressed that I felt so uncomfortable and considering I spent £50 for 2 1/2 hours it wasn't much to ask for a tranquil relaxing atmosphere, the spa didn't bother to even respond,. I felt uncomfortable because I could not go anywhere without people having cameras and the staff didn't seem to care. Horrible experience and absolutely no Care from the spa. This place is absolutely gorgeous and has so much potential but there really needs to be boundaries put in place

Yelp
A hidden oasis amidst an urban jungle. Was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this hot tub play ground (not a natural spring) right outside the Porta Romana stops. Made a weekday reservation for 3 (highly recommended) for an evening session that included "aperitivo" (happy hour) & unlimited access to the baths & all the services until closing. Once you're checked in & paid you're provided with a bathrobe & slippers & a card to access a locker (leave everything- yes, your cell phone too!). Changing area is a fully-equipped locker room with blow dryers, hair products, & towels. They provided a decent antipasti spread with cheeses, salumi, fruit, sandwiches, & more & a small selection of wine. After initially unwinding in the dining room & coming to terms with the fact that I had no purse & no phone to worry about, the real fun began. The spa is a labyrinth of indoor/outdoor hot rooms, quiet rooms, pools, waterfalls & saunas that allows clients to roam free & take advantage of all their favorite features as much as they want. They provide all the lotions n potions you need to give yourself a quick facial or semi-pedi. It's all very DYI once inside but there are staff members (who were all quite polite) around in case you have any issues or to come to tell you to keep your voice down because you just can't contain the fun you're having with your out-of-town friends & burst out in loud laughter & light screaming because we're pretty hilarious & were feeling the effects of several sparking rosés (true story). Anyway, The place is clean, dimly-lit, relaxing & it caters to a wide variety of both locals & tourists, in groups or couples. If you're a spa novice, this is a great place to start as you easily blend in with other guests milling about & no one will notice the foot scrub you just applied to your face. On the down side, they ran out of several products before we really got into things like the lotions & baking soda. Considering what we paid, it's unfair to complain about anything else. The best part is that this is a fantastic value. The evening entry was less than 50€ per person (I consumed that amount in cheese alone)! Will definitely return & recommend!

Yelp
I cannot express enough how wonderful my first experience was at QC Terme! If you're in Milan, you have to visit, like seriously! The ambiance and aesthetic is amazing but it starts at front of house. A warm embrace went a long way. If you are looking for an extra special moment, look out for Giulia; literally the best receptionist! Nothing falls short of your expectations here. Trust me. Have a great time and enjoy!

Yelp
The place is lovely, albeit the staff is quite disorganized and their Covid precautions are VERY lax throughout the experience, The "appetizer" they offer is quite poor (canned potatoes chips?), and the attendants are not attending s one would expect.

Yelp
A girl I was with while here was SEXUALLY ASSAULTED while getting a massage here by Massimilano (Max) Terraneo. The male masseuse fingered her and continued after multiple times of her telling him no. Also touched her in more inappropriate places as well. Do not go here if you don't want to get SEXUALLY ASSAULTED! Management handled it really poorly saying they couldn't do anything and wished us well and said to file a police report but wouldn't give us his name. Horrible place, horrible experience and horrible people. DO NOT GO HERE!

Yelp
I wish I could just live here. The ambiance and variety of the spa settings, the high-quality service, and the sheer beauty of the courtyard made our time here so relaxing and beautiful. The apertivo wouldn't be my first choice, but it wasn't bad. Overall, QC Termemilano is a great deal.

Yelp
wow..... great place to spend an evening. plan to spend around three hours here. apertivo is questionable, but super fun spot and a great place for couples, but if you're american you will notice that the romantic atmosphere is very physical and a lot of pda. ok massage, not as deep s as i expected, and a bit dry but very relaxing.

Yelp
Whether you are in Milan for 1 night only or an extended stay this place is a must. It is easily the best and most fun/relaxing experience ever! Calling it a spa almost does it a dis service. Imagine being in an ancient roman bathhouse (easy to imagine since the walls of the spa are ancient roman columns/walls). There are hot/cold tubs and pools on the inside and outside and chairs of all shapes and sizes to lay in. They have over 5 different types of saunas , one of which is outside in a converted train car with lots of Windows. The overall ambience is sexy meets relaxing. When we arrived they were just starting apertivo so we feasted on cheeses, meats, dips and chocolates. They had a couple different types of wine and prosecco and that just took it to a whole other level for us. Make sure to checkout the underground area where they have water based relaxation experience rooms. My favorite was a room with 5 stone beds and rain style shower heads above- you lay down and the water goes from super hot to super cold. So refreshing and invigorating. They also have an area where you can scrub your entire body with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and then sit in a sauna to let it soak in before you rub it off to reveal smooth relaxed skin. We also booked massages which were great. Prices were pretty typical for massages and spa entrance but the overall experience was un real.

Yelp
This is a once in a lifetime spa experience in the heart of the fashion capital of the world!! The facilities are beautiful, with 2 pools, multiple rooms with water beds, saunas, hot tubs, and more. Even outside, the city is just a quiet hum in the background. The spa is built from an old trolley station, and the architecture is beautifully preserved. At 7PM fresh cheese, fruit, bread, and wine is put out, it's a wonderful break from the water activities. For only $50 USD you can have an entire day of relaxation and napping, I would come back in a heartbeat!! Truly a gem of a find in the city.

Yelp
I wish I lived in Milano just so I could come here every week. This place is amazing. All the different rooms are a dream when needing to relax. The only thing I wish they has was infused water throughout, as one does get thirsty in the steam and hot tubs. Other than that, just relax and enjoy the experience.

Yelp
If you're in Milan you need to visit this place - it really is amazing. It's located in a busy area but once you step inside you forget you're in the middle of a city. It's undoubtedly the best spa I have ever been to and I worry that it may have set too high a standard for any others I visit to reach. I visited with my mum, who had booked it in advance, and it was only around £25-30 each for the evening visit plus buffet and aperitifs. When you arrive you are given a robe and flip flops. We started our evening at the buffet, which offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, focaccia, bruschetta, juices, yoghurt, cooked meats and also different types of wine. We then made our way downstairs: there is around 5 or 6 different jacuzzis, hot and cold dip pools, steam rooms, saunas, relaxation rooms - you could spend hours just in these rooms. Upstairs there is another couple of steam rooms, as well as a 'theatre of wonders' - essentially a room covered in memory foam mattresses where you could easily spend a couple of hours napping. The highlight of the place for me was the outdoor pools. Although it was freezing, the pools were lovely and hot and it was an amazing experience to relax in them under the stars. We left feeling relaxed and with lovely soft skin, thanks to the lotions that are available for free in the women's changing room. It really was an amazing experience and definitely the highlight of my Milan trip.

Yelp
The absolute BEST way to ring in my bday-- spending almost 6 hours at the spa! Seriously- the time flies by and even my BF enjoyed it. Love that it's couple friendly and lots of different relaxation rooms, pools, saunas, steam rooms, etc to try out. I would recommend booking a reservation beforehand (and also not going on the weekend). Bring a bathing suit and some toiletries if you have specific ones you like (if not, the ladies locker room is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body scrub, face lotion, hair lotion, blow-dryers, etc) and get ready for a relaxing day. We also booked the 1 hour massage but like most of the reviews on here- I would have skipped it and spent 10-15 euros on various add-ons such as masks and scrubs, etc. The massage was more shiatsu and even when you ask for firmer, it's not that good. :/ Basically it felt like I was getting lotionized for 1 hour-- but hey- still nice and relaxing, just if you're looking for a deep tissue massage to work out your knots- this is NOT the massage for you. And the various baths, steam-rooms, etc--- awesome! They have some outdoor pools with a converted trolley sauna, various indoor pools to dip in and then various rooms to rest and relax including nests, UV rooms, sound and light rooms-- we were like kids going from one room to the next. And there are light snacks available in the buffet room- yogurt and granola station, fruits, veggies and some breads. Overall- one of the best and most relaxing experiences and all for only 39 euros to enter? Not bad at all.

Yelp
My first spa ever, great price for what is offered. I think it may have changed my life.

Yelp
Make your reservation online and go! Don't wanna spoil the surprise by revealing too much but this is not your run of the mill bath house. Plan to spend about 3-4 hours minimum to experience every room/facility. With light snacks available throughout you will not leave hungry either. Note that even though you have provided credit card info online at booking you are not charged. Payments are made at entrance.

Yelp
When I look back on my day here, I still cry. It was the most wonderful, magical, restful, happy day I've had in recent memory. Gorgeous, endless, wandering pools and waterfalls and saunas. At least 5 different rooms devoted to napping. A hot spring overlooking an ancient Roman wall. It's ruined me. I've desperately tried to find anything even remotely close to this in the US and can't. I will plan trips around this in the future.

Yelp
We had a gift certificate that my wife paid over 100 Euro for and was told it did not expire. We travel often so we were not regularly in Milan. We missed the expiration date that we didn't know about by a couple days and they insisted no exceptions and were quite smug and rude about it. Will never go back knowing this is how they treat loyal customers. We paid them more than a hundred euros for nothing but rude service. Great way to lose clients Terme.

Yelp
FANTASTICO! This was was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. My study abroad program paid for all of us to enjoy a relaxing night here. My friends and I started our night with the dinner buffet and a glass of wine and moved onto the hot tubs. Spending an hour soaking ourselves in the hot water and enjoying the ambiance and gazing at the old architecture, we didn't want to get up! We eventually made our way downstairs (and good thing we did!). We stumbled upon the water relaxation room and almost fell asleep in a matter of minutes. Forcing ourselves to get up, we wandered through different halls and made it to the waterfall and the geyzer. Absolutely wonderful! This place was absolutely wonderful and I left feeling so relaxed. Granted, it was really expensive, I would definitely go back again if I could!

Yelp
Good place where you could find relax and coming with underground. No stress of driving neither.

Yelp
An Amazing spa, you need 3 to 4 hrs to spend there, is not so expensive 38 euros for using everything other than the massage
