Quality Hotel Fredrikstad

We liked the location, it was within walking distance to the pier promenade and several stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was well supplied and very good. The room rated lower because there was no clock, no phone, no shower curtain (only 1/2 glass door, floor got pretty wet), no ice bucket and it was a bit noisy. We don't know what the other rooms are like so they may be better.

Service at the reception was not so friendly. The room could be better, at least if it had a cheap coffee maker. Breakfast was good.The location is good.

We had an offer from Strawberry with dinner which was really value for money. In addition to super service and food at the hotel, the city has an incredible amount to offer in terms of culture, food and drink experiences.. Charming city and hotel especially in the summer, but also all year round due to the mild climate.

No Aircon in my room or would have given 5 stars, made sleeping on the hot nights uncomfortable.

Great hotel, good atmosphere, and outstanding food.

Absolutely a high quality hotel with a low key staff. The breakfast and lunch was great, but not amazing, typical for its type of hotel. Id easily stay here again and with my family. Short walk from the train. Fredrikstad is a essy place to visit.
