Lovely hostess Gill creates a warm and inviting atmosphere to your stay. Take a walk through the curated garden, the rotating art exhibit, and unwind with a cup of coffee and a fresh scone from the café. Avid hikers can enjoy making their way to local lookout points. The interior of the accomodation is like stepping into a traditional Japanese bedroom. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy views of Origami-inspired architecture thoughtfully built to compliment the natural Australian landscape. This is a great place to slow down and take it all in.

My wife and I walked to QDOS as part of a planned walk around Lorne. We had a lovely lunch and coffee in the Cafe that had dog friendly options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location in the forest was quite tranquil. We broused the artwork in the gallery and gardens. A very pleasant interlude.

We spent 1 night in the tree top Japanese inspired accomodation. Everything from the location, the accomodation and especially the service was 5 Star. Thankyou Gill and Graeme for making this experience so special. The indoor and outdoor out work was truly special. PS the baked eggs for breaky were superb. We will definately be back. Highly recommended.

A beautiful artsy property with Japanese treehouses in a lush garden. Perfectly clean and with your own outdoor seat. In the morning an amazing breakfast a la carte in the art cafe is included. Add to that the short distance to Lorne centre/ Erskine Falls and the fabulous host and you know this is the place to book in Lorne!

We had a great experience there. The staff were very very nice and offered me a free brownie as an apology for taking too long for my toastie to come out. Didnt take long at all by the way and the toastie was great!! Highly recommend this place

10 stars Hospitality! If you ever looked for the perfect place to relax this is the spot for you! The location is gorgeous! 15 minutes walk to town and beach bonus. Hospitality one on one ☝🏼upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and a cheese platter we also had Prosecco in the room. Gil is the most beautiful and warm person, she has gone out her way to care for us throughout I can’t recommend highly enough 🙏🏼 thank you for the best weekend ever 🙏🏼

Beautiful sculpture garden with gallery, cafe and option to stay in one of the treehouses Nestled into scenic landscape you will find a sculpture garden, a gallery, a cafe, a kiln and treehouses with the option to stay. A extraordinary combination of art & nature. We were very lucky to get a little tour and were immensely impressed of what has been achieved there. Chapeau. Make sure to come for a visit when coming to or passing through Lorne. Thank you very much Graham & Gil 💛

A beautiful set of cabins set in a quiet location close to all the amenities of Lorne. Gill is a fantastic and personable host and no request is too hard for her and her team. The cabins have a Japanese infused theme - with simplicity and style, immaculately maintained and no TV! which, for a complete gateway - is fantastic. We would recommend Qdos without question and look forward to returning in the near future.
