I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my partner. The toilets here are really nice! If I’m being picky, maybe if there were extra perks like later check out times or bar vouchers but other than that, really enjoyed my stay here

Lovely room and bathroom. Comfy bed, nice rooftop bar that we went to for one drink. Check in and out was super easy. 10 minute walk from barrack Street jetty where we needed to be in the morning so location was perfect for us

Stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. The congratulatory bottle of sparkling was a lovely gesture but aside from that, we felt that the hotel left a lot to be desired. The fixtures and design of the hotel are stunning, but it’s unfortunately evident that whoever planned it didn’t have the customer experience in mind. There is no dedicated space for luggage and the bathroom mirror placement and lighting made getting ready for the day difficult. This is the first hotel we’ve encountered across 3 continents that doesn’t provide free bottled water and slippers. Although this is a minor gripe, those amenities are expected from a hotel of this calibre. Breakfast options are extremely limited and in small portion. Instead of pancakes, you’re served a singular pancake and you need to pay extra if you’d like bacon with your eggs. I’m not sure what the point of holding us up to sign the receipt of an included breakfast was, but it felt unnecessary. The receipt said the cost of 2x Eggs Benny, 2x small coffees and an orange juice would have been $78, so quite expensive if not included in your room rate too. Lastly, the service was cold and uninviting. The welcome cocktails supposedly included in our package were never offered. To top it off, our experience was further soured after we left when the front desk called us to accuse us of stealing shower gel that is bolted to the wall(??!) It was certainly still in the room when we left so I’m not sure what happened and can only assume miscommunication from housekeeping.

Great Rooftop Bar with amazing views of the city. Great service, but the food was average. Cocktails - lots of options DJ was playing tonight, so Great vibes and music. After the sunset you get to see the beautiful city nights

Nira, Thank you many times for the excellent SERVICE at check in. If the Hotel is 5* you were a 10+. |Ok seriously, this is one of the better of the CBD hotels and the peace and quiet belay's it's location. Train & Bus very handy so trip from airport would mean about a 500m walk. Here you are a simple 10min walk from Elizabeth Quay & Barrack st wharf ferries.

The rooms are beautiful, top quality Kevin Murphy amenities. We had the lovely Nira take care of us and her customer service was beyond amazing. We had accidentally booked our stay for wrong night but she was able to change our booking without any issues.

Check in experience was terrible. We waited for a good 40 minutes to get our room although we pre booked on line. Nothing explained and issues with inclusions. The room itself was not up to scratch. The bathroom had no privacy nor did it had ventilation. It’s the first hotel room I actually hated going back too. Was cramped and not fit for purpose. Love QT but won’t be staying at this venue ever again. We only learned they had a gym on last day and was complete disaster. Don’t think I will do a QT hotel again which is a shame as they are really a good bring hotel and shame this Perth venue let them down. The food was terrible and over priced rooms average and service lacking. Won’t be staying here again and look for other options as roof top bar really not impressive as filled with plastic pants

My partner and I have stayed at the QT twice this year, and it has quickly become our favorite staycation spot. The hotel’s central location makes it perfect for exploring, and the staff are consistently fantastic. For my 21st birthday, we called ahead, and the restaurant was more than happy to accommodate our dietary requirements. The rooms are always spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
