QT Perth

Great location with a modern feel. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious although was showing signs of wear and tear. Bed was definitely in need of a replacement (creaky and lopsided). Had a small gym with some good equipment on offer.

Food/Service/Atmosphere/Cleanliness ✅️|We stayed for our wedding anniversary over the weekend and could not fault this hotel. ||We had an incredible experience from start to finish at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. Customer service was top notch, every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. ||The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, which made everything feel comfortable and relaxing. A real highlight of our trip was getting to meet the General Manager - he was incredibly down to earth, friendly, and clearly passionate about the hotel. It's rare to meet someone in that role who is so genuinely engaged and committed to creating a great experience for guests. ||Highly recommended this hotel, and we'll definitely be back! ||Thank you QT Perth 🙏

Hotel property was good and the location was also convenient, considering the distance to nearby tourist places. But the service lacked big time, considering they claim themselves to be a five star hotel. The people they really need to get out and feel what a five star Service looks like.

I really enjoyed our quick stay. One night with a special $40 credit towards food. Beautiful big bathtub. I love the decor in the room. The light fittings are super funky. The music in the entrance is super funky and the bar upstairs is lovely. Albeit a bit expensive. Fabulous location for easy walking to everything.

After a 17-hour flight from Paris, I had a quick overnight stop in Perth before heading back to Sydney, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot than QT Perth.||From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding, with a special shoutout to Nira at the front desk. She was warm, personable, and genuinely caring, the kind of hospitality that makes a lasting impression. Not only did she organise an early check-in (an absolute lifesaver after a long-haul flight), but when she realised the Executive room I’d booked didn’t have a bath, she suggested moving me to a different room so I could enjoy a proper soak. That thoughtfulness made all the difference. Nira went above and beyond and even gave me some additional perks and personal touches. ||Room 1204, located on the 12th floor, had a fantastic view over the city, a spacious King bed, and that signature QT bathroom. Stylish, well-appointed, and featuring a deep-soaking bathtub that hit the spot. QT really does do bathrooms exceptionally well.||I had breakfast at Santini, which offered a calm and refined setting and some top-notch food to start the day right. The rooftop bar is always a vibe, perfect for a sunset drink or two.||While the hotel itself delivers on all fronts with great value, luxe design, and comfort, what truly set this stay apart was the service. Nira is an absolute asset to the team. Bubbly, genuine, and so clearly passionate about her role. The next morning, she greeted me with the same energy, asking if I’d had a good sleep and making sure everything was spot on. It’s that level of care that brings people back, and I definitely will be.||I’ve stayed in hotels nearly twice the price and the service didn’t come close. Hats off to the team and especially to Nira.

We had a 3 city break at QT. Here’s what we really liked. Location, Room, coffee machine, Bang & Olufsen speaker, the lighting throughout, fixtures and fittings, bed & pillows, roof top bar, staff; especially Nira on the front desk, Santini for the best eggs Benedict and the price. Last time we stayed in Perth we chose a very expensive city hotel. QT was much better. Better atmosphere, better prices, better food, friendly vibrant staff. QT is Better.

My wife and I stayed there this weekend for our 40th wedding anniversary and what a wonderful experience. From the front desk service to the room decor and service in the rooftop bar was excellent. Then the breakfast service was also superb. We have already highly recommended the QT to family and friends. Thank you for an enjoyable stay much appreciated.

Loved the location, staff were amazing. Rooms very nice apart from not much room for luggage or benches to place items. The lighting was so confusing however & after a week we still had not worked it out. Bathroom mirror was so far behind the vanity it made it difficult for shaving or applying makeup.minibar so stocked there was no room to place own items in fridge (we did remove items ) would stay again just for the location.
