Quails' Gate Winery

What a wonderful meal and location. We had three courses and a wonderful bottle of wine. We sat outside and were at first worried it would be a bit cold but the heaters were perfect and we were offered blankets also but didn’t need these! View was such a wonderful bonus and music and atmosphere was great. Food was absolutely amazing and our waitress Paige was just wonderful, she was so kind, friendly and attentive, making some wonderful choices/recommendations for us on the wine and dessert. We spoke at the table about how lovely she was! Thank you Paige and Quails gate for a fantastic evening!

We celebrated our one-year anniversary here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The view was absolutely breathtaking; truly unforgettable. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the wine paired beautifully with our meal. Everything about the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Such a special place, and we’ll always remember our night here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a beautiful atmosphere!

Outstanding Okanagan gem. One of the oldest wineries in BC, truly exceptional. Neil our host for our anniversary tasting was fantastic and charming. His depth of wine knowledge was brilliant. Beautiful setting, grounds and of course wines. Stewart Family reserve Chardonnay was top notch.

Leanne was our host, and she was absolutely incredible. So knowledgeable and generous, and was able to answer any question and provide info beyond a standard script. The facility is beautiful and runs like a well-oiled machine. We did the Stewart family reserve tasting, and everything was very special. We'll definitely be back and would love to do the sparkling tasting in the future.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Quail's Gate numerous times over the years, including tasting, dining, and shopping at their on-site Market, with and without kids. The overall visitor experience across all of these locations is consistently excellent. Staff are enthusiastic, professional, and seem to really take pride in the work they do. The view from the tasting room, restaurant, and adjacent vineyard is gorgeous. Our kids have always felt welcome at the restaurant, which strikes a nice balance between being family-friendly and maintaining a fine dining atmosphere; in my experience, this is quite rare for a restaurant to do well. Their Wine Club is also good value, with a solid discount on all wines, reasonable shipping (even to the Lower Mainland), and some nice perks like complimentary tastings and early access to new releases.

Ok. When i pass on, be it heaven or hell, can I pass via Quails-gate en route? And can Curtis be our guide? Truly - you will not regret coming here. Probably the best food we have eaten in BC, sublime. The view is unbeatable. And you’re in a vineyard that makes great wine . Hello? Thank you Quails Gate!!

We had a fantastic wine tasting experience, and Lark was a big part of that. She was friendly, professional, and right to the point, no fluff, just really clear and helpful guidance. Lark explained how to properly taste wine in a way that was smooth, easy to understand, and genuinely enjoyable. She made the experience approachable and fun without being over-the-top. If you're visiting, definitely ask for Lark, she knows her stuff and makes you feel right at home!

Mini was an amazing host for us during our wine tasting!! We had such a fun time trying out the Estate Tastings and she was wonderful in answering all our questions, super knowledgeable! Thank you Mini you made our time at Quails’ even better!!! Hopefully we can come back again soon and try out more wines again :)
