Quality Hotel Globe

Incredibly well received by the staff at check-in — everything went smoothly and quickly. Their attentiveness in noticing that we were a family who had booked two rooms due to our size led to a quick adjustment so that our rooms were next to each other. I think that was really considerate of the staff and it made our stay with the children so much easier. (Lelle and Felix deserve great praise for their warm and professional welcome.) Fresh, clean, and spacious hotel rooms. Comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. Family-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and easy to find and park. We’ve stayed here before, and this visit once again confirmed that it’s an excellent place to stay — we’ll definitely be back.

Fine hotel but doesn’t have public laundry and did not make it clear their services weren’t available on the weekend (took dirty clothes down Friday, was past the cut off and now I can’t clean them until Monday, after I leave). Was also enjoying a beer in the lobby, ordered outside food, and was told I am not allowed to eat outside food anywhere in the lobby (I was in the lounge area and not even in the restaurant or anything). Very annoying :/

Tripadvisor was able to book the hotel during Dreanhack even though it was sold out. Tripadvosor price was the same as the advertised price from the hotel prior to it being sold out. They didn't gouge me. The hotel was nice and I have no complaints.

Rooms itself ate decent size, clean with comfortable beds. However some amenities are by missing - no body lotion, no hair conditioner, body soap and shampoo are 2 in 1, no safe, no coffee/tea makers and no bath mat. Lobby is impressive and well maintained but corridors on room floors are filthy; no vacuum is done for long time. One if the light is dangling from the sealing at low height so be careful to not bang your head.

Just like any other Swedish hotel. It looks posh, but beds are just … not beds. No air in the room. God forbid they let you open the window. The staff was super friendly tough.

After reading mixed reviews about this hotel, I was very pleased to receive a room where I didn't face any problems mentioned by other guests. The bedsheets and towels were new and very clean, bed was comfortable and the best part for me was the shower experience due to the strong force of good quantity of very hot water. The shower settings can be adjusted to give a massage / spa kind of experience which was quite refreshing!! The drain underneath the shower worked fine. I really appreciated that a pedestal fan was provided in the room and it worked very well with no noise and allowed me to cool down after the hot shower. The only suggestion I have is to provide a kettle so that we can have some hot water / coffee or tea in the room. Overall I was happy with the amenities in the room.

The hotel is not very clean, particularly in the corridors. Both the rooms and corridors are carpeted, which makes proper cleaning difficult. The bathroom amenities are poor—they only provided hand wash and body wash, with no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or Kleenex. Breakfast had limited variety but was acceptable.The staff were not very friendly; the woman who checked us in was especially rude. On top of that, housekeeping tried to clean our room well before our check-out time, which was strange. We had to tell them we weren’t ready to leave yet, as check-out time had not arrived.

Great location to visit the city from. Decent breakfast. The lobby is big with a lot to do and a bar/restaurant which is nice for those rainy days. Reception was a mixed experience, checking in we were not provided clear information about breakfast, but on other days we had a wonderful experience. Cannot give more than 2 stars though. The room had no good ventilation. The humidity was very high and it was difficult to sleep. The hotel did provide a fan afterwards for us, but it was not an ideal solution. Our room faced the lobby which we weren't informed about, so no opportunity to open and ventilate that way. We asked for a cleaning and it didn't happen the next day. Not sure how housekeeping is organized but we thought removing the do not disturb sign hours before the end of the service would be sufficient. Bathroom is poorly designed. Not all entrances worked to the hotel and it seemed like an elevator was always out of service. The hotel needs a good renovation as the overall quality of rooms is outdated. Next visit we are going to the city itself.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the summer of 2025. The hotel is modern and spacious, and next to a large sports arena. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was that there was NO service for any help taking your bags to your room. I all most felt like I was in a hostel. Rooms were cleaned only upon request. It was all most like a help yourself type of hotel. It was a big beautiful modern hotel, with LIMITED services provided. Everything is credit card based in this county, bringing cash to Sweden is a waste of money. Nobody wants, or takes cash. I usually travel to Brasil, which is a colorful country, and it made Sweden appear somewhat drab. The people at the hotel were friendly, and the food was excellent. The hotel, and the entire country appeared to be very clean. The Swedes appeared to be very health conscious, and you just got a very safe feeling walking around Stockholm. Sweden was a country that I always wanted to visit, but I did not find it interesting enough to ever go back. It was another check mark on a to do list in life. Larry Carli

A 3-minute walk to the concert venue Annexet where THe Rose was performing in Stockholm, Sweden. Very convenient and clean. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Got me an early check in 11 am and a late check out 2 pm. FTW! Will definitely stay again when in the area. Good breakfast spread included in the price.

I've stayed at this hotel twice when I've gone to concerts at The Globe, and it's not the best hotel I've ever stayed at but it fulfills it's purpose overall. Positives: it's super convenient if you're going to an event nearby. Also really easy to get to and from Stockholm central station. Pet friendly, I brought my dog with me both times for an extra 250kr. The gym is better than most hotel gyms. The restaurant is pretty good! I had the vegetarian pasta and a glass of white wine and really enjoyed it. My waitress was also really nice and helpful. The breakfast offers dairy free milk alternatives and yogurts, and also gluten free options. Negatives: It can be a bit loud when you're trying to sleep. I think this depends on the crowd going to the events nearby, as it was slightly louder when I stayed there after Kendrick Lamar vs. when I was there after The Killers. Kendrick was a bit of a younger crowd. Breakfast can be a kind of stressful and loud depending on what time you go. A tip is to sit on the side where you have a view of the Globe and it is a little more peaceful when you're eating. Overall it's a good option if you are attending a concert or event in the area but it's not the most extravagant hotel you can find.

if there is a option for sero starts i woud give it, rooms way overpriced they from the 80s you not wana walk barfoot her. Shame about all this is that the lonby got refubishd and looks outstanding but the rooms shit, my toilet runs non stop secound night even with tell the reception, today during the shower my shower falls against me . Not the name Quality worth.

Recently renovated, the decor is very upscale. Rooms are very clean and the spa-like shower has multiple shower heads. Our tour group spent most nights at the bar, with friendly staff. I wish they didn't close so early. Which leads me to breakfast, after a late night of socializing. So many varieties of Swedish foods, which my group enjoyed. Fresh juices, meats, cheeses, yogurts, eggs, breads, etc. Located right by the arena, but the bar can get a rough clientele on nights with events there.

Stayed here in 2013, I believe they were renovating. I was in a room in desperate need of a remodel. The room barely fit two people and our small amount if luggage. We were left a 100$+ parking ticket while we were checking in. So be careful about leaving your car, even for a minute! The breakfast was pronominal! Huge spread! Multiple choices of everything you could want! From the breakfast room you can see into the globe arena and it is quite a view!

This is one of the worst places to eat!! Their service is appalling!! Why!? you might ask... Well, to start with, they didn't even want to greet us when we came in. At the spot where it specifically says you should wait for service. The waiter didn't even welcome us.. just said.. here's a menu.. Then we waited for about 45 min before we got bread or even drinks... Then when the food finally arrived, they had no idea who ordered what.. Also, they forgot my potatoes and came out with them when I was more or less done with my meal.. and I didn't even get a "sorry, about that",.. no! just, this is yours... This is one of the word places I have ever been to in Stockholm!! SHAME!!' Avoid and forget this place!

The rooms are nice, the staff of the front office are friendly, BUT... the breakfast is horrible. The atmosphere is like a youngsters camp. It's loud, loveless and the staff is just... Disappointing!
