I’m not from the area but I found this place on google. Seemed like a good place to have sandwiches. Man I am impressed these sandwiches are super amazing rich in taste. I got the turkey pesto guy recommended it. Super helpful and offer substitutions. Glad I came here !!

Wow. Incredible sandwiches at a decent price. The menu had just enough options to make for some unique choices, but not so many as to take away from the quality. I’m not even a sandwich person, but my roast beef on sourdough with bacon jam was to die for. Pickled onions are worth their weight in gold. Even my picky daughter finished her grilled ham and cheese.

Ordered the turkey pesto sandwich on focaccia bread and substituted avocado for the bacon. It was so delicious! Bread was soft and the flavors were well balanced. All the ingredients were also very fresh. The store owner was incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

I live on the same block with this place, and I have eaten Q’s sandwiches a handful of times and it is always a great experience from any possible perspective. As the food consumer and simply a neighbor I see that the owner cares about his place, food quality, the menu items variety, and feedback. New menu items or specials are there every time I go! Wonderful, cuz I love trying new things every now and then. Furthermore, a good number of healthy options are also presented for any of us who have their diet restrictions/priorities/preferences. And a couple cherries on top of said above: IT IS SO DELICIOUS. It’s just GOOD, FRESH, the sandwiches are good sized. My last discovery was (listen … you must try!!!!) THE FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST SANDWICH It’s just so good, it goes as a vegetarian item in the menu by default, but I add to it some ham and Serrano (hot) peppers!!!! I am salivating now ))) lol The bottom line is my personal experience is just above any of expectations for a sandwich place. Thank you guys so much. K. Wanna add that the specials are worth to ask for, it always changes and today it’s a chorizo avocado sour cream wrap!

My friend and I were here for lunch, it was delicious! We had the pulled pork and the tuna sandwich, it was so juicy and flavorful. Will def be coming back!!!

Slingshot Betty told me about Q's Sandwich Shop and said they put out the best roast beef sandwich in the city. Well....That's a pretty tall statement, so I put on my kickin boots fired up the Ram and headed straight to SF. I made the Golden Gate in an hour and was heading up Divisadero like I owned it, found a great parking spot, and only had to walk a half block to Q's It was a typical unassuming neighborhood joint, a spot the locals would go to everytime they wanted real honest food. I got that roast beef sandwich that Slingshot was so proud of and let me describe it in 2 words... Wow and Amazing! ☆☆☆☆☆

Chicken sandwich is halal sometimes (you can ask them to remove the ham etc) and confirm. The food was great!

My wife and I split a cubano and a pulled pork. The cibatta held together well and held the coleslaw and chipotle mayo without getting soggy. The cheese on the cubano was melted and stringy. When we got the sandwiches they were so hot we couldn't pick them. Delicious. And big too. We brought a 1/4 of each sandwich home. The husband and wife team were very friendly. Seating inside for 10 at most. And outside for maybe 18. They are not fast but it's well worth the wait!

New favorite sandwich spot! Between the customer service and delicious menu items, you can't go wrong with this neighborhood gem. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and it was so yummy! Every flavor complimented each bite perfectly! This location is extremely cozy and central. I was able to relax and enjoy my lunch with my pup who was also catered to. They have a good amount of indoor seating and a handful outside to enjoy. I'm excited to visit on the regular and try all their menu items! Thanks Q for your kind hospitality!

Breakfast is my favorite meal and as I was scouring YELP for a nice breakfast sandwich over July 4th weekend, I came across Q's Sandwich Shop just before I went to bed, I knew I had to have so I got up, got the paper, and drove over! I was the first customer and Q was there to greet me. We talked about how he set up the store just as the pandemic started. He makes his own Hollandaise sauce on top of the egg which nice and fluffy As I was the first customer we got the chance to talk about he had opened the store just as Covid started and how hard it is to run a small business in San Francisco these days. The sandwich was amazing. Please support immigrant small businesses like Q's. It is the true San Francisco way!

Oh man, this is definitely a top breakfast sandwich in my books. The way the Texas toast melts in your mouth with that juicy bacon and homemade hollandaise sauce ‍ BEST PART...your sandwich isn't falling apart when you eat it. Well done to the owner

Great Sandwich with super thick spreads that felt like butter. Great vegetarian options and kind service. Large portions at fair prices and a bevy of options to choose from. I super recommend this little shop!

I have a thing for caesar salads and after getting my nails done at Diane's on haight (checkout my review, they're amazing), I wanted a salad. A quick search pointed me in the direction of Q's. They have a fantastic ordering interface on their website and 10 min later I had my salad. The lettuce was crisp and the chicken was warm - exactly how I like it! Highly recommend coming here for a quick bite. They have a few tables inside and the team that works there is very communicative and friendly. Even warning me that my chicken was warm so I enjoyed my salad before it got soggy. Can't wait to come back.

Quick and delicious! Called in over the phone and picked it up around ten minutes later. Local shop that's been around for a while now and run by nice people. I'm not a huge sandwich girly but I'd eat this for lunch any day.

Great, swift service and the tomato soup was delightful. The Q's special was also delicious and warm. They drew me an olive oil heart too!

Roast beef, turkey pesto, chicken sandwich. This place is an excellent mom and pop sandwich shop. Wonderful staff, fast service, convenient location flanked by coffee, boba, and dessert shop. However the sandwiches are a bit too heavy on savory and strong flavors. I'll keep coming back to try and find the right sandwich for me, but not quite top on the weekday lunch rotation list.

Q's is too good! i had the most delicious veggie sandwich i've had in the city here--it was loaded and so flavorful, and the focaccia was amazing. i'm excited to try more of their menu items and so glad they're in my neighborhood!

The sandwiches are $15-16 and a bit more than I like paying for sandwiches, so I got the Q's breakfast sandwich for $12. Q was making sandwiches today himself! The sandwich had eggs bacon and tomato. The bread was buttery toasted. It was a good sandwich and I liked trying this sandwich spot on Divisadero.

1000% best sandwich shop in the city! The boys in here know how to make a delicious sandwich. I have gotten several different ones here and each one like a Cuban or Chicken sandwich has been absolutely awesome! Craving a great lunch? Grilled cheese and tomato soup?! Yes please! They have great customer service and if you wanna dine in you can. There are a few tables inside. Get an Arnold Palmer with your sandwich it's the best combo!

I wouldn't blame you for passing by Q's Sandwich stop and initially missing it. But it's a low-key spot you really have to check out. The turkey pesto sandwich I had was expertly crafted, with a perfect blend of flavors from the turkey, crispy bacon, and pickled onions on a soft focaccia bread. I only wish the bread was toasted. It's definitely one of my favorite sandwiches around. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. It's clear they are committed to an all around quality customer experience. I highly recommend Q's Sandwich shop. I'm gonna be working my way through everything on the menu! This looks like any other sandwich shop the sidewalk, but the sandwiches here are probably the best I've had in the city. You owe it to yourself to try them; they blew away my expectations. The turkey pesto, Cubano, and pulled pork sandwiches are all delicious and delightful. The bread here is always very fresh - the focaccia is particularly good, and I like their ciabatta as well. A nice balance of meat, vegetables, and sauce. To drink: the berry smoothie is great. The owner works here, and I really feel like they put extra effort into making really good sandwiches. Service is always very friendly. Bonus: there's pleasant seating outside, in addition to indoor seating for cooler days.

had this place for the first time a few weeks ago! Shoutout to Constantine for his great service! We had a grilled cheese sandwich with bomb tomato soup, as well as a 'make your own' sandwich made on focaccia. The jamaica was refreshing. Everything was super yummy. Will be coming back!

I ordered a pretty simply sandwich, turkey and cheddar on sliced sourdough with no mustard, but mayo lettuce and tomato. The sandwich came out and it looked awesome, nice toasted bread, lots of meat and fresh produce, but then I realized it had a lot of mustard. I told them and they remade it but I could hear they messed up the second sandwich and were arguing about it. When the third sandwich came out it was ok, but the bread wasn't toasted it was cold out of the fridge or something and sort of ruined the sandwich.

Favorite sandwich spot in the area! Chicken Sandwich, Charcuterie, Turkey Pesto and Caprese are my favs and the Focaccia bread is incredible. Plus the owner is incredibly friendly every time. Definitely check out Q's if you haven't yet.

The focaccia bread and olive spread is amazing. Love the sandwiches here! Very large and sharable. Very limited indoor seating but there are a few outside. More of a grab and go place! Quick service as well.

I literally got my breakfast sandwich less than 10 minutes ago and i can satisfyingly say i devoured and enjoyed it ! Delicious.

Got house made pulled pork toasted in a ciabatta roll and it was amazing! Just the right amount of crisp Cole slaw and chipotle mayo. Yum! Friendly, quick service too. Will be back!

I'm rating this a 5 star! I placed a large order for a picnic party I had, Q which I believe is the owner of this shop was very helpful and accommodating with my order. All the food and salads were fresh and yummy! My guest were super happy at the picnic! I definitely recommend you ordering for your picnic! Thank you Q for all the help! I will definitely be back for more :) PS my mother in law fell in love with your Farro salad, the Turkey Pesto was also a hit! Caprese & Charcuterie sandwich was my fave! Pastrami & Veggie Yum!!! Can't go wrong with the Greek Salad!

Roast beef sandwich is qute close to perfection... the bread is fantastic, if just a little bit too much for the sandwich. Mr. Q takes his business seriously and is very attentive. Highly recommended.

Weekend only breakfast sandwich: scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato, hollandaise sauce on a brioche bun (baked fresh daily by Panorama Baking Co). Bun was soft and pillowy. Eggs were creamy and prepared well. Hollandaise was lemon-y and delicious. I wish there was a bit more hollandaise and that the bacon was thicker or ham/Canadian bacon for a meatier flavor. (For those reasons, I still prefer the hollandaise egg sandwich at the Haight Loaves pop-up across the street at Wine Kitchen. But this one was really good, too!) Warm, friendly customer service. The woman who helped me (owner I think) was super nice and even threw in a small cup of fresh berries for funsies. Will def go back again! Outdoor seating available - some in the shade!

I assumed this was just a basic sandwich shop, but was surprised to see it turning out some cheffy sandwiches. I got the turkey pesto, and it came on focaccia with turkey, bacon, pesto, arugula, pickled onions, and tomato. Pretty delicious.

By SF standards, this a pretty normie sandwich shop. I don't mean that in a bad way but none of the sandwiches here are trying to score points on creativity. They're just kinda straightforward. But that's ok! Not everything has to be nuts (though that is my preference). My mortadella sandwich was pretty solid. I do think it was missing some sort of sauce (or maybe avocado?) to just add some moisture and tie it all together.

The people who are running this place are incredibly friendly and very considerate. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich but I told them that I don't eat pork. One of the guys jokingly asked me why I don't eat pork. I just told him it's my preference. Anyway, since I don't eat pork, they made my chicken sandwich very special. They added avocados, extra lettuce and extra tomatoes. My sandwich turned up into an excellent chicken sandwich. I'll never forget how they treated me so kindly and politely. This place deserve a 10/10 overall star rating. Good job!

Q's is a great lunch spot! My fiancé and I come here regularly once a week. All of the sandwiches and salads are delicious - really nice to have a local spot to get healthy fresh foods. I always opt for the Greek salad or farro salad, and my boyfriend always gets the chicken sandwich. Delish! Will be back!

Ordered the turkey pesto sandwich for ~$15. It had crispy bacon on soft focaccia, but I wish I asked for extra pickled onions to cut through the heavy pesto sauce. Delicious but very big portion and definitely a sandwich to share

I was walking for around 30 blocks looking for anywhere to charge my dead phone. After getting declined by several other businesses I stumbled upon Q's. From my assumption the shop owner welcomed me happily to charge up. I ordered the veggie deluxe sandwich with the berry smoothie. absolutely delicious! the owner even brought it to my seat. everything was noticeably well made. the rosemary focaccia bread was fresh and flavorful. definitely will always remember this shop for saving my ass and having phenomenal food.

Cute little sandwich shop! The sandwich was really good, and the owner was a very friendly man. Only downside would be that, while the sandwich itself was yummy, and the service was good, it was honestly pretty expensive for what it was. My total came out to be around $17 for a single sandwich. It's not like it was the size of a big ol' baguette or anything either.
