My experience could have been much better had the spa not been under construction. I tried calling to book an appointment two days in advance, but no one answered. I attempted again the day of, even before arriving at the hotel, and still couldn’t get through. It wasn’t until I reached my room that I was finally able to speak with someone. They did let me know about the construction, but I wasn’t expecting my massage to take place in a random hotel room. While I was still grateful to receive both a massage and facial, I had booked the 100-minute package, and I did not think I received the full time—unless that included walking to the room and getting dressed, which felt rushed. The entire experience felt hurried. The massage therapist was kind and professional, but considering the price point, it didn’t feel like a good value. I would recommend waiting until the spa renovations are complete or considering another location. A major part of what you're paying for is the full spa experience—access to amenities and a relaxing atmosphere—which simply wasn’t available. I didn’t even have access to basic essentials like a hairbrush after the treatment.

Wanted to spend an entire spa day for two as locals. We normally go towards the luxury hotels and their spas but decided to give Qua a try since we love water therapy. We called on Friday night at 5:45pm and was on hold for 10min before they cut the line and said sorry we are not open…(5min before they close at 6pm apparently.. couldn’t even transfer us to concierge reservation line). Called the encore and they answered immediately and were super accommodating. Prices were nearly identical between the two and I rather go to a place where my business is appreciated. Looking forward to my day at encore spa! Best customer service in town.

Google
I was able to pay for a spa pass for the amenities for myself and my husband with points, which was great. The baths are nice. Not as nice as a Korean Spa like King Spa in New Jersey, and three times as expensive for only three hours, but nice. I think the thing that was the most interesting to me is how you can see how things are (literally) fraying around the edges. The carpet is fraying in some spots. Wires hanging from the ceiling in the cold room. Wires and dust hanging from the ceiling in the main bathing area if you look up while you are on a heated bed. That being said, I had a cold plunge and then hung out in the warm water for a bit. Took a nap on one of the heated beds. Wished they had a truly hot hot tub. But had a nice time and it was very relaxing.

What a great way to spend the day relaxing. I had a wonderful time here, the Roman baths were probably my favorite and also my massage w Shanna. She was perfect! She listened to my desires and accommodated my level of pressure perfectly. If I lived in Vegas, I would be there monthly. Thank yall!

Google
A great alternative to having services would be the day pass option…I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tubs, cold plunge, and steam/sauna rooms! The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming!! I noticed the facility/maintenance does need quite a bit of attention, (mold/rust/corrosion) hopefully the Spa gets a refresh or “facelift” in the near future. Aside from this concern, a great Spa experience!

Google
Very relaxing. A perfect place to have a relaxing day. We enjoyed their ice room and steam room very much. There's refreshments available by the lounge. Less stars for the lady in the front. She wasn't very friendly nor welcoming. And also for the price, I think it's pricey for what you get. I'd still recommend it for maybe like for a special gift or occasion.

Google
I'm a big fan of Qua, and love everything from the hot / cold contrast pools to the arctic 'snow' room. But what really compelled me to leave this review was to shout out Tiffany, who is such an incredibly talented masseuse. 10/10 recommend!

Google
I loved this place! I'm not a big spa person but wanted to relax after a long week of work and touring so decided to splurge on just the Roman rituals day pass. I went around 8:30 am on a Friday and had the place to myself most of the time. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, an assortment of healthy snacks, drinks, teas and coffee. Loved the cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam room (can be a lot at it's peak), and my favourite was the artic snow room which was very refreshing (maybe it's because I'm Canadian). The lanconium beds were so relaxing beside the hot tubs and skylight. Even the showers were awesome. I easily spent two hours and could have stayed much longer but had to catch a flight.

Yelp
I've frequented Vegas several times a year for the past 10 years. I wish I would have discovered Qua years ago. VIP experience and relaxing, the service was amazing and a great way to start (or finish up) your day. I facility is 5 star and the deep tissue massage was everything I could have expected. Somewhat pricey, but I'd say that I'd rather spend a couple hundred here vs. in a machine or at the tables. Located on the 2nd floor of the Augustus tower at Caesar's. Included with the massage, use of the facilities: pool hot tub and sauna. Very relaxing, starting off the day was a great decision. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
I have been to qua many years ago and remember being impressed by it. Since I was staying at the hotel, I figured I'd try it again. The facilities seem to be the same, with the exception of the cold room, which doesn't have the ability to "snow" anymore. I still enjoyed it. There really isn't a super comfortable room to relax in. The room that has chairs is very bright. I appreciate the different areas for sauna, steam and cold, as well as, the many showers and restrooms. The shower, however, had a big wad of hair in the drain. They do have refreshments which are nice. I can't give this spa a higher rating for a few reasons. My service was good, but he didn't concentrate on the areas I asked him to. I'm not sure why they ask if they are just going to do what they want. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. Another thing that was very annoying was one of the spa attendants at the end. She was in the locker room, opening and slamming shut all of the lockers and getting super close to you while doing it. When I sat down to check my phone in the locker room, she leaned down in my face to say that the policy is no cell phones. I said, but there is literally no one in here but me. She said it didn't matter. I could understand if there were nude ladies in there or if I was having a conversation, but yeah.... That really irritated me. I'm not sure why she's in there getting into our personal space while we are changing. She was a bull in a China shop. I don't need this type of person around me while I'm trying to relax, especially after dropping that type of money. No thanks Qua.

Yelp
Some girlfriends and I spent $75 for a three hour spa pass. This is the first time I have ever done something like this. I don't feel there was a lot of variety to suit my needs or wishes, but it was overall a fairly nice experience. I really enjoyed the heated loungers, but spending $75 to sit on them seems like a bit much. Plus, there were only five of them available, so they weren't always accessible to us. I think I may have enjoyed the facility more had I purchased a service and taken advantage of the free use of the facility after.

Yelp
You can just tell this place is super well run. They have everything down to a T. The pools and experiential shower were really impressive, you can tell they went all out building it. The food and beverage selection was pretty good. They had coffee, tea, and sparkling water, I forget the snacks but definitely fruit and probably nuts and something else. As for the service requested; I just came to use the amenities, but would return for a treatment next time I'm at Ceasars!

Yelp
Could not recommend Qua enough! I made an appointment for a same day massage and they were able to squeeze me in at 5pm. They let me know that the spa closes at 6pm and recommended I come before my massage to utilize the amenities. I came at 3:30 and wish I came even earlier because there really is a lot to do here. There are 3 pools in the Roman bath area (cold plunge, hot tub, warm tub). There's a second hot tub in a different area of the spa. And there's a sauna, steam room and an arctic ice room. I loved the arctic ice room! It's like doing a cold plunge without as much pain. There are also showers, restrooms and a lounge area with drinks and snacks. My masseuse was Holly and she was amazing! Truly one of the best massages I've had in a while. She could tell that my hips were tight just from watching me walk from the lounge to the massage room. We talked during the whole massage. She's an ultra marathoner (so impressive) and we talked about running and how to properly heal your body as a runner. I usually prefer silence and relaxation during a massage but we had a really great conversation for the entire time. The only thing that could be seen as misleading is that the spa automatically applies a 20% service charge to the service. No one explained to me that the 20% covers for the gratuity to the masseuse and the staff. Apparently of the 20%, 17% goes to the masseuse and 3% goes to the rest of the attendants and staff. When you're paying, they show the service charge but also have an area for gratuities. If I hadn't asked, I don't think it was clear to me that the gratuity was included in the service charge. I ended up giving additional gratuity because Holly was so great but just something to be aware of when you come to visit.

Yelp
This place is a shell of what it used to be. The customer service is abysmal and you can never get anyone on the phone to make a reservation.

Yelp
Had an amazing CBD massage and added stretching, well worth the add. Clothing optional since there's a ladies side and a mens. Relaxation and hydration! The ice room was amazing. First time in one. I loved laying on the cool bench.

Yelp
For me; it's all about the service. When my husband and I tried to find the fitness center, we went to the desk at the spa to ask for directions. The clerk behind the desk was so rude, barely looking at us and pointing to where we need to go. I was thinking of going to this place while in Vegas but not anymore. Service is everything.

Matt P.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This used to be a premier spa but they have run into the ground. The facilities are dated, hot tub, steam, ice room and shaving room all out of service. Terrible front desk and spa manager on duty today. Awana spa is far superior. Avoid Qua at all costs.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this spa. It is clean, and except for the herbal steam room being closed for maintenance, it was nicely maintained. The staff is hit/miss...some so very nice and others kind rude. That is largely a management challenge. I liked that towels and waters were available everywhere. The spa was visually beautiful, it smelled nice, and the waters were all good temperatures. The entrance set a good vibe...I took some photos. Photos aren't allowed in the spa area as it is clothing optional.
google avatar

Chewie N.

Yelp
I'll give 5stars to the spa attendees. They do such an amazing job keeping everything looking fresh and well stocked. I know some of their job is to walk around largely unseen so guests can enjoy their treatments and the facilities. I couldn't help but notice what a great job they did and wanted to give them some attention and appreciation. I really enjoyed my visit bc of them.

Yelp
An absolutely beautiful spa. I don't think I could visit Vegas again without making Qua part of my trip. My only con which was kind of a big one... is that when making the reservation there was no clarification on wether swimsuits are necessary. I didn't think to take one, and being nude was an option so I went for it. The judgemental looks and whispering made by women that choose to dress about those that chose to be nude was uncomfortable. So getting out of one Roman bath to go into another was like the walk of shame.

Yelp
Facility: This was a bit underwhelming for all the rave reviews - still nice compared to an average spa but you're paying a pretty penny for it and not everything was functioning properly, nor did they tell me upon checking in. I chose this spa primarily for the snow room they have and it was not functioning. They didn't mention anything to me when showing me around, so I thought I didn't know how to use it and finally asked them - they promptly told me it wasn't working. They should mention that upon check in OR booking OR the tour when you arrive considering it's one of their main stand out features. Other spas generally tell you if something isn't working when giving you a tour, not this one. Facial: Before you even leave the room they leave the bill out for you to sign and tip. I've not experienced this, usually upon checking out of the facility and paying, I tip. Or they charge you pre treatment. They also automatically include a tip they disguise as another type of fee (I forget what they called it). I'm a great tipper but this left a sour taste in my mouth. It also kills a bit of the ambience and relaxing feeling you have after a treatment when they ask for your payment before even leaving the treatment room. I went during a random weekday so didn't experience the loud groups of people or anything like that some people have mentioned. It was a pretty calm ambience for me. I would not return here. They are not transparent. Too many other good spa options with everything clean, functional, and don't feel like they try to bamboozle you. I went last year and never posted this, not sure if anything has changed

Yelp
Easy same day reservations online. Booked two hot stone 80 min massages however our Uber dropped us off at the other end of the Forum Shops. Ask Uber to drop you off at the Augusta's Caesar's entrance and it's right there. We didn't get the spa tour so we had to figure out the amenities. There's the Roman baths, spa, saunas and steam rooms. The shower and seating areas are nice and appear clean. This 5 star review is for my massage therapist, Amy. She is Qua's best kept secret and I would have paid double for her services. She really took care in my 80 min hot stone session. From head to toe, she worked my sore muscles and for me, best massage all year. No photos to share, as cell phones are not allowed in the facility. Which is fine because clothes are optional. Also, 20% service fee is added to your spa service. Amy was worth it and more.

Yelp
I've been wanting to go here for years and finally decided to go for it. The layout was a bit odd. There was one room with three different tubs and the warming chairs. To get to the area with the other tub and the steam rooms and cold room, you had to walk past the lobby, past the locker room, past the tea and snack room, past the shower and bathroom stalls, and then you were finally there. If you like to do a cold bath and then dry sauna, no luck doing so without walking awhile. My favorite part was the wet steam room. It had a nice rain shower inside. However, sometimes the steam blew out so much that I felt like my skin was going to burn. Given that they don't allow electronic devices and the clocks are very hard to read, a handheld timer would have been appreciated. I had a hard time enjoying myself because I was paranoid about being late for my service. I had a massage and facial. They were ok but I've had much better elsewhere for much lower prices. If I had to do it again, I would try a different spa or just pay to access the facility without a formal service.

Yelp
Came here because we were staying at Caesars Augustus Tower, and so it was very convenient! Made a reservation for an afternoon massage, which also included access to the 3hr spa. When I got in, I was given a robe, slippers, and a locker. The staff who gave me the robe and slippers, also gave me a quick tour. She was extremely friendly! There was a waiting room for relaxation or for you to be called if you were getting a massage or other services. There was also a beverage and snack bar which included juices, tea, coffee, water, fruits, pretzels, etc. I had a wonderful time in all the different spa rooms. I wish the arctic room was colder and had more "snow". The roman baths were really fun, and I really enjoyed that. It was my favorite! Towards the end of the day, I basically had the whole place to myself! It was so nice! There were nice showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. In the vanity room, there were hair blow dryers, hair curlers, body lotion, and certain toiletries. What I did NOT enjoy was my massage. It started out good the first 5 minutes. After that, she started talking to me nonstop. I understand the masseuse was trying to be friendly, but she then started pausing and just rubbing me instead of actually massaging me. I couldn't even relax. It was horrible. This really ruined it for me, considering this massage was not cheap.

Yelp
Spa goers....This is a high quality spa that will rival the best of in Hawaii. Been going 3x year for YEARS. The water features are what make this spa amazing. Rectangle jacuzzi, warm bubbly, cold plunge, large rain shower, steam, sauna, round jacuzzi, and arctic room! The massages are great. Improvements could be: the comfort of the sheets and tables, the hair dryers (every time I've been they blow out hot air with no velocity), and the iced tea is gross. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
A big disappointment from the extremely unfriendly check in staff to the fact the faculties are in need of a renovation. The relaxing tea room was so basic from the chairs to bagged pretzels , green oranges and bagged tea . Bottles room temp water was everywhere which was not eco friendly vs cold lemon water . Most disappointing was the over priced services where they present you with a bill in the treatment room after your service to sign and point out the 18% service fee is not their tip!! This is unacceptable especially since you already have your payment at check in ! Overpriced and just basic and needing a makeover for a bunch of dip pools .

Yelp
I recently visited Qua spa at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the overall ambiance was relaxing and the services were satisfactory, there were a few areas where I felt the spa could improve. Firstly, I was disappointed by the herbal room, which was advertised as having a strong eucalyptus scent. Unfortunately, the scent was barely noticeable and it felt more like a regular steam room than an herbal one. I had been looking forward to the aromatherapy experience, so this was definitely a letdown. Secondly, I found that the robe warmer near the Roman spa was broken during my visit. While this may seem like a minor issue, it was a bit of a nuisance as I prefer to put on a warm robe after a spa treatment. The snow maker in the cold room was also not working during my visit, which was a bit disappointing as it was one of the features that initially attracted me to the spa. While the cold room itself was still a unique and refreshing experience, the absence of the snow maker detracted from the overall effect. Additionally, I found the selection of snacks to be underwhelming. The only options available were pretzels and oranges, which seemed a bit lacking considering the amount of money I spent on the services and amenities. I would have appreciated a wider range of snacks like a granola bar. I didn't feel like an orange I had to peel myself was luxury considering my experience at Resort World, where someone offers a selection of complimentary cut fruit that they bring out to you while you're enjoying the amenities. Finally, while the spa was generally well-maintained and clean, I couldn't help but feel that some updates or upgrades could have been made during the pandemic. As newer spas like Resort World continue to offer more modern and luxurious amenities, it would be great to see Qua spa keeping up with the times and offering the latest and greatest features to its customers. Overall, Qua spa at Caesars Palace is a decent option for a spa day in Las Vegas, but there is certainly room for improvement in certain areas. With a few updates and tweaks, it could easily become a top contender among the city's luxury spas.

Nina P.

Yelp
This 5 star rating is only for the actual massage and the therapist on my day of appointment. Danielle was welcoming and calming the moment I met her. She asked me questions in order for her to treat the areas that I need most massage time for. She was so professional at the same time being very warm and caring. Her massage technique was exactly what I was looking for; calming and relaxing while relieving some individual areas of my body. I can't recommend her enough and will definitely book with her again. That being said, the spa itself needs some uplifing as wear and tear are beginning to show. The attendants were helpful and professional but the physical common areas are very worn.

Yelp
A++ experience that I will definitely be doing again when I return to Vegas. For $65 dollars (Caesar's guest) you get over 3 hours of amazing pampering and amenities. There are a few pro tips I wish I would have known before going so I will share those with you! First- They will give you flip flops so no worries about bringing your own. You can certainly use your own, but they are provided. You also get a robe and a locker. What I wish I had known was that I could bring a hard copy book to read and any "spa" products that you want (e.g., think under eye pads, a mask)--all things that you might want to put on and let sit while you relax by the roman baths. The baths are amazing! I personally loved the waterfall in the main room, but also the more private bath by the saunas was also fabulous. The heated chairs are super luxurious and were where I spent the majority of my time just reading. Water, coffee, juices, pretzels, tea, iced tea... all available and as much as you want during your stay. Take full advantage! In the tea room is a journal-- I highly recommend that you read it and take some time to contribute--no spoilers, but it is utterly inspirational. Showers are available as well as a "bathroom" with curling irons, blow dryers, straighteners...you name it it's there. No one was timing me to get out of there right at the 3 hour mark so I took a little extra time to curl my hair! All of the employees were wonderful and were constantly refreshing everything. Be aware this is clothing optional, but everyone is very respectful and discreet. This is a top notch spa and I highly highly recommend.

Yelp
I visited Qua Bath and Spas today. I would give the facility 4 stars - the 'Snow Room' wasn't functioning and females can't access the laconium unless you are part of a couple's massage or have a male masseuse. The reason for 5 stars was my treatment and masseuse. I had the Mohave Rain treatment and it was amazing. I want to acknowledge my wonderful masseuse, Lauren. If you have the chance, please ask for her!!

Yelp
Let me first start by saying that two people were great today that were the best part of this frustrating and disappointing experience. Sunny in the men's spa was super helpful and Jeff the masseur was excellent. If my review were just based on my experience with these two members of the Qua Baths & Spa staff, my review would be 5 stars. Without them, my review would have been 1 star. However, today's day of relaxation and being stress free was far from that. I planned a group of friends to spend the afternoon with me as a birthday celebration. I made reservations, checked into details, and communicated with Qua Baths & Spa multiple times, including the two days prior to today. When we arrived and checked in, we were told as a by the way, the Roman baths were closed. This was articulated in a way that should be no big deal to me and my group, when it was exactly the opposite. I was so upset and frustrated by this as I planned a group event here and my friends traveled and took off work. I even booked a room at the hotel for a meeting place and set up reservations for dinner based on this experience. Not knowing what to do, I expressed my frustration with this situation and the lack of communication. This is the essence of the business and they had multiple opportunities to communicate the issue, as we were told it had been closed 3-4 days. With everyone there, we went ahead and accepted the discount we were offered of 15% off, which was to the point of being insulting. I was told I would receive that discount on my service, which didn't happen on my final bill. If I had been informed prior to today of the Roman baths being closed, I would have canceled the event. All of the other areas were varying degrees of heat, with the Arctic room not being as cold as my living room at 73. The amenities absolutely did not meet our expectations. My frustration of the spa issue and lack of communication (as well as the woman who checked us in and blew off the issue), ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday with my friends. I was so disappointed that they traveled and took off work for a broke down spa day that I canceled dinner and simply went home. This trip to Qua Baths & Spa was absolutely not worth the money spent or experience.

Yelp
Second time coming here. Massage was 5/5. But the amenities could use some work 3/5! The steam room seams to create steam solely by a shower head of hot water in the middle, no steam chutes like other places. The artic room also only a cold room with a bowl of ice?... umm okay. Local massage prices are decent so I'll give them that, they include 20% gratuity. I enjoy the Roman spa, love a cold plunge so I may return for those reasons. The spa is separated by gender and you may see a naked person here and there. Overall I might try others before returning here for a third them =\

Yelp
Had a fantastic massage with Raven this weekend. Very personable and has great technique. It's always hard going to a new place cause you never know what kind of masseuse you're going to get, but I highly recommend her! Got to use the spas for a few hours afterwards which was included in the price of the massage. I balked at the price a little but it's in Cesar's on the Vegas Strip, you're gonna pay a premium, but that being said I thought it was worth it. They do automatically add a 20% service charge and part of that goes toward your technicians tip, just something to keep in mind. The whole experience was very relaxing and they even had my favorite kind of tea to sip on while I was waiting for my massage to start! I found my new favorite way to end a Vegas trip!

Yelp
The spa at Caesar's has lost its way. I've been a frequent visitor to Vegas always staying at Caesars and always using the spa day pass. This most recent visit, was my first time back since 2020. The hottest of the hot tubs was barely body temperature. There was zero power with the jets. The hot, hot tub was always more than 100 degrees and the jets were just perfect. Power was great for people with bad backs, sore muscles and for the simple relaxation of the water massage. The wonderful water fall in the main bath area is no longer, it's always recommended to get a good rinse before and after using the hot water baths. Moving on to the steam room. Just a trickle of steam, and with the continuous flow of people in and out, it simply just never got hot enough and steamy enough to do the job. I was later told by staff, that the main steam room has not been working properly. This steam room on all my previous visits was amazing and good steam room was hot hot hot and full of steam, not any more. They have taken away the selection of juices leaving just water coffee and tea. No longer are you able to get a "day" pass and use it for the day. I would go in the morning and late afternoon. Now it's a 3 hour pass. Once your in, your in. Let's talk price. Just under $100 That's $30 an hour I do, get a discounted price based on my players card status, it's still not worth it The spa needs a deep cleaning. The attention to detail is lacking. The spa staff have always been and continue to be professional, kind and helpful. As I was there for less than an hour I cannot speak to the quality of the dry heat room or the cold room This being said unfortunately I will not be using the spa service at Caesar's again

Catherine M.

Yelp
My favorite spa experience in Las Vegas! I love the Roman bath, the vibe is great, service is attentive. Came with a friend now I visit every time I go to Vegas.

Yelp
It's a beautiful spa with not very good customer service. The girls inside the spa are great but when you call to book an appointment they aren't very helpful and seemed really annoyed when I asked questions. I called because there isn't any information about pricing or what to expect on their website so a lot is super unclear. I also had issues booking a couples massage as it didn't offer it online. I will provide as much of what I know from my experience. This is a gender separate facility there is one lounge area you can hang out that is co-ed but it's just a small enclosed room, nothing special. When you arrive they will provide you with a locker, robes and slippers. I had to request an XS small robe because the one in my locker was a large and way too big for me. The lockers are very skinny but tall so try to avoid bringing in more than what you need. They have restrooms, showers, towels, soaps, body lotion, mouthwash and blow dryer. If you need more than that then bring it. For refreshments they had a horrible ice tea not sure what it was but it wasn't good, water, a variety of tea bags for hot tea, coffee, small canned refreshments such as cranberry juice and apple juice, and bag of pretzels! Ok so for $200 a massage I think they can do better than pretzels like I would even settled for a tiny Ghirardelli chocolate rather than a bag of pretzels. It cheapened the experience imo. They have a warm spa, hot spa, and ice cold spa. They also have a steam room, dry sauna and ice room. The Ice room was actually pretty cool because small bubbles that look like snowflakes drop from the ceiling and it's just super cute. You can arrive 3 hours prior to your massage time to enjoy the spa or use it after your massage but they close at 5 on weekdays so time it right and make time to enjoy the actual spa area. Most of my time was spent in privacy with the occasional one other person in the spa or steam room. So that part was really nice. My appt was on a Thursday at 3:30p and I arrived to the spa around 2pm to enjoy the facility and I was able to spend the last 30 minutes to jump in the steam room for a few minutes rinse off and get dressed.

Yelp
I have been coming here for years and am surprised I never wrote a review before. Had I reviewed it years ago, it would have been 5 star, but I have seen changes over the years. First, I always bought a day pass, which was a great way to spend a day relaxing in all the pools, the saunas and steam rooms. Now you can only buy a pass for 3 hours at $90. Super disappointing for me as 3 hours is barely time to chill out. The room I always enjoyed has 3 tubs. One very hot, one very cold and one room temperature. The room temperature one was nice as it is shallow and comfortable. It was broken this trip. They should have mentioned it before I entered as I very well would have changed my mind about spending time there. Part is my next issue is probably more guests. Have people forgotten how to clean up after themselves? There are bins everywhere for towels, but people leave them on the seats, in the saunas, etc. Yes, there is staff, but it wouldn't hurt to pick up after yourself so the next guest can use the bench. Overall I am sad things have changed as it was always a day I looked forward to and getting away from gambling.

Yelp
Qua Baths and Spa is a nice spa in Caesar's Palace for a relaxing afternoon. Pros: -large variety of spa services offered with good availability and online booking -you pay before entering so when you're done you can just leave -nice variety of facilities like Roman baths, saunas, hot tubs, an arctic ice room, and a relaxation lounge -clean facility -cold water and eucalyptus towels in several areas -light snacks, water, hot tea, iced tea, and coffee offered Cons: -three hour limit on use of facilities (service time pauses the clock) -located in hotel tower, it's a long walk from self park and valet -crowded, making it less zen than quiet spas For this visit I booked a hot stone massage. It was an okay service, but lacked the attention most high end spas give. My massage therapist was loud as she clanked around the room and walked away from the table quite a few times. A mask was required the entire time, not just for the face up portion. Every other spa I've been to since Covid allows masks off when face down. Lastly, consider the Raiders schedule when booking. My parking was $30 because of the game and it took me a long time in traffic to leave the garage. Caesar's can't be bothered to station a single employee at the exit to help with exiting traffic. I'm not sure what they are offering in exchange for the $30 if it's not a single employee to help the people holding up traffic. No amount of honking by all of us drew an employee either. I can forgive the $30 parking, but I can't forgive unnecessary lines after paying $30. Overall, I'd consider returning to Qua Spa. It's not my favorite, but it's a solid option if you are a Caesar's guest.

Yelp
Omg . I took my sister to Las Vegas for her 50th birthday and we did the 3 hr spa pass. We did the Roman Baths which were great. The waters were just right. We loved the hot bath one considering we were sore from all the walking we had done previous. Those waters against your lower back , feet , neck and shoulders are a wonderful welcome delight. We also did the hot sauna and the arctic room which are both an experience of they own . We got light snacks and beverages as well. We loved the robe and slippers as well. This was a very nice experience and well worth the monies . I will definitely be back .

Yelp
A friend and fellow Yelper is a big fan of the spa here at Caesar's and he did not steer me wrong! We had some time to kill in Vegas until our flight that evening back home and there were no late checkout options available for us due to how busy the town gets on the weekends and he suggested a day pass for the spa at Qua. He treated so I don't know the cost, but it was certainly worth the price, whatever it was! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating; if there's something you need and don't see, just ask. The lounge area was stocked with water, oranges, and pretzels (a bit surprised by that last one, given the total lack of any nutritional value in a pretzel), but pineapple juice was available upon request. The dry and wet saunas were great, and the arctic room was great to cool down in as well. I also liked the numerous options for hot tubs, and the heated chairs were a nice touch, if a bit uncomfortable for your head and neck. Phones aren't allowed in the spa as it's clothing optional, so I couldn't provide you all with any pictures, but know that it's amazing!

Yelp
This place is a joke! Save your money and hit up Juju in Henderson at Juju's massage. Brianna is the manager we dealt with (heavy set red head & who looked like she rolled outta bed with eye mocos still intact) needs more customer service training and needs to teach front end staff to communicate policies upon booking versus when you're there. Was literally 5 minutes late and they tried to tax another $35 onto an already overpriced massage. It wouldn't have been a thing had I been informed PRIOR but that wasn't the case.

Yelp
I recently returned here a couple of weeks ago. My second time at Qua since my last visit about 10 months ago. As with my first visit, I was fully impressed with the facilities. The spa is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind from the craziness of the Vegas strip. Everything very clean and in great working condition. Always plenty of clean towels and cold hand cloths as well as water and other refreshments. Fantastic showers in the locker room along with all the toiletries a guy needs. I can't say enough about the staff. Courteous, friendly and very attentive to all your needs. The price may seem a little high for non hotel guests but definitely worth it. Hope to visit this spa whenever I'm back in Vegas!

Yelp
This was my first time booking a pedicure and eyebrow wax here. Using the Qua Spa online booking system, I was under the impression that I was booking these services at the Qua Spa and that they would include spa access. Upon arrival, we found out that the services are provided at COLOR SALON BY MICHAEL BOYCHUCK, which is a separate business from the spa. I was disappointed by this but still had a good experience. It would be very helpful if the Qua Spa website made it obvious that salon services are in a separate venue and do not include spa access. In addition, the booking site doesn't include that the salon opens 1-hour later (10 am) than the spa on weekdays.

Yelp
I came in for a massage at Qua and my masseuse, Telly, was one of the best I've ever had. She was so attentive, observant and really helped me not only relax but feel better by relieving stress. I would 100% come back even if just for her. That said, the baths section was really nice. Different temperature baths, a freaking robe sauna to keep your robe warm for your use, a few different types of saunas, and a really nice finish out. I spent my full 3 hours in the spa surrounding my massage and enjoyed all the tea, random conversations with strangers and different experiences throughout the venue

Yelp
Highly recommend this spa. Worth every dollar. Bring a bathing suit if you want to soak in the Roman Bath. I will definitely go back when in Vegas.

Yelp
First let me start by saying this was t my first visit to the spa here at Caesar's Palace. Prior to Covid, I had been several times and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The ALL DAY pass was only $60 and the amenities were tip top shape. Fast forward to Feb. 2023 and you now pay $135 for a 3 hour pass. Don't get me wrong - I don't mind the time limit as it keeps down on overcrowding. Here's where the issue begins: 1. NOTHING has been upgraded. In fact, it's worn down. The steam room (which use to be my favorite part) only works sometimes. The steam blows and blows and blows until you physically cannot stand to be in there for fear of scalding your skin. Then, boom- it's just doesn't work at all. 2. The polar room, which use to snow inside, now only blows cold air and has water leaks coming from the ceiling. Looks worn down inside as well. 3. The warming chairs in the lounge by the Roman baths are hit or miss. The one I attempted to sit in was shaking loose from the ground. The one my friend was in wouldn't heat up. 4. The jets on the arctic pool were not functioning at all. Lastly, the blow dryers they provide for the guest to use barely work. Even with the setting in high, it took 45 minutes to dry my hair ( which is only shoulder length) Overall this experience was very, very disappointing and when I attempted to speak to someone about the conditions of the facility I was met with attitude and rudeness. Her only comment was it's the best they can do. I'd hate to see their worse! So disappointed! I would never go back to this place or suggest it to any of my friends. You go to a spa to relax. This was not the level of service or quality you expect from Caesar's Palace. No phones allowed- so no pics sorry

Yelp
Very confused with the bad reviews here.. People are crybabies. I happened to have had a lovely refreshing time at this spa and enjoyed all four of their hot tubs. My favorite one is the Roman Bath.. My year started out TERRIBLE ALREADY!!!!! I received DISGUSTING, HORRIFYING, UPSETTING NEWS this week and I have had enough of the non-stop stress pilling up in my life. I decided to come here and have a CBD massage from Rebecca and you know what, I felt amazing afterwards. I suffer from back pain and this is a good one to go with for that issue. She was very gentle and had a calming soothing voice. I made my appointment at the desk right when I walked in. It was a Thursday morning so it was not too crazy nor booked up. I came at about 10am. This spa has got you covered. If you do not have a bathing suit, they have a disposable bikini. However, please be advised that the bikini bottoms look like bloomers. Just bring your own or go to H&M at the Forum Shoppes downstairs and buy a cheap bathing suit there or go au naturale... There is also razors, toothbrushes, a nice vanity area to get ready afterwards, hair dryer, flat iron, curling iron, brushes, lotion, hair gel, wash cloths. The lockers are simple to use it's the one with the keypad. There is one dressing room next door to the lockers. There is also a lovely Eucalyptus steam room, Dry Sauna,(ice towels available) Arctic room, Tea Lounge with a variety of delicious selections of tea (my personal favorite is Jasmine..) They had pretzels and oranges for snacks on the day that I went. The iced tea is very delicious, they don't use that "Lipton" junk. It sort of reminds me of the Iced Tea they serve at Neiman Marcus cafe. Also have juices such as: Apple, Orange, Pineapple. Water, Coffee.. Beautiful relaxing spa music is playing or complete silence just how I like it! The rain shower in the Roman Baths is fun to stand under and it's nice to just hear it going off. You have to turn it on every 15 mins. The only thing I don't like about this place is the 3 hour limit! I am paying $200+ for a massage and you are telling me when I have to leave? Luckily nobody threw me out and I didn't feel rushed at all. I think that rule is very stupid!!! Other spas let you come and go as you please with all day access. This one should be no different but honestly this spa was gorgeous and beautiful and so relaxing! I will definitely be returning here again. I had a nice experience with everyone who works here and enjoyed myself very much. Thank you to everyone at Qua spa for helping me feel relaxed and taken care of!!!! Nothing better than leaving a spa after a long horrible week! Leaving the spa set the tone for the rest of my week. Feeling optimistic and hopeful for the future.... :) There was a beautiful journal in the tea lounge where people can write stuff that was on their mind and it was just full of so many beautiful, uplifting words. It almost made me cry.. There's also gorgeous healing crystals everywhere around the spa..

Yelp
This used to be my go-to spa in Vegas. I would fly in, spend time at the spa, grab dinner, and fly back home. Recently, it has gone downhill. From the front desk to the attendants, it is all attitudes. They used to have the best snacks and service. They changed our appointment time and did not even bother to call us. Offering 15% off, which never got applied. They should be ashamed. Lastly, several amenities were broken or closed; again, we needed to be informed. The place needs an overhaul. You would think that they would do so during COVID. For the thousand dollars we spent, it could have been amazing. Consider a different spa on your next visit. This place is below par. In all honesty, it is not worth the money.

Yelp
This used to be my favorite spa, but I was disappointed on this visit. The big issue here is how much they charge you vs what you get. The herbal steam room was not herbal, the Roman Baths were broken, the arctic room wasn't working great, and the shower area smelled like someone's hot lunch for some weird reason. On top of that they have a three hour time limit and things were just generally worn down. The only snacks were oranges, but the tea was nice. My massage therapist was great and you can tell the attendants are working hard, but Cesar's should put more money into their spa facility. If there are parts of the facility that are not working you should be taken care of with a discount or something. I probably won't be back.

Yelp
Paris has amazing hands and works out the knots you may have with the deep tissue massage. The space was nice and the staff were super accommodating. The Arctic room was nice and the sauna and steam rooms were basic.... Same amenities at the gym. Would I come back?? Definitely for the massage !!! I think Mandalay Bays layout is way nicer.

Yelp
Booked a 50 minute classic massage during my stay at Caesar's. Located in the Augustus tower on the M floor. The spa is not coed so men and women have separate facilities. Arrive 30 mins early to check-in, get the tour of the spa, change, and relax prior to services. There is a snack bar with coffee, cold & hot teas, and water. My masseuse, Tiffany, was warm and professional. Points of pressure to work the muscles all while being relaxing at the same time. Do take advantage of the hydrotherapy circuit after your massage/spa service. There's a dry sauna, ice room, steam room, jacuzzi, and 3 Roman baths (ice, tepid, and hot) along with a pressurized rain shower. You have access to the showers and full toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, deodorant, hairspray, hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron. The jacuzzi on the women's side was being drained so wasn't able to utilize that section. Qua is a good option away from the hustle and bustle of the casino and strip. 20% gratuity was automatically added with an option for additional tip if needed.

Yelp
This place was great. My friends and I got massages which comes with a 3-hour spa pass. So we came early and enjoyed all of the amenities. This place is big, and had many options. The massages were also wonderful. Would definitely go again!

Yelp
Qua Spa over-all: 4.5 rating (I wish yelp would let me add a half star) Roman Baths/Steam-Sauna-Arctic (rooms): 5 rating Deep tissue massage: 4 rating I came with 2 other girlfriends for a long weekend. We all booked late morning deep tissue massage appointments on. Saturday. We wanted a location that had a relaxing/immersive environment and knew that the cost of a massage on the strip would be pricey. Had to write a review because I was hesitant after some of the comments posted. I loved my time utilizing the baths/steam rooms. I purposely arrived early to utilize the areas/amenities. From open (9a to 10:45) I had no problem procuring a warming chair in the baths area and moving between rooms (steam-sauna-arctic) it was usually 1-3 women (myself included) in a room. Yes...the relaxation/waiting room was packed. And I did use the facilities post massage...where there was a marked increase in attendance. So I think that's why the 3 hr time limit is important/such a significant price. But imo...the cost of my massage and the ability to spend 3 hours there was on point. I would be interested to visit on a weekday and see how that experience differs. My deep tissue massage was "ok". My therapist was nice enough...but it felt more like a swedish massage vs a deep tissue. Hospitality wise...I thought all of the attendants (front desk, in room attendants, etc) were lovely. Yes at times it was messy...but honestly...I attribute that to the guests and their lack of basic manners. How hard is it to pick up your empty cup and toss it in the trash can on your way out? I often saw attendants gathering dirty/strewn about towels & picking up after others as unobtrusively as possible. I will definitely recommend to others who are looking for a relaxation day on the Strip.

Yelp
Spent the afternoon in the baths, had an amazing massage and then spent more time in the baths! It was awesome and expensive. Treat yourself when you really need it! It was clean, customer service was top notch and everyone was friendly. You do have to show your ID when you check in. We left ours in our room and had to go back to get them, which was annoying. I wish they told us that ahead of time! Other than that though, we (group of four), had an amazing afternoon.

Yelp
Was excited to stop by here during our stay at Caesar's Palace. I was celebrating my Mom's 50th and my sister's 21st birthday and thought this would be the perfect place for both of them to relax. The spa was clean and staff was nice. Place is separated by gender, it is clothing optional. It was $65 per person for entrance into the spa which gave access to the following. Multiple pools: room temp, hot and cold. Also saunas: cold sauna, dry sauna and steam sauna. There is water bottles, dry towels and iced towels through out the facilities. The shower rooms, bathrooms and tea lounge were clean and well stocked. The only issue I had when I visited was the god awful smell in the vanity rooms and the bathrooms. It literally smelled like sewage. It colored the whole experience because the smell was so bad. I really enjoyed the spa but would have loved the whole experience if I didn't get ready in a room smelling like waste. Especially after soaking, relaxing and showering.

Yelp
I've been going to Qua for many years, and it's painful to see its decline. First off, though, the massage services are excellent, and the masseuses are professional and effective. The staff is also good. But the facility is showing its age and a lack of care from Caesar's; it opened in 2007 and doesn't appear to have been touched up much since then. In addition, the website and phone reservation systems are unreliable: the website is frequently inoperative and calls to the spa are often unanswered. The sauna/steam area in the men's side is grungy-looking: more like a mid-grade gym facility than a high end spa. The Arctic room is air conditioner chilly but no longer delivers "snow," and the steam room is now kept at an uncomfortably high temperature, which was commented on by many, and is littered with wet towels. The lounge area once offered juices and fruit, but now only provides generic bags of slightly stale minipretzels and Caesar's bottled water along with standard hotel coffee and tea. There even used to be magazines in the lounge, but those are gone too, along with the tabletop that once held them (the table base is still there, though, being useless). What was once a day pass offered with massage services is now a three hour pass. All in all a very disappointing experience, hardly fitting the high-end marketing materials. Qua is in serious need of a facelift and a reimagining, because other Strip spas are far superior to what used to be one of the best.

Yelp
They were not able to provide the requested service. They were very unreasonable and charged me a 50% cancellation fee.

Yelp
This place has definitely gone down hill. Used to be my favorite years ago because of all the amenities. When you walk in the gentleman area there is a resting area for the guys. The jacuzzi and waterfall were not working. Only the cold plunge and the center jacuzzi. In the other area, the steam room was not operating. The hot jacuzzi was cold which is extremely odd. After sitting in it you understand why no one was really using the amenities. Everyone was basically in the tv room waiting for our massages. When it is time for a massage, they call 3-5 guys and put you in a room to wait for a massage therapist. Basically, you sit there and kind of stare at each other (strangers) for 10 mins. It was probably better just to leave us in the tv room and have the massage therapist call us. There was no point to put us in a confined room with strangers. The room was literally right behind the tv room. The massage was only okay. Not to mention, they add in a "service fee". The Caesars employee explained to me that goes to the massage therapist and the workers, majority of the "service fee" going to the therapist. Right after the massage, the massage therapist present you with a receipt, on the receipt there is another line for tip. So basically from the Caesars employee explanation, you're tipping on top of tipping. It is beyond tacky to present someone with a receipt right after their massage. Usually, they offer water, tea and guide you back to your facility. I'm going stick with Encore Spa. Their amenities are working, the gratuity is included and you're able to just walk out after the massage, no fuss.
