Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth

The service from reception was fantastic as soon as we arrived. I found the staff very helpful and honestly they went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. We also had Breakfast there and that was good value as well. The locator this hotel is excellent. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We certainly look forward to staying there again.

Back again for another short stay break. Room 225 was spacious for a standard room, comfortable bed, good amenities for coffee & tea making and in the bathroom. Quick check-in, pleasant receptionist, prime parking location. Great place to enjoy a city break.

As a sole female traveller I was worried by some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. On arrival the reception staff where lovely. My room was quiet and quite large. Shower was great and bed comfortable, only thing to note is there is no microwave in the rooms.

Pretty good customer service. Great location to explore Perth city. Security isn’t good as other hotels. Random creepy guy knocked our door in midnight and showed us cash. It was scary experience but the reception sent a security, so it was fine.

Terrible hotel. So unclean. Unsafe.||I stayed here know a couple of months ago a lady was stabbed to death but I didn't expect it to be so discusting.||The room was so dirty, I felt so unsafe. The whole level was worse than community housing. Bags of rubbish. Carpets so dirty. Walks dirty. Poo in the bath tub. I could go on. ||I booked 4 nights, stayed 1, would rather sleep standing up in my car.||I have reported the hotel to the relevant departments. ||Do yourself a favour though, don't book this hotel.

We stayed here on 2 occasions on various dates in May 2024. Paid extra for the Queen Suite on the 7th floor. Rather depressing hotel, foyer is pleasant enough, Staff were excellent, friendly and talkative for an 11pm check-in. The place feels really tired, dark and badly lit hallways and rooms. Some of our lights in the room did not work. Our room came with a microwave and fridge and spoons and cups. No plates, bowls or cutlery. As we were staying for 5 days we expected to eat in our room. The bathroom sink had cracks in it and old taps and burn marks. Not what anyone would expect from a hotel. Bedding had marks (blood) stains on it and one towel also had marks as if it had not been cleaned fully. Aircon was very cold but could turn it off. Breakfast was a simple buffet reasonably priced at 25 AUD pp. As much as you can eat. Cigarette smoke smells permeated the floors and lifts. This hotel did not meet my expectations, only the staff and breakfast were the saving grace stopping me from cancelling my second visit. The second time we had a room on the 8th floor. Hot water in the shower was bad, mostly cold and temperature fluctuating. No microwave and dirty room with torn curtains and dust and hair everywhere. Carpets are not clean and furniture worn out. Badly patched hole in wall. Dirty windows. If you want a cheap hotel, close to the CBD and you are not fussy, then this might be the one for you. I will pay more next time and choose another hotel.

Hotel itself in a good location but just in desperate need of a refurbishment dodgy carpet marks on walls cracks in bathroom. Leaks from aircon on ceiling. On the good side room got cleaned and serviced every day fresh towels which is not the norm these days
