QT Auckland

From the moment we arrived we were treated with such respect, warmth and genuine care. Carlos met us down stairs, helped us with our baggage, found a room for us to check in early and was an absolute delight our whole stay. I was travelling with my 9 year old daughter and everyone from the cleaners, maintenance man, restaurant staff and concierge made her feel welcome and special. The rooms were perfect, great decor, clean, beds very comfortable, andgood amenities. The restaurant food was so good, lots of variety and healthy. When we come back to NZ this will be our first point of call. Thank you for a lovely experience and for taking such good care of us.

My experience at the QT hotel in Auckland was exceptional. The customer service especially from the senior duty manager Alex was above and beyond, he was so professional, caring and incredibly helpful! I had a health issue and he arranged everything for me so that I could get the medical attention that I needed through the Hotel doctor, and all his staff were brilliant. I would highly highly recommend this lovely Hotel and they also had a beautiful surprise for us as it was our wedding anniversary in our room which was so lovely as well as we enjoyed a lovely dinner upstairs at the rooftop bar. Great experience, perfect location for a weekend staycation and a sunset stroll among the boats. The room was so stylish, we love the details and lighting. Room service was excellent, breakfast pizza!! The coffee was smooth. We discovered that casting a film to the TV from our phone was impossible because all the other guests seem to be able to control the settings, that was a wild ride. On the occasion our 25th anniversary you prepared a little plate of goodies in our room, it's the little things that make a massive difference thank you! It was a perfect stay, we'll be back again!

The hotel is lovely. We stayed for my birthday which was made even more special by the gorgeous Shannon our wonderful lady in the Esther dining room who did a happy birthday little cakes and candle and breakfast fruits on my birthday. Shannon made each breakfast morning wonderful along with her super team Catherine and Lucky. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect. Wendy and Grant 😊

A stunning hotel, close to the harbour and with great service. The gorgeous Shannon and her team Catherine and Lucky in the Esther dining area made our stay even more delightful. On my birthday breakfast morning Shannon thoughtfully surprised me with a beautiful little cake selection, birthday candle and fruits which was so lovely! Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.

Great location for the harbour and downtown. Rooms are clean and well designed. The sliding sink wall is a bit weird and no instructions for the nespresso but all in all a good hotel with decent food. Very basic gym but keeps the flab off whilst working away.

Another great stay at the QT Auckland. We stayed for 2 nights as we were doing the Auckland Marathon. It is in a perfect location as it is a short walk to the Ferry terminal in the morning and a short walk from the finish line. The room was beautiful, clean and tidy. Checking in was a breeze. We purchased a package deal which included 2 free drinks. We went to the roof top bar and were delighted that non alcoholic mocktails were an option. They were absolutely divine. Thanks again!

We vstayed here ( 9 family members) for three nights during out=r two week Xmas vacation through New Zealand. Staff was friendly and accommodations were top notch. Breakfast was include. The only issue was that we had five family members ( my son and his wife and three children ) staying in a fancy three bedroom suite, but the Hotel would only include four breakfast meals with the stay. That made absolutely no sense to us, and only through some extensive complaining were we able to get the fifth breakfast included with the room.
