Another summer nearly over! Thanks to Quality homes we enjoy our summers(and winters) at our wonderful cottage in Southampton Ontario. Thinking back to when we first visited their show room in Grimsby to the day of delivery, I want to thank that whole team for their knowledge, their patience, their help and expertise and their kindness. The process, (with a few town rules glitches) went very smoothly. Choosing our model and the interior and exterior was a bit overwhelming but fun at the same time. There were plenty of choices that were standard but you could also upgrade if you couldn’t find that exact color or finish or look that you wanted. Our biggest interior upgrade was our beautiful stone fireplace.. We have had so many compliments on our cottage that we never hesitate to proudly recommend Quality homes and their great team.

We had a good experience with Quality Homes. Delivery was fast, about 3 months plus 2 months to finish all utilities connections, then we were able to move. There has been a few issues to solve along the way, which they have taken care of, and overall we are happy with our house. We are very thankful for all those who helped us during the process.

Highly recommended. We moved into our second custom-built Quality Home last October and couldn’t be happier. We prefer modular building for it’s strength and factory workmanship and Quality Homes is, in our opinion, the best in the field. When there were challenges in getting permits the staff helped us along. Planning, selecting finishes, etc. was easy (and fun). It was amazing to watch things come together on installation day — a true professional team whose experience showed in their impressive timing, precision and coordination. The tradesman who finished the home were also a great crew. They showed they genuinely cared about the home they were building for us, which is something we truly appreciated. They definitely “went the extra mile” for us on some of the finishes and details. If we ever build yet another home (or perhaps a cottage!) we will definitely go back to Quality Homes.

Excellent experience working with Quality Homes to have our new house built. From the building consultant, interior design, the site managers, truck, drivers and house installers, including the crew of guys finishing all the siding, etc. there are all the most friendliest and helpful. If we had any questions at any time, they were all answered. The name, Quality Homes, really does say it all. Our house was built with precision and designed exactly the way we wanted it.
