What a great hotel! Super-friendly staff, great art, and ambience. Wonderful service all around. Our rooms were promptly made up each day, and the high-quality à la carte breakfast menu provided a refreshing break from the usual hotel breakfast buffet. Great cocktails and wines, and a pumping rooftop bar! Wonderful location with easy walking access to most main attractions, or if you are able, the scooters are a fun option to get around town too!

We have been staying here for years. Dog friendly and great quiet rooms. Recently cut backs in service have effectively reduced the experience to disappointing. The superb Esther restaurant only serves lunch 3 days a week. 🥺🥺🥺 We usually arrive jet-lagged to hell and want a good substantial breakfast. No pancakes no bacon no beans no potatoes just a variety of 100% egg based dishes. We don’t eat eggs. $ 80 for a bowl of muesli and a flatbread with cheese. Sorry but you guys have seriously lost the plot. |The service remains excellent.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at QT Hotel Auckland. The location was perfect, just a short walk to top restaurants in the Viaduct. Our rooms had an amazing view of the Sky Tower, which made the experience even more memorable. A big thanks to Arvin Ancheta for making our stay extra special. It was truly a treat! We would definitely come back!

Check in was a breeze, and the room was beautifully presented. Nice amenities, and a stunning rooftop bar. Alex on reception made the stay even better, managing to accommodate my girlfriend’s dietary requirements on room service, going above and beyond and even remembering our names too. Would stay again.

I recently had the chance to stay at QT Auckland with my friends, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! It was truly exceptional, I mean, beyond amazing! The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Arvin. We felt so welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. As health care professionals, we were touched when Arvin surprised us with a bottle of champagne during our first hour of stay as an appreciation for what we do.|It was a lovely gesture, and it meant the world to us.||The rooms are spotless and super cosy! The ambiance is just lovely, too.||It was a smooth stay that l'd wish for every traveler to have. I highly recommend QT Auckland and I'm looking forward to staying here again, with my family next time.

We had an awesome stay at the QT hotel Auckland. We had a larger room - I think we had the accessible room which was comfortable and clean and included everything we needed for our stay. ||The staff were incredibly friendly and a special shout-out to Arvin - our "Director of Chaos" who welcomed us warmly with a little chocolate gift to our room when we were settled in, and was always a smiling happy face whenever spotted at reception. ||The option to not have a turn down service in exchange for a $10 food voucher was very much used and appreciated - genuinely don't know why all hotels don't do this! ||Whenever we had a question or needed something the staff could not have helped us more. ||Highly recommend!

We stayed at QT for my significant birthday and had a wonderful time. Drinks and bites on Saturday evening at the rooftop bar. Great vibes! Dinner on Sunday night at Esther. Delicious and delightful. A special mention to Alex for a great easy experience checking in - he was helpful, friendly and patient. Thank you! He set a high bar for the whole weekend and the team did not disappoint. See you again soon!

Excellent friendly service by Alex, received an upgrade which was awesome. Service by other staff were just as friendly and helpful. Room was spacious but a few things dropped it down a star - the lighting isn't good, very dim lighting - in the main room and bathroom. The roof top bar is awesome, great cocktails. We ate at Esther's got dinner which was so flavoursome and then again for a lovely breakfast.
