The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is also ideal, as it is close to many tourist attractions. Warning: Stay Away from This Hotel – A Nightmare Experience! I have never in my life stayed at a worse hotel. This place is beyond terrible—it’s a complete scam! First of all, they steal your money. Hidden fees, overcharges, and unauthorized charges on your card. And if that wasn’t enough, they also steal from the rooms! Valuables go missing, and when you complain, the staff either ignores you or acts like it’s your fault. The condition of the hotel is disgusting. The doors are broken, meaning zero security. Anyone can just walk in. The rooms stink—literally, a horrible sewer smell that makes it impossible to breathe. The entire place feels filthy and unsafe. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It should be shut down. If you value your safety, your belongings, and your money, do not stay here!

I stayed in this hotel almost two months ago. The hotel is unique. The design of it I have never experienced. It is made of steel, the rain can reach the front of your room and you can hear the drops of rain the whole night. Also, if your room is close to the road you can hear the cars' and trucks' noise. However, its location is wonderful and it has a good breakfast compared to other hotels. The management is helpful and might exchange the room if it has a fault such as a heart problem or noise problem.

The HEATER in our room shutdown in the middle of the night on a -6 degree weather, no phone in the room to call the reception. I go out in the freezing cold to get to the lobby, only to find out they won’t open until 8am. Soooooo… 🥶🤬 And it’s such a shame coz they have other nice amenities… Except for the broken coffee machine, so no hot drinks… 🙄

Perfect view from the balcony, but limited parking and limited variety of breakfast. No toiletries, and nobody picks up the luggage. You have to carry it by yourself. However, the view from the balcony is fascinating and overcomes the mentioned negatives points.

Very bad experience...hotel staff is very rude..and they don't have proper communication with their staff ...they confirmed our booking on their official WhatsApp.then when we reached here they told us they had a miscommunication with their staff and he didn't allotted us a room so they cant provide us with the room ..we asked for new bookings the receptionist told us we only needed to pay the difference amount that was 60 dollars..then the rude manager came she informed us we need to pay the whole amount again as they didn't received the amount from the company...very baad experience
