I got to check out QP Bistro, and wow… what a vibe. I went with a few friends to celebrate a birthday, and we ended up going right around sunset. Honestly, that was the perfect time because the whole place just lit up with this warm glow, and the live music in the background made it feel even more special.
I went for the ribeye steak, and it was pretty solid—juicy, flavorful, definitely hit the spot. My friends ordered the grilled Caribbean spiny lobster and the catch of the day, plus a kingfish crudo to start, and everyone was pretty happy with their plates. The food matches the setting: a little fancy, a little island touch, and very satisfying.
Now, heads up—this place is on the pricier side. Definitely not an everyday spot, but for a special dinner (like a birthday, date, or just treating yourself), it feels worth it. Between the ambience, the sunset, the music, and the food, it all comes together into a pretty memorable night.
