Quality Hotel Globe

Great location to visit the city from. Decent breakfast. The lobby is big with a lot to do and a bar/restaurant which is nice for those rainy days. Reception was a mixed experience, checking in we were not provided clear information about breakfast, but on other days we had a wonderful experience. Cannot give more than 2 stars though. The room had no good ventilation. The humidity was very high and it was difficult to sleep. The hotel did provide a fan afterwards for us, but it was not an ideal solution. Our room faced the lobby which we weren't informed about, so no opportunity to open and ventilate that way. We asked for a cleaning and it didn't happen the next day. Not sure how housekeeping is organized but we thought removing the do not disturb sign hours before the end of the service would be sufficient. Bathroom is poorly designed. Not all entrances worked to the hotel and it seemed like an elevator was always out of service. The hotel needs a good renovation as the overall quality of rooms is outdated. Next visit we are going to the city itself.

The gentle man whom i met at the reception at night around 9 pm on july 15 was such a welcoming staff who explained me about the directions to room , breakfast and parking. Hotel is wonderful and we got an upgrade to sauna room which was so relaxing after our hiking trip. Room size is excellent. Location is perfect close to metro. Hotel has a nice bar with upbeat music and some games.

The hotel is next to the subway (5 minute walk), but don’t make the mistake thinking it’s a “good” location. You will spend some time traveling with the subway. Although, this hotel is probably optimal if there is an event in the globe. The breakfast was very good though. However, I have to complain a bit, you have to tell the staff a day before that you want your room cleaned and when we did, we asked that they would give us some more soap for the shower. We were obviously very upset to come back to a room with no soap and no towels so we could shower as we had a reservation later that evening. I had to personally go and get both the towels and the soap as the staff forgot. This combined with the sudden and complicated check in process I would call unprofessional, and has me feeling a little bit upset. For the price I paid I would expect more.

My family and I stayed at the Quality Globe Hotel for two nights in June 2025. Though the room was acceptable, the staff and customer service was not helpful. After being told where to park, we promptly found a full lot and no open spaces. I returned to the front desk to inquire. I was told to park in the open lot next to the full lot. We did as we were told and paid for parking using the QR code provided on signage. The next morning we came out to a Stockholm Parking fine. I am still in the process of trying to get this resolved as I have proof of paid parking, receipts, and email confirmation. Do not stay at the Quality Globe Hotel as they were not helpful in resolving this matter and have placed all responsibility on myself to handle this issue. Not a good way to start a family vacation!!!!

Amazing help from the duty manager, Nadia! She did a very good job in patiently helping me throughout the procedure to recover my bag and stolen goods happened in the hotel lobby. She assisted me to contact the police, lodging the report and explain the situation. Thankfully I was able to recover most of my items. As the police is not responsible for my way back to the hotel. She even offered the help to order a taxi for my way back to the hotel. The care given, empathy shown and help tendered from her was beyond words. Top notch service!

This hotel is really bad, there was male underwear when we came, in the corner of my room and the remote of the TV was under the bed so that has an explanation that it was not clean and there was used gum on the night stand. and when we went to complain they laughed and said they would clean the room but they never did. the lobby was fancy though and breakfast was good.

Good for family weekends .activities like ping pong are in the lobby. Playroom for kids. Location is quite isolated and intended for big concerts and events at nearby arena

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Terrible Room Conditions I stayed here as part of a Europa Munda tour and was extremely disappointed. The room was not clean, lacked basic amenities, and didn’t even have drinking water provided. Worst of all, there was no ventilation, and the thermostat didn’t work, making the room very uncomfortable. We informed the front desk, but there was no proper response or support from the staff. The service quality was very poor, and it felt like they just didn’t care. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I expected much better from a tour package that promises comfort and quality. Definitely not recommended.
